"Extremely satisfied! My train arrived quite early in the morning, so I messaged the concierge in advance to see if an early check-in was possible. Unfortunately, the room was occupied the night before, so I left my luggage with them first. As soon as the previous guests checked out, the concierge promptly arranged for cleaning. Not only did they allow me to check in early, but they also helped bring my luggage to the room. The service was incredibly thoughtful, patient, and warm. Definitely a big thumbs up!"

GGuest UserAdvantages: 1. The overall design of the B&B is quite good, and you can see that the designer hopes to create a new scene at every step. There are also many areas for children to do activities and adults to relax and drink tea. The overall environment is good; 2. The food is delicious and I ate three meals in a row without any disappointments; 3. The room area is quite large and the facilities are sanitary; 4. The stove-side tea-making set meal we ordered only includes one handmade activity, but because we have two children, the housekeeper generously gave us an extra one after communicating with us; 5. My husband drank too much and vomited on the cotton fabrics in the room. I asked for compensation, but the B&B did not accept it. I felt understood and tolerated for this, and I felt better. Things that need to be improved: 1. As the hotel is newly opened, it has not experienced winter yet. The air conditioning and hot water effects in the lobby and rooms are not very good. If it gets colder, it will probably affect the stay experience; 2. It feels a bit too busy during the meal peak. If you order food in advance, you must confirm with the customer service number repeatedly to avoid mistakes; 3. It is recommended that the staff wear uniforms to work. It feels a bit strange to not be able to tell who is the staff during the stay. Overall, although there are no value-added services such as small gifts, every staff member is warm and friendly when you seek help. I recommend it.

CChunlingThis homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

The lobby felt very upscale upon entering, and the front desk staff were welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. I'll definitely stay here again next time – highly recommended! Every detail at the hotel was excellent and made me feel very well taken care of. It was a truly pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThis is my fourth time to Huitang Occupational Therapy Hot Spring Hotel, because the first impression is very good, the waiters are very enthusiastic and patient, what I value most is the sanitary environment, the room is very comfortable and cozy, the bed is very comfortable, the children sleep well at night, the children and my family love to take a hot spring bath, sleep well and have fun is a quality and enjoyable weekend. By the way, the breakfast here is the most abundant hotel I have ever stayed in.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to come to Tongcheng Hot Springs and I felt very comfortable staying here. I have been to so many hot spring hotels and still think this one is really great. The best thing here is that the service level is really considerate and comparable to that of peers. This time, my friend was not feeling well, and Xiao Wen at the front desk helped prepare brown sugar ginger water and delivered it directly to our room. I was very hungry after taking a hot spring bath at night, so the takeaway I ordered was delivered to my room.
We were helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and we were asked if we needed a late check-out. The whole stay experience was really good.
The hotel breakfast is also good, with a wide variety, especially the rice noodles are delicious.
Although the room is decorated in a retro style, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the hot spring, on the first floor of the building where we live, so it's no problem even if the weather is cold.
We will definitely stay here next time we visit!

AAthrThe room name truly lives up to its description; the misty mountain views and swaying bamboo shadows are exactly what you get. The kitchen is a huge plus! The dishes are unique from morning to night, made with excellent ingredients and skilled craftsmanship – super delicious! The chef definitely deserves a year-end bonus. The hotel's concept is fantastic, focusing on nature education, and they even have a small museum dedicated to local flora and fauna nearby, which shows incredible dedication. There's a large lawn in front, a fish pond to the side, a gently flowing stream below the lawn, and in the distance, dark green mountains with cloud belts. It's a hotel that harmonizes wonderfully with nature, and the negative oxygen ions are fantastic. My only small suggestions are for the bar to offer a wider variety of snacks and for breakfast to include more fruit options.

The food is good and delicious! I am very satisfied with the environment and service. For example, the environment is quiet because there are not many people, and the island is more private, and there is no reservation or the tenant can not go to the island, so it is safer! Service attitude is more satisfactory, so the environment and service I score 5 points! There is no TV, and there is a TV set to be more perfect! The yurt-style room shape is novel after all, so my facilities score 4 points! If it is hygienic, because there are mosquitoes, there are spider webs in the trees outside the room! But the sanitation in the room is OK, so I will disinfect you again in front of the hot spring, so I will give it to you in terms of hygiene! Mainly to bring pets to play! Overall, it is still very good, a good place to go
