"We travelled to Dali from Kunming by train. Before arriving, we called the hotel to arrange pickup from the station as we arrived late at 10pm. The hotel was fantastic as they arranged a driver to meet us. We booked the room with the 270 degree view. It was on the 4th and top floor with fantastic view of Erhai Lake. It had an outdoor area bigger than the room!. Although language was a barrier the staff went out of their way to help to make our stay very very pleasant. WeChat and Alipay is a must in Dali. The hotel is located inside a gated area and is very secure. Transport via Didi is easy and the hotel is close to town with train station only 20 minutes away."

"A very satisfying stay! The location was easy to find, right by Erhai Lake, and parking was convenient with EV charging stations available. The front desk staff had a great attitude, and the room was clean, tidy, and odorless. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, ample hot water, and a smart toilet. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. It offers great value for money, and the overall experience was excellent. It's a great choice for both business trips and tourism. I'll definitely come again! I usually don't leave good reviews, so when I do, it means I was truly impressed."

"Our overall stay was incredibly surprising and gets a full recommendation! The B&B's location is excellent, though the surrounding roads are quite narrow, making transportation a bit inconvenient. However, the owner thoughtfully provides complimentary shuttle service for trips to dinner, daily outings, and airport transfers, so getting around was never a concern. The service at this B&B is absolutely top-notch. The staff are gentle and patient, always willing to help, and their attention to detail is truly heartwarming. They kindly offer afternoon tea and a soothing bedtime dessert soup daily, both exquisite and comforting. Breakfast is different every day; we had Chinese on the first day and Western on the second. The special rice noodles were flavorful, though my only minor complaint is that there wasn't much broth. The complimentary dried plums in the lobby were delicious – I even packed some to take home as a souvenir. While the guest rooms are compact, they are well-appointed with all the necessary facilities, offering a very comfortable stay. The only small drawback was that the wooden door lock was a bit tricky to operate. Cleanliness was exceptional; the rooms were meticulously cleaned with no overlooked corners. Upon checkout, we were thoughtfully given flower cakes and a custom cloth bag, showcasing their incredible attention to detail. Our entire stay was relaxing and therapeutic, making this an excellent choice for a stay in Dali. The complimentary travel photos were also lovely, but it's a shame there wasn't a package deal, as 50 RMB for one retouched photo felt a bit pricey."

"Located on a small hill near Qingshan Village in Dali Haidong, this hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the Shuanglang Scenic Area. The surroundings are quiet with no commercial shops, making it ideal for those traveling by car or private charter. The hotel's biggest draw is undoubtedly its 'Sky Mirror' swing, offering panoramic views of Erhai Lake, with Cangshan Mountain visible in the distance. During this season, you can even catch a glimpse of snow on Cangshan in the mornings, and I was lucky enough to see the 'Erhai Moon' at night! 😃 The room amenities and supplies were fairly basic, but I brought my own, so it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast is served in a separate building, so you have to go downstairs and walk over. Service: The male staff members were very friendly. There are many steps leading up to the front desk, and they were quite helpful carrying my luggage!"

"I consider the Pullman a solid five-star hotel. Everything was great, and the room had a fantastic view, looking directly onto Dali Port Wharf. The service was excellent; they were very accommodating to all requests. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable, even in all the hidden corners. The room was quiet and the breakfast was superb! If I return to Dali, I'll definitely choose the Pullman again!"

The panoramic rooftop terrace and the viewing platforms in each room are my personal hidden gems. —During the day, I watched the waves of Erhai Lake; in the evening, I waited for the sunset's blue hour; at night, I gazed up at the starry sky. Every photo I took here was stunning, no filter needed. ✨ Qiyun Room Type: A healing space to watch the sea from bed The design of the Qiyun room perfectly blends 'luxury' with 'relaxation'. - Absolutely stunning views: The large floor-to-ceiling window acts like a flowing painting. Waking up in the morning, I could watch the mist over Erhai Lake slowly dissipate without even getting out of bed. Even just zoning out became a pleasure. - Impeccable details: Soft music played from the Marshall speaker, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sinking into a cloud, instantly melting away the fatigue of a day's travel. The large bathtub faced the window, and soaking in a hot bath while watching the clouds drift by made time seem to slow down. The full set of L'Occitane toiletries and the automatic heated smart toilet – every detail showed thoughtful care, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay. 🤍 Service and Experience: A journey enveloped in warmth From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was touched by the attentive service. - The staff proactively helped with luggage and guided me through check-in, even carefully asking about my afternoon tea preferences. When returning late, the front desk would greet me with a warm smile and a cup of hot milk, which truly warmed my heart. - The timed meals provided by the hotel were an even bigger surprise: breakfast included freshly made rice noodles and exquisite pastries, the afternoon tea desserts were perfectly sweet without being cloying, and the 'goodnight sweet soup' before bed was a gentle ritual unique to Dali. 💡 Summary: A healing sanctuary you won't want to leave In the Qiyun room at Qinglv Liushui Wangyue, time seemed to flow differently. There was no need to rush itineraries or worry about trivial matters. I simply fell asleep to the sound of Erhai's waves and woke up to the morning glow of Cangshan Mountain, living each day like a poem amidst the flowing water and moonlight. Whether you're looking for a place to unwind and relax, or to capture stunning photos that will flood your social media, this is the perfect choice for Dali. The next time I visit Dali, I will definitely choose Qinglv again for another gentle rendezvous with Erhai Lake."

"Finally made it to Dali this spring and stayed at Yuelianzhuang! They had a shuttle waiting for me, and the one-on-one butler service was fantastic! The rooftop view is absolutely incredible; you get an unobstructed panorama of Erhai Lake! So beautiful! The architecture is also very high-end, with tons of great photo spots. In the afternoon, they even offered a lovely and delicious afternoon tea. It felt wonderful just whiling away the time here! I stayed in the 360-degree sea-view room, and I could literally see Erhai Lake right from my bed! Plus, everything is intelligently controlled, which is super convenient. The breakfast was also very generous, with a wide variety of options! You can try all sorts of Yunnan specialties like rice noodles. You'd regret not staying at Yuelianzhuang if you come to Dali! I'll definitely be back!"

"The hotel is spotless and incredibly quiet and comfortable. The service was absolutely outstanding! Every staff member was dedicated and super friendly to guests. My child experienced altitude sickness for the first time in Yunnan, and the hotel immediately provided oxygen and even offered to accompany us to the doctor. The breakfast was delicious, and room service was very efficient. I highly, highly recommend this place. Before we left, they even gave a small gift to my child. Seriously, I can't recommend this quality hotel enough; it's truly trustworthy."

Upon check-in, the staff patiently explained all the facilities. The biggest surprise was that breakfast could be delivered directly to the room! It was incredibly varied, with both Chinese and Western options, beautifully presented, and kept warm. Eating breakfast while gazing at the sea view – this is exactly what a vacation should feel like. Every detail, from airport pickup to check-out, made me feel incredibly comfortable. The courtyard room we booked was even more charming, private, and cozy. The B&B is located in a prime neighborhood with clear signage and a luxurious feel. The B&B is conveniently located, making it easy to reach Cangshan Mountain, Erhai Lake, and the city center, especially without lugging luggage. There are also many authentic local restaurants nearby. This stay was a perfect experience, with excellent value for money. The service from the host was excellent, and the breakfast made by the aunt was delicious."
