This hotel far exceeded our expectations! We came for a two-day, one-night trip with our child and parents, and it was a convenient 1.5-hour drive from downtown Changzhou. Our hotel butler, Xiao Lei, was incredibly professional and provided excellent service, responding instantly to all our requests. The entire experience was much better than other similarly positioned hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. All the other staff members were also very polite, friendly, and professional; you could tell they were very well trained. I've already recommended it to my relatives. Plus, the restaurant food was delicious! It was perfect to enjoy great meals without leaving the hotel, especially with the hot summer weather. We'll definitely be back!

Facilities: Very complete, smart bathroom is very convenient, you can think of the needs, if you can have a makeup mirror, it would be better to put a trash can next to the mirror. Environment: A few minutes drive from the scenic spot. The interior decoration is my favorite style. Service: The pick-up service is thoughtful, the group communication is built in advance, the breakfast is rich and nutritious, because I don't want to live on the first floor, I upgraded the parent-child room on the second floor, and did not make up the difference.

When we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. We were already full just from the complimentary items! Li Rencui from the housekeeping department was very warm and attentive, even washing our child's clothes for us—we felt so bad! We hadn't made a reservation for afternoon tea, but the staff proactively arranged something for us. The staff member next to the hot pot pool was also very attentive, constantly reminding the children to check their feet for blisters if they soaked for too long. My child soaked for too long and refused to get out, resulting in wrinkles on their feet, and the staff member even thoughtfully found some band-aids for them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends bringing their children; it's like the Haidilao of the hotel world!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

The grass is a little yellow, but it should be greener and more beautiful in the spring. The disadvantage is that the food in the B&B tastes average, because there is nothing to eat around, so you can only eat it in the B&B. In addition, you should check whether the bath supplies in the room are before check-in. Yes, the toilet lid is a bit awkward, and the aging facilities need to be replaced in time. The front desk customer service has to deal with problems in multiple rooms, and sometimes it is too late or forgets, so it would be better to improve the service after check-in at the B&B, but overall it is still good. good

The hotel environment is exceptionally good. Room facilities: almost everything you need is available, and the hygiene is very well maintained. The sheets and duvet covers were neatly arranged, and bottled water was complimentary. The bathroom is genuinely spacious! The hotel also provides special children's toilet seats, high chairs, and small stuffed animals. The service is also excellent; there's a shuttle bus service everywhere you need to go. The internal facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is truly wonderful.

The room's location is excellent, very close to the scenic spots. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the room size is just right. The soundproofing is also good, and it's very clean. It offers great value for money. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The place is great for families! I love the setup of the room- balcony and leisure area. They have outdoor activities like ATV, horse riding and kayaking which we enjoyed a lot. Breakfast has nice options, both Chinese and western food. Distance to Nanshan Bamboo Forest is close, and everything else is accessible from the hotel. If you want to go to Tianmahu lake, you can just get a coach nearby. Altogether our experience for 2 nights was lovely! We will book the same hotel when we visit Liyang again in the future.
