Although the location was a little far, the stay here was super worth it! The views around our hotel was so so so pretty and i really love waking up to it. The service and amenities were top notch. Sad that our days/nights were limited here. Our favourite activity was feeding the ducks in the morning for free and unlimited biscuits! Will definitely come back! Theres also free photoshoot session which was so cute 💓 love love love 🥹🥹🥹 Very thankful to have 小邓 as our butler throughout our entire stay at the hotel 💓 if anyone who comes here can look for him! 😊 虽然位置有点远，但这次入住体验真的超值！酒店周围的景色美极了，每天早上醒来都能看到，真的太开心了。服务和设施都一流。可惜我们在这里待的时间太短了。我们最喜欢的活动是早上免费喂鸭子，而且饼干管够！下次一定还会再来！酒店还提供免费的拍照服务，真的太可爱了💓爱死了🥹🥹🥹 非常感谢小邓在我们入住期间一直担任我们的管家💓如果有人来这里，一定要找他！😊

Booked for family room and it was so fancy. My girls were thrilled despite they are already in teenage. Front desk manager, Jolie Zheng was kind enough to assist to include additional breakfast for us as she saw there were total 4 of us whilst the room only comes with 3 free breakfast. Also they sent additional slippers and toothbrush for the kids.

We stayed at Lishe seaview resort hotel for 2 nights. The hotel upgraded us to a two-room apartment which I did not expect! The apartment had spectacular view of Erhai in the living room and master bedroom. I had the foresight of having one free and easy day and we pretty much stayed in most of the time to soak in the view. The staff service was amazing. The team reached out to me via trip.com the day before we check in (fantastic initiative) as overseas visitors like me are not familiar with the WeChat usage. When we arrive, the staff were on standby to receive us and bring us to the apartment as we got there via our own driver. The hotel sent nightly desert (white fungus) to our apartment. One important aspect of the hotel is the delicious and wide spread of breakfast. The breaky was on the highest floor offering great views of Erhai, and the lady attendant there was polite, cheerful and has great service. When we checked, the hotel staff came to the apartment and send us to the car. They also presented a farewell bag of goodies - including rose Chinese cakes (which were super delicious!), tea and sweets. It was an awfully thoughtful gesture. I had the rose Chinese cake during breaky and loved them. So I was super happy to find them in the farewell gift. I would strongly recommend a stay here if you are in Dali. Fellow Singaporeans- you would love this place! I think even if I did not get the upgrade, I would have loved the view too. Just keep one day of doing nothing and enjoy the beautiful view and the hotel hospitality. The hotel staff were service oriented, always smiling, polite and helpful. I mean every staff we encountered, even the cleaning staff! This hotel was a great highlight of our Dali stay. I would definitely come back to stay at Lishe when next back to Dali.

This hotel was impressed me start from 1 month before my trip. 小管家初一was start contact me via wechat for my booking details and provide a lot useful information about my stay and trip. One day before arrived I had request pick up service from dali train station, they have patiently confirm my train details and awaiting us at front of exit. Since the pick up we ald can feel the hospitality, they arrange us 7 seated MPV with luxurious and clean interior. The driver also very helpful and resourceful to introduce us history of dali. The 1st night we arrived was ald 10pm, and the hotel provide very warm greeting, introduction, fast check in, and service. Interior design of the hotel is very vintage with full of wood made furniture. Room super duper clean, socket is sufficient with well located at everywhere in the room. We have been offered a cup of warm milk before sleep also. Next day breakfast is start from 7.30am. Choices is acceptable with this middle size of hotel but taste very good and no repeated during my 2 days stay. They also offering free high tea tea for us in their beautiful succulent garden. During check out, we just pass them the key and they providing us mineral water and fresh flower cookies as gift. Here I like to say thank you to everyone in the hotel, definitely will introduce this hotel to anyone who like to come dali. This is the best hotel I ever stay in China.
