This stay is the best ever. Not only is the guesthouse clean and beautifully located right across from Erhai Lake. But what impressed me most was the hospitality and service—especially from Joy. From picking us up at the train station, to helping us arrange an EV bike rental (even though we eventually decided not to), to personally taking us to dinner and recommending dishes, trusting us with her dog Hamburg, and specially arranging for us to be dropped off at the station when we left even though she was busy with work. Joy made sure everything was well taken care of. She is a true asset to the guesthouse: friendly, sincere in her kind gestures without expecting anything in return, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. What we admire most is that Joy treats her dog as a family member. She is truly a person filled with loving kindness and will always be blessed for this. The part we appreciated most was getting to spend quality time with her dog, Hamburg, who brought us so much happiness and filled our days with joy. Hamburg is a loving dog with a heart of gold. Anyone especially dog lovers would truly fall in love with him. Together, Joy and Hamburg make the best combination. They brought smiles and joy to us. They are the real assets of the place. We hope they will be greatly rewarded. Thank you, Joy, for giving us the best souvenir in China—Hamburg's most loved toy. This is the best gift ever! And thank you for keeping in touch with us whenever you can, including sharing updates on Hamburg. It means a lot to us.😊 Great hospitality was also shown by others on the team. Miki served us breakfast every morning with a smile and was always at the reception keeping Hamburg company. She not only looks after him but also make sure he is in good hands, safe and happily running about. Miki carried Hamburg to bid us farewell. She also updated us on Hamburg's progress daily, which we greatly appreciated. knowing that he is happy made us happy.👍 Most importantly, the owner, Krystina, made us feel at home and welcomed. She has a warm personality, is friendly, and treats her staff like family. She is also in the midst of learning English for self-improvement. She has the willingness to learn and the kind of down-to-earth attitude that most hotel owners don't. We felt comfortable being with her, and she even hosted a farewell dinner for us. What we love most is that she is an animal lover and even included Hamburg in the dinner. She has a heart full of compassion. We had a great time together, and the night ended with smiles and laughter. We started as strangers but ended as friends.🙂 We were reluctant to leave after three nights, and if given the chance, we would love to extend our stay to a week in the future. This place is truly a gem, thanks to the wonderful management and the people behind it. We will surely recommend friends to your guesthouse—it is a gem hidden in Dali. Our family of three has returned to Xi'an after our road trip to Yunnan, and the most memorable stay was undoubtedly this guesthouse in Dali. It offers exceptional value for money and is highly recommended! The location is superb, just across the road from the ancient city. The environment is quiet and elegant, and parking is convenient. The cleanliness was impeccable. The suite we stayed in was wonderfully designed, with new and complete facilities. I particularly liked the brand of the bathroom fixtures and the mattress. The bedding and toiletries were also of high quality, making for a very comfortable stay. The lavish buffet breakfast, exceeding a four-star standard, tasted fantastic – truly amazing! The service was top-notch; you could genuinely feel the guesthouse owner's dedication and passion for their business. The greenery on the hotel's terrace was also meticulously cared for, absolutely beautiful! It's perfect for relaxing and taking various Instagram-worthy photos. We will definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Dali.

The room was very comfortable. I took a taxi to the hotel but the driver dropped me off under a big tree and I couldn't find the way. Fortunately, the boss came to pick me up. The bosses were super nice. The boss seemed to be a retired soldier, so I felt very safe. Hehe! As soon as I entered the door, I was amazed by the small courtyard! The room is beautiful and clean, and I am very satisfied overall! ! Dali, a place full of redemption! The scenery is beautiful, the food, accommodation and people you meet are all very comfortable. It is a city you will fall in love with over and over again! Thank you for your care, I will come to your house next time I come to Dali and wish you a prosperous business.

We chose this hotel after seeing photos of the amazing views from its rooms - and we were not disappointed. The hotel is located in a high rise residential apartment complex, and situated in between the east and west banks of Erhai lake. You could see both banks clearly from the balcony, with Cangshan serving as the backdrop. Service was personal and wonderful too. We had our rooms upgraded for free to a bigger one, and the staff gave many useful recommendations of local restaurants, attractions and bike rental - very very handy for cycling Erhai lake (the bike shop she recommended was professional and provided high quality bikes which enabled us to go halfway around the lake, and could be returned at a different location). She also made us tea personally upon request, and offered to teach us teamaking. Overall, a very pleasant stay with nothing to complain about. Will recommend this hotel to fellow travellers who are looking to stay in a less touristy part of Dali, away from the ancient town area, with amazing views from the hotel itself.

This absolutely deserves a full score for a sea-view guesthouse! The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain. You can watch the sunrise from your bed and see the sunset paint the lake. The 270-degree unobstructed view totally exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and all the bathroom amenities were provided. Both the guesthouse's terrace and courtyard are perfect for photos, and it's just a few steps out to the Erhai Ecological Corridor, which is super convenient for walks or cycling. The owner was incredibly warm and thoughtful, taking care of pickup and breakfast with great attention to detail. This was the most satisfying stay I've had in Dali. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Erhai Lake. Highly recommended!

This hotel perfectly met our expectations! The courtyard is absolutely beautiful, and the surrounding area is lively with easy access to taxis and restaurants. It's also close to the pedestrian street, yet the hotel itself remains wonderfully quiet. The owner is incredibly friendly and easy to get along with. They have a washing machine but no dryer, so if you plan on doing laundry, I'd recommend bringing quick-drying clothes as they'll be dry overnight. It rained every day during our stay, and cotton items would probably take two days to dry. We stayed for five nights with our child, and our little one never got bored, often strolling in the courtyard or playing with the cats. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dali.

The front desk service was excellent; they proactively helped with my luggage as soon as I entered, despite there being steps. The facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast was delicious with extended hours. They even upgraded my room and granted a late checkout. The hotel's surroundings are very relaxing, with a small park right outside. Overall, it's quiet and not noisy at all, making for a very comfortable stay.

The hotel offers a fantastic view, especially from the rooftop common area where you can see the beautiful Erhai Lake – perfect for photos. The owner is incredibly thoughtful; they offer a pick-up service, and even reimbursed our taxi fare when we arrived. On the second morning, they brought breakfast directly to our room at 10 AM since we hadn't gotten up yet. We enjoyed breakfast in the room while watching squirrels hopping outside – the environment is truly wonderful. The owner also runs a tea business and even gave us some tea as a souvenir when we left. They truly made us feel at home.

I love this hotel so much. The hotel view is very great and the staff is very helping and friendly. Definitely will repeat. For the toilet very muslim friendly cause it has a bidet near the watercloset. It also serves free tea and orange. Very recommended.

This hotel and room were the best out of all the places we chose to stay in Dali 🎉 no regrets at all. It's very accessible, has spacious rooms, and the views are absolutely stunning. We loved it so much that we regretted only staying for one night. The location is super convenient, with lots of shops, restaurants, and activities right downstairs. You can watch the sunset in the morning and enjoy the night views in the evening, with people playing guitars and such ❤️🥺. The staff provided excellent service. Before check-in, they messaged us on Trip.com and then added us on WeChat. They even helped us carry our luggage from the convenience store to the hotel (as cars couldn't go in). Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit platter, afternoon tea, and small cakes! We absolutely loved it and highly recommend staying here when you visit Dali for a wonderful experience ❤️.
