Even though it's on a busy street, the soundproofing inside the room was excellent, making it incredibly quiet at night. The gentle cats in the courtyard were a big hit with the kids, and it was lovely to relax there with a cup of tea. The owner was incredibly thoughtful, even planning out nearby attractions and authentic local eateries for us. It's about a ten-minute drive to Longkan Pier. Our entire stay was comfortable and relaxing; it's really perfect for families traveling with children."

"On a friend's recommendation, we chose to stay at the Erhai Tianyu Apartment in Xiaguan. Our family was driving from Kunming to Dali for the holiday. The landlady was a very kind lady who personally greeted us at the parking lot and helped with our luggage. The apartment belonged to her; it was clean, spacious, with two bedrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two balconies. It was fully furnished and equipped with appliances, and there were even travel guides provided by her on the appliances, making us feel right at home. We could see Erhai Lake from the living room and master bedroom. The street downstairs was lined with restaurants, and just across the street were the Xiaguan Wharf and Xingsheng Bridge. Being in old Xiaguan, everything was very convenient! 👍 When we were leaving, because our child was doing homework, the landlady even agreed to extend our check-out time. A very pleasant trip!"

"I took my kids here for two days during the National Day holiday. The room was quite large and had a terrace. Two large beds were enough for our two adults and two children to sleep.
