The service was an even bigger plus; the staff were warm and patient, responded promptly, and provided thoughtful service throughout. The environment was also very quiet, allowing for excellent rest. 🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome.
🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely.
🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance.
The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few dozen meters straight ahead from Exit 5 of Wuyi Square Subway Station, and close to Huangxing Walking Street. There are plenty of food and drink options nearby, making it convenient for both sightseeing and dining. Although the hotel is on a main road, it's very quiet at night. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and a heated towel rack. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, providing great directions and recommending local Changsha specialties. The restaurant at the hotel entrance has good food; the stir-fried pork with white chilies was delicious and not too spicy.

LLeerI brought my child to Changsha for the Dragon Boat Festival, and since it was their first time here, I specifically chose a river-view room. The hotel's overall environment was comfortable and clean, and the hygiene was excellent. The surrounding area was super convenient for sightseeing; just downstairs were Wenheyou and Pozi Street, making food, drink, and entertainment easily accessible. All the hotel staff were very polite, greeting us warmly and actively offering help. Any reasonable request we had was met, which was truly commendable 👍. The gym and swimming pool were also great; the pool water was very clean, and there was even a sauna. It was so relaxing to have a swim followed by a sauna! The hotel's breakfast was also very rich and delicious. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Changsha.

GGuest UserI extended my stay for three more days. On the first day, the room wasn't cleaned, so I went to the front desk. They immediately arranged for it to be cleaned, and the subsequent service was excellent. They even gave me complimentary breakfast and a departure gift. This was my first time staying at an Orange Crystal Hotel, and I found the room facilities to be quite smart. We stayed in a family room, and the extra bed was a sofa bed, which wasn't ideal, but thankfully the mattress was comfortable.
They also provided welcome fruit and a departure gift. A big thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserGreat value for money! It's super close to Wuyi Square. The afternoon tea and cocktails are absolutely delicious, and the complimentary late-night congee is a lovely touch. I was especially happy that the front desk lady even helped me pick up my takeout. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Changsha. The hygiene is exceptional, everything is spotless, the bed is perfectly made, and the duvet cover is pristine. The environment is really nice, it looks like it's just been renovated, and the facilities are excellent. Plus, it's very close to the subway station. Highly recommend staying here!

Upon entering the cyberpunk-themed lobby on the 6th floor, amidst the starry ceiling and neon lights, Lin proactively approached to assist me. There was no perfunctory small talk; noticing I looked tired from traveling with luggage, she effortlessly took my heavy bags, carefully explained the locations of the 6th-floor pool and breakfast restaurant, and even thoughtfully recommended authentic local Changsha snacks nearby. Along the way, she noticed my curiosity about the hotel's space-themed decor and casually shared insights into the clever design, all with perfect discretion. The trendy environment, coupled with such warm and heartfelt service, instantly melted away my travel fatigue. Lin and Lily at the front desk elevated my entire stay with their meticulous service. W Changsha is now my top choice when visiting Changsha!

Every time I entered or left the lobby, he'd proactively say hello and chat, just like an old friend. This kind of heartfelt, sincere service is far more touching than any standardized procedure. GGuest UserWe just had a fantastic family vacation celebrating my wife’s birthday in Changsha, and staying at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou was a wonderful decision. We checked in on May 22, 2026, and checked out on May 25, 2026. I can easily provide 5+ star comments without hesitation.
The hotel is very new and has a grand and clean overall impression. The river view from the hotel is magnificent. All the facilities are advanced. The room is spacious, and I love the modern Chinese style design.
What really impressed me was the service? Both the front desk and the restaurant staff can provide proactive services. For example, I had a little cough during my breakfast, and the restaurant manager provided me with some food and drink that could comfort my coughing. All the restaurant staff were well-trained and offered excellent service during our breakfast time. The butler service was amazing too, which made my wife’s birthday celebration memorable. My wife and daughter were extremely impressed.
Also, the gym and swimming pool were clean and comfortable.
Finally, this is the first time I’ve enjoyed writing comments after my hotel stay. I was extremely happy to recognize the team at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou. I believe the leadership and management of the hotel have spent tremendous efforts in training, as this level of service is difficult to achieve.
We are also thinking of visiting Zhangjiajie during the winter holidays. We will obviously stay at the Oryard Hotel Changsha and are looking forward to coming back.

The hotel's decor is stylish and modern, and the lobby is gorgeous – perfect for photos. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and enthusiastic, check-in was super fast, and they thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby attractions and dining spots. The room's cleanliness was exceptional; even the corners were spotless. The bedding was soft and fluffy, making for a wonderfully relaxing sleep. The soundproofing exceeded my expectations; it was incredibly quiet at night. Hot water supply was stable, bathroom amenities were complete, and the smart facilities were very convenient to use. The hotel also offers thoughtful perks like free tea and heartwarming evening desserts, which really show attention to detail. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around by taxi or go shopping. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, making it suitable for both leisure and business travel. I'll definitely choose Huanzhi again on my next visit and strongly recommend it to everyone!

The facilities are very comprehensive, and you can even get a great shot of the Changsha Station sign right from the window. The staff's attitude was excellent, and they provided everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here! It's also super easy to find – after a day tour with a group, you just get off the bus and walk about 50 meters, and you're there.
