📍Wuzhen Scenic Area A highly recommended hotel! It's super convenient, just a 2-minute drive from the West Scenic Zone, and they offer a very thoughtful shuttle service. The dining is a major highlight; it's not your typical buffet. Instead, they prepare authentic local specialties tailored to your preferences. Then there's the ambiance and culture: the unique portrait of 'Zaki Lamu, the ******* Goddess of Wealth' is a must-take photo op! Many small items in the hotel, from the raw materials to the DIY designed furniture and ornaments, are personally selected and crafted by the owner. Plus, there's a really impressive sound system. The rocking horse is a big hit with the kids, and the treasure-filled 4th floor has an art studio that's quite an eye-opener. Each room has different furniture, and the beds are all made from antique boat wood, giving each room a unique style. Some small decorations in the rooms are also DIY. It's not quite a guesthouse but not quite a club, and definitely not a club but not quite a guesthouse – truly one-of-a-kind and highly recommended!

An absolutely wonderful stay! I honestly feel it was worth every penny, and the overall experience was fantastic. We were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday, and the front desk staff called ahead to confirm and make a note of it. They upgraded our room and even gave us a small cake (the lady at the front desk was so lovely, I wish I knew her name so the hotel could commend her, haha!). Plus, the breakfast selection here is huge, the pool is big, the service is excellent, and the room was spotless. It's definitely a place we'd love to visit again.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

The location is excellent, right behind the White Lotus Pagoda. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, making it very convenient for evening bar visits. The service is thoughtful and attentive. There was someone to greet us and guide us upon arrival, and they even asked if we needed luggage storage when we checked out. Breakfast featured fresh, on-site cooked ingredients with a rich variety of dishes, all very delicious. If there was a wait for an item, they'd ask us to return to our table and then bring it directly to us. The restaurant also offers a breathtaking view of the garden lake, which is truly refreshing. The living environment is incredibly comfortable, with a full range of in-room facilities. The balcony windows have sliding screens, which is a fantastic detail! The small touches are very well executed. The subtle and pleasant fragrance in the hallway was also a nice touch. In the morning, I saw an elderly gentleman from my window, rowing a boat and cleaning the lotus pond. The lotus flowers were in magnificent bloom, and the water was crystal clear. You can really feel the dedication put into maintaining the property, leaving us with beautiful memories and experiences. Overall, every aspect was perfectly executed. A super, super five-star rating! I'd definitely choose Wangjinli again if I have the chance.

My stay at Pullman Haining was absolutely fantastic this time around! ✨ The lobby boasts an elegant and grand design, with mustard yellow sofas complementing artistic floor tiles, giving it a truly stylish vibe. The restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of lush greenery, making for an incredible dining experience with amazing ambiance. The room details were also thoughtfully done; the toiletries were high-quality, and the towels were clean and soft. The floral arrangements in the public areas were exquisitely crafted, exuding sophistication everywhere you looked. The service was attentive and considerate, making for a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Haining!

Staying here, right in the scenic area, truly lets you experience Wuzhen. At night, the reflections of the lights dance on the water, and in the early morning, the cobblestone streets are completely empty. During these times, the ancient town is a hundred times quieter and a hundred times more charming than during the day. Our room was a small two-story duplex, with a spacious living room downstairs and a cozy bedroom upstairs. My favorite spot was curling up on the small balcony, watching the traditional sculling boats glide by on the river. The service was also incredibly reassuring. Xiao Shi, from before we even arrived until check-in, answered every question on WeChat quickly and in detail, making it feel like we had a local friend looking out for us. In the morning, I walked to a teahouse, sat by the river, and enjoyed a steamer of siu mai and a bowl of soy milk. This is probably the most gentle way to experience Jiangnan. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to truly settle in and enjoy Wuzhen.

The hotel is located right inside Zhejiang University, which made it super convenient to walk around and explore the campus. Our room was really nice and spacious, and it even had a balcony with a drying rack – that was a pleasant surprise! The service was excellent too; they contacted us before check-in, and since we arrived early, they let us check in ahead of time. The front desk staff proactively offered free disposable toothbrushes and combs and even gave us extra bottles of mineral water. If I ever come to Haining again, I'd definitely choose this hotel.

The hotel's exterior looks much better than the interior. You can't fault the hotel for its location and design aesthetic. However, there's definitely room for improvement in terms of hardware maintenance and service. First, the switches and flooring in the room need better maintenance. During my stay, a switch malfunctioned, and I couldn't turn off the light. The floorboards creaked when walking at night, and the shower water pressure was too low. I even brought my own hairdryer after reading previous reviews. Second, regarding service, there was no communication call before check-in. I had to go to the front desk for everything. They didn't even mention the kids' club despite seeing I had children. The attached photo shows the air conditioner in the kids' club, and the filter is truly a sight to behold (in a bad way). Plus, the kids' club has no windows, so we left after a short while. I hope the hotel improves maintenance in this area. Overall, it's an unremarkable stay – not good, not bad. The environment is beautiful, and breakfast was average. There's definitely room for improvement in both hardware and service.

1. Location - Very convenient and near the old city, dining is within 5-10 minutes walk, the bus to Hangzhou is also near, the entrance to Wuzhen scenic area is very near. 2. Room - the toilet smell of urine and I wanted to wash the smell away but there was no waste hole. Probably the housekeeper just mopped the toilet. The next day the smell cleared. AirCon is good especially on a very warm and humid day. 3. Front desk - helpful on directions and advise on buying entrance tickets, tips, and also how to buy the bus ticket to Hangzhou.

I stayed in Haiyan for two days on a business trip. Although it was cold outside, the room was warm, large and cozy. I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me to have breakfast on the first floor because I was very tired after a long day of driving. , so I took a hot bath and went to sleep. I was a little too familiar with the bed and was afraid of insomnia. Unexpectedly, I woke up at almost 8 o'clock. Oh my God, the bed is so comfortable. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich. I like to eat the freshly wrapped wontons with seaweed soup. After eating, the security guard who collected the breakfast ticket will also say... I smiled and nodded. The service quality is excellent. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity to travel on business in the future!
