Our stay was excellent, and we especially want to commend our butler, Xiao Jiang. From pre-arrival communication and meeting us at the scenic area ferry terminal, to planning our itinerary and arranging dining and boat tours during our stay, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful throughout. She proactively anticipated our needs, even thoughtfully providing mosquito repellent. Her demeanor was warm and professional, and her service was attentive yet unobtrusive, making us feel truly welcomed in this water town. The hotel's architecture uniquely reflects silk culture, and the breakfast was delicious. Coupled with our butler's high-quality service, our trip was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose Silk Hotel again on our next visit.

I took my family on a holiday trip to Hangzhou, Shaoxing, and Wuzhen. We visited Shaoxing first, then Hangzhou, and finally Wuzhen. Honestly, booking Jin Tang Inn for this leg of the journey was the most successful decision. I especially want to give a big shout-out and thank Jiajia from Jin Tang Inn! 🌹 She handled everything from check-in, luggage, and shuttle service to and from the parking lot. Perhaps this is the standard service in Wuzhen, and as she herself said, it's 'what she should do.' But her eyes, expression, and demeanor exuded genuine kindness and sincerity. When we left, it was raining, and I was genuinely worried she'd get drenched on her way back, but thankfully, the weather cleared up. 🌹🌹❤️ I walked around Wuzhen several times in the morning, and in comparison, Jin Tang Inn's cleanliness, service, and facilities were all excellent. The breakfast was another highlight. If I ever have international guests visiting Wuzhen in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to arrange their stay here.

The room was great and comfortable, and it was convenient to get around. I was quite satisfied during my stay; the room facilities were comprehensive. The only minor issue was that the soundproofing might be a bit poor, but other than that, everything else was fine. The hotel service was very thoughtful and attentive. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Staying at the Haining Hualuxe Hotel for my trip to Haining was an absolutely fantastic experience, a solid five-star recommendation! The hotel's new Chinese-style lobby is grand and elegant, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the smart facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the local specialty pastries are absolutely delicious. What truly stood out during my stay was Andy! His check-in process was efficient and professional, and he was patient and gentle. He proactively explained the hotel's amenities, breakfast times, and local attractions, providing incredibly detailed service. Communication with him was smooth throughout, and his responses were always prompt and genuine. He genuinely put himself in the guest's shoes to solve problems, and his professionalism and service意识 were truly touching. The thoughtful Chinese hospitality that Hualuxe is known for was perfectly embodied by Andy. All the staff throughout the hotel were warm and courteous; the concierge actively helped with luggage, the room cleaning was meticulous, and the accompanying pool and tea space offered an excellent experience. Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, Haining Hualuxe is the top choice in Haining. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Haining, and I highly recommend Andy!

The hotel itself is a historic building, meticulously maintained, and perfectly aligned with the Wuzhen culture. It's a joy to explore, and while I couldn't post photos with people in them, it's truly beautiful! The staff were confident and natural in their descriptions when asked questions. The hotel's restaurant is excellent, with delicious food. The included breakfast is portioned per person, but very generous, saving you the hassle of choosing. I have three minor suggestions, which can be disregarded if not appropriate: 1. The shower pressure in my room was a bit low. 2. Given the hotel's excellent location, a 2 PM checkout would be perfect. I imagine many guests coming for a night tour of Wuzhen wouldn't check in so early. 3. The queue for the sculling boat was incredibly long (during a non-weekend in summer). Although it was included in the hotel package, I ended up skipping it. I would have preferred to tour the hotel's grand mansion instead. If the hotel could arrange someone to lead a guided tour and explain its history, I can't imagine how much more valuable that would be.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

The hotel staff, from the entrance to the front desk, restaurant, and guest rooms, provided excellent service. The front desk even offered recommendations for local attractions, which was very helpful for planning our outings. The rooms and tents were all spotlessly clean, making it a comfortable stay for both the elderly and children. The large bed was soft and comfortable, the duvet thick and warm, and the toiletries had a smooth texture with a pleasant scent that rinsed off easily. The complimentary vegetarian set meal was surprisingly delicious. The brown sugar peach gum dessert was generously portioned, with every bite full of peach gum, and just the right sweetness. The burdock hand roll had rich layers and a refreshing taste. The dipping sauce for the pan-fried dumplings was incredibly fragrant, and the red amaranth was tender and perfect with rice. The oranges at the buffet were fresh, sweet, and juicy, and the watermelon juice was very refreshing and great for beating the heat. The hotel also provided free tickets to the Michelangelo Ice Cream Museum, which was amazing! There must have been hundreds of types and flavors of ice cream, and you could even try DIY ice cream making. It was a fantastic experience.

A huge shout-out to the two ladies at the front desk – their service was absolutely outstanding! They were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. Not only did they upgrade us to a riverside room free of charge, but they also offered invaluable tips and assistance throughout our stay. Whether it was help with our itinerary, transportation, sightseeing recommendations, or any other small query, they patiently helped us with everything. They truly made us feel at home! Thank you so much for your dedication and lovely smiles, which made our Wuzhen trip even more special. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Wuzhen! For visitors planning to explore Xizha Scenic Area, this spot is incredibly convenient, saving a significant amount of time and effort. **Pleasant Ambiance** * The guesthouse maintains a consistently clean and tidy environment. Its interior design features a 'light luxury' style, offering a blend of simplicity and elegance. * The rooms are exquisitely decorated, particularly the themed rooms, where unique ornaments, bedside lamps, and feature walls are thoughtfully chosen to create a warm and cozy atmosphere. **Excellent Facilities** * Room amenities are brand new and include 24-hour air conditioning, hot water, smart TVs, and private Wi-Fi, catering to all guest needs. * A wide variety of room types are available, such as King, Twin, Family, and special King-size rooms. Some even come equipped with trendy electric chairs, ensuring there's an option for every group's preference. **Attentive Service** * The owner and staff provide warm and exceptionally thoughtful service, offering 24-hour hassle-free butler assistance. They also extend pick-up and drop-off services within the Wuzhen area, including transfers to/from the station, making guests feel truly valued. * They are also very caring towards children, providing kid-friendly facilities and entertainment options, which significantly eases travel for families with little ones. **Outstanding Dining** * The guesthouse has a restaurant on its ground floor, serving authentic and delicious local Wuzhen specialty dishes at very reasonable prices. * The surrounding area offers an extensive array of dining options, including numerous breakfast spots, bars, cafes, snack shops, and trendy 'Instagrammable' restaurants.

This hotel is beyond 5-star, with a bit of an Amann style. If you love antique items, you'll adore it. There's even a 'babuang' (canopy bed) displayed at the entrance. The hotel offers free admission to the scenic area, so you can explore Wuzhen by yourself late at night. The breakfast is excellent, with three or four types of cheese alone. The beef noodles are also good, with a rich red broth. During the day, I highly recommend visiting the Muxin Art Museum, and then taking a boat ride afterward. You could easily stay for two or three days for an immersive Wuzhen experience.
