They not only proactively offered pruning tools and vases but also kindly helped us send a package when we needed to and provided luggage storage service. They even thoughtfully prepared a map of the ancient city's surrounding attractions and offered helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants, sights, and tour routes. "On a friend's recommendation, we chose to stay at the Erhai Tianyu Apartment in Xiaguan. Our family was driving from Kunming to Dali for the holiday. The landlady was a very kind lady who personally greeted us at the parking lot and helped with our luggage. The apartment belonged to her; it was clean, spacious, with two bedrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two balconies. It was fully furnished and equipped with appliances, and there were even travel guides provided by her on the appliances, making us feel right at home. We could see Erhai Lake from the living room and master bedroom. The street downstairs was lined with restaurants, and just across the street were the Xiaguan Wharf and Xingsheng Bridge. Being in old Xiaguan, everything was very convenient! 👍 When we were leaving, because our child was doing homework, the landlady even agreed to extend our check-out time. A very pleasant trip!"
