"This hotel is super comfortable and easy to get to by taxi. It's not on the main road, so it's really quiet and cozy! The front desk service was excellent; they upgraded me to a loft room for free. The room was huge, beautifully decorated, and very new. It truly was as good as it looked in the pictures! Plus, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was very practical! There was even a bathtub, so I could enjoy a soak every night – so relaxing! They were also very responsive to requests, always happy to help. My two days in Changsha were incredibly comfortable! I particularly loved that there were so many places to put things in the room, and a fridge too – it really had everything you could need. There's a pub downstairs on the ground floor, and Wanda Plaza and Chaozong Street are just a short walk away, making it super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!"

🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome.
🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely.
🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance.

The public area is so beautiful, there are many artworks displayed, there are painters' works, non-legacy Xiangxie embroidery like an art museum, the whole is very tonal, there will be welcome tea when you check in, the hotel is close to Yuelu Mountain, it is a quiet place in the noisy! The bedding is comfortable, the details are in place and the service is just right! Turndown with good night tea, sleep spray! The bath is selected from Parma. The housekeeper arranges the bathing ceremony in advance. I choose the favorite bath salt aroma. It is too comfortable to take a bath and sleep. Breakfast is in the yina. The full-time catering service is provided. The dishes are rich. It is a form of order. There is an authentic Changsha taste and Western-style bruch. You can also choose to send it to the room for dinner, relaxing holiday life, visualized at this moment, butler Xiaowei service is very good, will come again next time, look forward to seeing you ～

GGuest UserI extended my stay for three more days. On the first day, the room wasn't cleaned, so I went to the front desk. They immediately arranged for it to be cleaned, and the subsequent service was excellent. They even gave me complimentary breakfast and a departure gift. This was my first time staying at an Orange Crystal Hotel, and I found the room facilities to be quite smart. We stayed in a family room, and the extra bed was a sofa bed, which wasn't ideal, but thankfully the mattress was comfortable.
They also provided welcome fruit and a departure gift. A big thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserGreat value for money! It's super close to Wuyi Square. The afternoon tea and cocktails are absolutely delicious, and the complimentary late-night congee is a lovely touch. I was especially happy that the front desk lady even helped me pick up my takeout. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Changsha. The hygiene is exceptional, everything is spotless, the bed is perfectly made, and the duvet cover is pristine. The environment is really nice, it looks like it's just been renovated, and the facilities are excellent. Plus, it's very close to the subway station. Highly recommend staying here!

As soon as I stepped out of the 'Starry Sky' elevator, Lin warmly greeted me. She immediately recognized my needs, proactively offered guidance, and maintained a bright, genuine smile throughout. She was incredibly familiar with the hotel's layout, meticulously explaining the design concepts of CHAOTANG and RUNWAY Bar on the sixth floor, even pointing out hidden photo spots. Her service was impeccable: enthusiastic without being intrusive, and professional without being cold. She perfectly balanced W's trendy coolness with meticulous attention to detail. I was impressed from the moment I met her, and I'll definitely be looking for Lin again on my next visit!

It was soft, tender, not greasy, and the cheese was wonderfully fragrant and stringy. The yogurt bar was excellent, with my favorite Greek yogurt and chia seed yogurt available. Honestly, it offers much better value for money than the Park Hyatt I stayed at last time.

All sorts of Changsha's specialty foods and trendy spots are right outside your door, and the subway is practically at your doorstep, making exploring and dining incredibly convenient.
The guest rooms are situated on the 46th floor and higher, offering panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that directly face the Xiangjiang River and Orange Isle. The entire cityscape, with its mountains, rivers, and islands, is laid out before you. In the morning, you can watch the river mist, at dusk, chase the sunset painting the water, and at night, admire the myriad lights along both banks. If you're lucky enough to catch the Orange Isle fireworks, you'll have an exclusive, unparalleled viewing spot right from your room – perfect for stunning photos!
The front desk staff are incredibly attentive and professional. They patiently answered all my questions without any perfunctory responses, and their service was warm yet discreet, never intruding on my personal space. The entire check-in to check-out process was smooth and comfortable. Their comprehensive, thoughtful service significantly enhanced my trip to Changsha. Check-out was also quick and seamless, with simple and pleasant communication throughout. The service was enthusiastic but not overbearing, showing excellent discretion. Perched on the 38th to 50th floors, the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the striking giant 'orange tree' and the incredibly high ceilings. The fusion of Eastern aesthetics and modern luxury was absolutely exquisite.
The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the room's panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, which practically covered an entire wall. Opening them revealed a breathtaking vista of the Xiang River, Orange Isle, and the distant Yuelu Mountain, truly offering a 'mountains, water, island, city' visual feast all in one frame. Especially at night, gazing at the glittering cityscape and the shimmering river outside the window was incredibly relaxing.
Every detail showcased thoughtful care. Not only did the room feature comfortable beds that could be combined and high-quality toiletries, but it also had a pleasant surprise: snacks from Cha Yan Yue Se, making you feel a strong sense of local culture and hospitality. The hotel is conveniently located right above Bisha Lake Subway Station, making it incredibly easy to get to Wuyi Square, Orange Isle, and other central commercial areas and attractions. Whether it was the resort-like high-altitude infinity pool or the authentic Hunan rice noodles at the all-day dining restaurant, everything added to the enjoyment of my trip. GGuest UserThe room was just okay, not great value for money. The front desk staff weren't very efficient and were slow to resolve issues. I called for something and it took ages to be delivered. The hotel is in a busy area, right at a crossroads, so it's quite noisy downstairs. You can hear the traffic, so I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers. The afternoon tea selection was also quite limited. The elevators were a bit old and took a while to arrive. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but overall, getting around was still convenient. However, the service definitely needs improvement!
