"Opened in February 2026, Zhuhai Gongbei Hyatt Regency Hotel is right next to Gongbei Port, making it incredibly convenient to go to Macau. It's only 300 meters from the hotel to the port. Our room faced the port, so we could enjoy Macau's night view in the evening. The hotel's breakfast was quite abundant, with freshly cooked beef congee, various noodles, and wonton noodles. I especially loved the Guang He Hui next door, which made dining very convenient. It's also a newly opened mall with many of my favorite eateries, such as Cheng Yaojin Claypot Rice. All in all, the location is great."

Many hotels either have a long wait for hot water, or it fluctuates between hot and cold, or the water pressure is too low for a satisfying wash. Lishang Hotel has perfected its hot water system, water pressure, and drainage to a degree where you don't have to worry about a thing. Hot water flows within three seconds of turning on the shower, maintaining a constant 38 degrees Celsius without sudden drops in temperature due to neighboring rooms using water. The overhead shower is 20cm in diameter, providing an even and dense spray, while the handheld shower offers five modes with ample water pressure, effectively washing away fatigue. Even the sink faucet is thermostatic, ensuring no sudden temperature changes when washing your face or brushing your teeth. The toilet is smart, with a stable water temperature for its warm wash function and adjustable heated seat. The drainage system is smooth; there's no standing water in the shower, and the floor drain has an odor-proof core, preventing any unpleasant smells. The sink drains quickly, preventing water accumulation. Although there's no bathtub, the shower experience is more than satisfactory, with non-slip tiles and safety grab bars, making it safe for elderly and children alike. Regarding hygiene, the shower nozzles are clear of blockages and limescale, and the chrome surfaces gleam like new. There's no hair in the floor drain, and no odor from the drain outlet. The sink is free of water marks, the mirror has no fingerprints, and the faucet is spotless. The shower glass is free of water marks, and the inside and rim of the toilet are clean. The smart toilet's spray nozzle is clean, and the seat is stain-free. Towels are individually packaged, and bath towels are fluffy and dry. Cups are sealed, and the bedding is flat without wrinkles or hairs. Pillowcases are clean and odorless, and the bed sheets are tightly tucked. The mattress edges are dust-free. Remote controls are in sterile bags, and the phone receiver is free of grease. Light switches and door handles are polished clean. Daily cleaning ensures trash is removed, mineral water is replenished, used towels are replaced, and personal items on the desk are not moved randomly, only tidied up. The air conditioning filter has no dusty smell, and the vent edges are clean. The curtain tracks are smooth, the windowsill is free of dust, and there are no dust bunnies under the bed. In terms of service, the front desk is staffed 24 hours. The staff, including Xiao Ci, Xiao Feng, Xiao He, and Xiao Si, handle check-in efficiently without delays. After verifying information, they quickly provide the room card, explaining that elevator access requires a card, the room floor, Wi-Fi name, and password. Whether you need to call a taxi, borrow an umbrella, store luggage, print documents, get a charging cable, a sewing kit, or a first-aid kit, the staff handles requests promptly without repeatedly questioning the purpose, and they don't frequently disturb guests when not needed. Housekeeping completely bypasses rooms with a 'Do Not Disturb' sign, only cleaning thoroughly once the sign is removed. Maintenance personnel wear shoe covers when entering and clean the floor after repairs. The front desk doesn't mechanically greet guests, but instead looks up to confirm the name and directly states that the room is ready, proactively asking if a quiet room on a high floor or a firmer pillow is preferred. For facilities, the room, though not huge, is efficiently laid out. The desk is large enough, the desk lamp has adjustable brightness, and there are plenty of power outlets. Both sides of the bed have USB ports and five-hole sockets. Smart panels control lighting and curtains. A wireless charging pad, reading light, night light, humidifier, mini-fridge, kettle, tea set, safe, weighing scale, iron, and spare hangers are all provided. The mattress offers excellent support, and there are both soft and firm pillows. The air conditioning is quiet and cools evenly. The fresh air system keeps the room from feeling stuffy. The bathroom has a dry and wet separation, a makeup mirror with fill light, and a powerful hairdryer. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the TV supports screen mirroring. The self-service laundry room has a washer-dryer combo, with complimentary detergent and fabric softener. The gym equipment is well-maintained, with treadmills, dumbbells, and yoga mats available. The large windows provide good ventilation, and the parking lot is clearly marked. Regarding the environment, the lobby is high-ceilinged and transparent with good lighting, featuring a reading area and art installations. The fragrance is subtle and elegant, the background music is soft, and the plants are well-maintained with dust-free leaves and no standing water in the pots. The corridors are carpeted with thick carpets, muffling footsteps. The elevator area and public lounges are consistently clean. The elevators operate smoothly, the cabins are odor-free, and the mirrors are spotless. Room soundproofing is excellent; with windows closed, traffic noise is very faint, and no TV sounds penetrate from the corridor. The lighting is warm and not harsh, and the air conditioning temperature is comfortable."

