The official Chinese name of X hotel is "spacetime capsule". The hotel takes black, white and gray as the basic tone, decorated with light earth color, and presents a textured black appearance. The glass grain flows near the entrance, and the hazy glass causes visual blur, like a curtain wall flowing in chaos, isolating the two worlds inside and outside the curtain wall; The sloping door frame leads to the unknown. At night, the light and shadow device at the door is dreamy and beautiful. Under the divergent warm yellow light, the whole hotel seems to come from parallel time and space, sleep in the dark night and shuttle through time and space. It comes and goes quietly, like a quiet dream in the dark night, with a mysterious atmosphere, leading the sleeping passengers to the next stop of time and space. In our vision, X Hotel space-time capsule is not only a hotel, but also an communicator and explorer of space-time, exploring the edge of life and culture.

"We were traveling as a couple, and it rained on our second day, but we hadn't brought an umbrella. The hotel kindly provided umbrellas for us for free, which was a thoughtful little touch. They also have a laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes, which made our trip much more convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel environment was great too; we didn't find any issues with cleanliness. We left later on our second day and requested room cleaning in advance, and we noticed that the cleaning staff did a very thorough job."

LLogan_LuThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the heart of the city with excellent transportation links all around. What truly impressed me was the thoughtful hospitality – upon check-in, we were greeted with a lovely welcome fruit basket and aromatic freshly ground coffee. The room even has a capsule coffee machine, so you can enjoy a delicious cup anytime you like. This kind of meticulous attention to detail really makes you feel pampered. And the professional service from the hotel staff was equally impressive; every single team member was smiling, warm, and attentive.

MMidoutongxueStaying at the Grand Hyatt in Changsha really showed me what 'riverside view at its finest' means! Downstairs is the Wenheyou Haixin Square branch, and it's super convenient to walk to Pozi Street for snacks. The river view room is perfect for photos. Waking up to see Chairman Mao's statue in the morning mist as I pulled back the curtains was truly an awakening moment. At dusk, the rosy glow on the river, and then the light show along both banks of the Xiang River at night – every frame is like a wallpaper. The hotel's high-rise lobby and sky-high afternoon tea are also great for a visit. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even proactively recommended must-try Changsha delicacies and sightseeing routes. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic!

GGuest UserI extended my stay for three more days. On the first day, the room wasn't cleaned, so I went to the front desk. They immediately arranged for it to be cleaned, and the subsequent service was excellent. They even gave me complimentary breakfast and a departure gift. This was my first time staying at an Orange Crystal Hotel, and I found the room facilities to be quite smart. We stayed in a family room, and the extra bed was a sofa bed, which wasn't ideal, but thankfully the mattress was comfortable. They also provided welcome fruit and a departure gift. A big thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserThe Niccolo Changsha offers a phenomenal, truly six-star experience! The views from the 93rd floor are absolutely breathtaking. The room was spotlessly clean, elegantly designed, and equipped with high-end facilities, making for an exceptionally comfortable stay. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, with a full selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. The authentic Changsha rice noodles were delicious and fresh, and the desserts and fresh juices were all exquisite, offering an impressive variety that never got repetitive. The service was impeccable; customer service representative NAOMI was always prompt and efficient in addressing any needs. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a charming little bear from the front desk in the morning – such thoughtful details really made the stay extra special. The location is excellent, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. My entire experience was fantastic, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Changsha!

GGuest UserThe room was spotless and very comfortable. I originally just picked this hotel randomly when visiting Changsha, but it turned out to be such a pleasant surprise! The natural light was great; when the sun shone in, I felt so warm and cozy. Plus, check-out was at 1 PM, and the hotel even extended it for us by an hour. They also gave us a small gift when we left, which was a lovely touch. Excellent service, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Changsha.

CChenmaimaichimaidanglaoThis was my second stay at the W, and it's been almost two years since my last visit. It offers a completely different vibe compared to the St. Regis next door. For my birthday last year, the St. Regis's butler service was incredibly thoughtful. The W's service, on the other hand, was consistently friendly with smiles all around (except for the dining staff). The W's rooms maintain their signature youthful style. This time, my room was on the 8th floor, not particularly high, but the W doesn't really boast any scenic views anyway. What I regret most is not being able to fully enjoy the hotel's breakfast due to an early high-speed train (I only managed to grab a traditional Eggs Benedict). However, from what I briefly saw, the taste was far superior to the St. Regis, and the variety and quality of the breakfast could easily rival the Grand Hyatt in Changsha.

