"This hotel is great! The room looks exactly like the pictures online. The location is super convenient for getting around. They even rent out electric scooters on-site, and the staff are really helpful with directions. As someone from Malaysia who isn't familiar with the area, renting a scooter and following their explanations and maps was no problem at all 😂. They also offer a shuttle service to Lijiang, which is really cost-effective and convenient. They pick you up right at the entrance. You can ask the friendly guys at the front desk – it's truly a one-stop service! 👍🙏 💰 Fair price ✅ 💰 Scooter rental, super cheap ✅ Clean and tidy environment ✅"

"Our stay at Silke Hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were beautiful and also very clean. We especially loved the breakfast – it was absolutely delicious and offered a great variety. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. We would especially like to mention Xiaoyue, who was very supportive and spoke excellent English, which was extremely helpful in many situations. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would be very happy to come back anytime."

"A truly perfect stay! Staying for two nights really allowed me to soak in the slow pace here. In the afternoon, I'd lazily sit by the window, facing Erhai Lake. "Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Facilities: It had all the necessary amenities, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a razor. A small suggestion though: the hairdryer's power was a bit weak, which isn't ideal for long-haired women. Environment: I'm extremely satisfied with the room's location. Waking up early, I could see the beautiful Erhai Lake and the sunrise. A small suggestion for vacationers would be to have a speaker in the room for a better experience. You can also access the lakeside directly from the small courtyard behind the room. Service: They contacted me in advance by phone and WeChat to confirm my arrival time. My train arrived around 10:00 PM, and about 20 minutes before I landed, they proactively asked if I had arrived in Dali. The small buggy in the picture is also quite stylish."