"This National Day, we chose to stay at the Chimelong Spaceship Hotel with our kids, and the experience was great. The hotel lobby is spacious with a well-designed layout, beautiful surroundings, and abundant greenery with flowers and plants everywhere. I loved the wide variety of dining options, the comprehensive recreational facilities, and the convenient shuttle bus service. The hotel is very close to the Spaceship Theme Park; you just go downstairs to access a dedicated express lane, and facial recognition allows direct entry. The room facilities are complete, and the room itself was very clean and comfortable, making our visit very convenient. The kids had a fantastic time – it was truly nice! The room was clean and tidy, with a cute and lively ambiance that the children adored. Even the disposable toiletries were adorable! The check-in process was smooth. The hotel is large, and the rooms are also spacious and very clean. All the staff offered service with a smile and were ready to answer any questions, so the service quality was excellent. Check-in was fast, explanations were detailed, and check-out was also very convenient. Many directional signs within the hotel were clear and easy to follow. Upon entering the room, it felt spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, providing a very restful sleep. The bathroom was also impeccably clean, with neatly arranged towels and bath towels, and a full set of toiletries; every detail showed quality. The children's facilities in the room were incredibly thoughtful! The baby's exclusive toilet seat and toiletries were super nice~ Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend this hotel to friends. All in all, we had a wonderful time!"

"Came to Zhuhai for a weekend staycation and booked a one-bedroom suite. The overall experience was excellent. The suite was incredibly spacious, with a living room and desk area, making the layout very practical and never feeling cramped. Since it was the summer holiday, there were many guests, and the Executive Lounge was very popular, but the experience exceeded expectations. Happy Hour was a delightful surprise; the hot dishes were varied, flavorful, not too heavy, and absolutely delicious. The afternoon tea selection was also sufficient, and the TWG tea was wonderful! The lounge's window seats offered direct views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, providing an amazing vista. Breakfast was on the second floor, and it was extremely crowded on Saturday and Sunday; we even had to queue for breakfast on Sunday morning. This time it was a Southeast Asian theme (Singapore, Thailand), and the overall taste was quite standard. During peak hours, there was a long wait for omelets, and the coffee was just okay – this was probably the most noticeable drawback of our stay. The food quality in the lounge was definitely much better than the second-floor Western restaurant. Secondly, the service was excellent throughout our stay. Our requests were almost always promptly addressed. We encountered a minor issue during our stay, and the staff handled it quickly and appropriately. During check-out, Rona at the front desk proactively followed up with us, listened carefully to our feedback, and took our comments seriously, which left a very positive impression. The hotel has an infinity pool that looks stunning, but unfortunately, it was too crowded during the summer holidays for us to use. The location right by the sea is perfect for evening strolls or cycling along the beach. Overall, it was a highly rated holiday stay. My only wish is that the hotel can improve the efficiency of breakfast service during peak hours in the future. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it and would definitely come back if I have the chance."

"Highly recommend! My stay at the酋长木屋 (Chief's Cabin) exceeded my expectations! The cabins are very unique, nestled among lush greenery, creating a fantastic ambiance. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable space. My kids absolutely loved the duplex loft, constantly climbing up and down, feeling like they could spend half the day just playing in the loft. When checking in, the front desk staff informed us that during the holiday period, breakfast hours are from 7 AM to 2 PM. It's the first time I've ever seen breakfast extend until 2 PM! No more rushing to eat breakfast early in the morning, which I have to give a huge thumbs-up for. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, and the food quality was excellent, with delicious flavors. The Xingledu amusement park in the resort is perfect for kids; there are so many attractions that my children didn't want to leave and kept saying they wanted to come back again. Throughout our stay, the staff were enthusiastic and polite, always ready to answer questions and even suggested other scenic places nearby to visit. With food, accommodation, and entertainment all in one place, it offers incredible value for money. It's definitely our top choice for a family vacation, and we'll be back again!"

The outdoor pool had great natural light and open space, while the indoor pool offered a sun-protected option, perfect for a dip anytime. Our kids had an absolute blast and didn't want to leave the water. The water quality was well-maintained, and the lifeguards were on duty, making us feel very secure. We especially want to thank Lacey at the front desk. Traveling with family means a lot of luggage. Upon arrival at the hotel, Lacey proactively guided us. During check-in, considering we had children with us, she thoughtfully prepared children's amenities for us. After checking in, our child wanted some cookies, and Lacey quickly arranged for them to be delivered to our room. She even thoughtfully included drinks suitable for children. During our stay, she enthusiastically offered travel advice when we inquired about nearby attractions, even sharing tips to avoid traffic jams, which was a great help to our family's trip. The room was clean and tidy, with ample space, so our family didn't feel cramped. The view from the window was expansive. The hotel's facilities are very suitable for family travel, and the breakfast offered many dishes that children love. Lacey was consistently warm, polite, and considerate, addressing all our family's needs in every aspect. The service experience was exceptional. "For my trip to Zhuhai this time, I chose the Fumi High-Rise River View Apartment, and my overall stay experience exceeded my expectations! The location is really convenient, very close to Zhuhai Station and Gongbei Port, making it easy to cross the border to Macau or take high-speed trains. It's very convenient for sightseeing and traveling to and from the port. The apartment is on a high floor of the Pengrui Zhu'ao Bay Century Center, offering excellent high-altitude views. From the window, you can overlook the Macau night view, and watching the city lights at dusk creates an amazing atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, comfortably and tastefully decorated. The giant screen projector experience was great; I could watch movies and relax during my leisure time. The facilities are complete, with free parking and free luggage storage, which is especially friendly for travelers. There are also plenty of amenities nearby, with many dining and shopping options. The overall value for money is excellent; for just over a hundred yuan, you can get a river view. Whether you're visiting Zhuhai for tourism or needing to cross the border to Macau, this is a great choice. I'll consider staying here again next time I come to Zhuhai, and I recommend it to friends visiting Zhuhai!"