ZZhiniuThe room was decent, and the service was okay; the staff were all very enthusiastic and the hygiene was fine. Breakfast: The variety was really limited, I didn't even know what to eat. The toppings for the rice noodles and regular noodles were strange; they just mixed stir-fried dishes in, and I had to make do with that for two days. The other dishes were also just so-so. Pool and Gym: The changing room was way too small. On my first day, it was alright, but on the second day, a weekend, more people showed up, including many kids. Firstly, the pool water was a bit shallow and on the colder side. Secondly, the changing rooms and showers were incredibly few and very crowded; it was quite awkward with several people squeezing around. However, the executive lounge included in this package, where you can have a drink in the evening, was excellent. The two young ladies serving were very enthusiastic and nice. On my second visit, she remembered my preferences, which was really impressive. The cocktails tasted great! The mousse was also decent, but I won't even comment on the bread. The service staff were also quite good. When I checked in, they informed me about all the benefits, and I was able to get a late check-out. Overall, I'd give it a four-star rating. The breakfast and changing rooms are really not as good as even the entry-level Marriott hotels built in recent years.

GGuest UserThe hotel's facilities and services are pretty good. You can see the tall buildings of Wuyi Square right outside the hotel, and the view is quite nice on a clear day. The mattress and pillows are also very soft, and there are 4 pillows, offering plenty of choices. There are also many delicious snack bars nearby. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Changsha. The front desk service is also very thoughtful, and there's a free laundry room and gym. The amenities are very complete, and they even offer a 50% discount on Didi ride-hailing vouchers. If you haven't had enough to eat at night, they also provide a complimentary 'goodnight porridge' when you return, which is very comforting for the stomach.

GGuest UserThe large windows come with double-layer sheer and blackout curtains. You can enjoy the city view during the day and have a peaceful sleep at night, as the soundproofing is excellent. The room layout is super practical, with a desk and work area, perfect for handling some documents when traveling for business. The herringbone wood flooring feels great underfoot, and the bed is very comfortable.

LlwwbI saw a lot of comments saying the location was a bit out of the way. But seriously, is it possible that when they were choosing a spot for the Changsha branch, they just couldn't find a suitable property to rent in Wuyi Square? There aren't many hostels of this size in Changsha that can operate as accommodation and pass fire safety inspections. After careful comparison, they chose the current location. As for people complaining about the front desk service, honestly, they just need to complete basic reception, replies, and have basic etiquette. Don't ask for too much. Their salaries aren't high. If you want great service, just tip them a red packet every time. If you pay enough, they'll break all the glass for you. If you transfer 10,000 every time, you'll see the front desk will serve you so well they'll even usher you out personally! And then there are those clean freaks complaining about hygiene. Honestly, as long as your bed in the room is clean, that's enough. Don't have extra demands. Think about how much you paid to book the room. If you're going to pick nits with a magnifying glass, then no hotel in the world is clean! Even the Four Seasons, Capella, Mandarin Oriental, Shanghai Bulgari, Shanghai Peace Hotel, and Hong Kong Peninsula Hotel suites have hygiene issues; it's unavoidable. If you're going to fuss about these things, you're just living too tiredly. Also, these types of hostels abroad mainly offer cheap accommodation for travelers. Only in China will they spoil you like this. In Japan, you'd be checked out by 10 AM, kicked out. If you complain there, they'll kick you out that day, simply because they have the right not to serve guests who don't follow their rules. The hygiene really isn't a problem. I don't think it's any less clean than an All Seasons or Hanting. As for the bathroom, with people constantly going in and out 24 hours a day, the cleaning staff can't clean it every single time someone uses the toilet. The aunties are earning 3,000 a month, not 30,000. You're paying 50 yuan a night for a hostel, not 5,000 or 50,000. Don't make such a big deal out of it. Instead of fussing over these things, go make more money so you don't have to stay in hostels and can stay in a hotel, then you won't have these problems. Think about how much you paid! It's like some people who book a special offer or carpool and then tell the driver to go faster. Why didn't you just book a private car in the first place? Because you know it's expensive, so you didn't. If you dislike hostels, why do you stay in them? Why not stay in a hotel? Isn't it essentially because you don't have money? If you don't have money, then shut up!
