"Lots of Construction in the area along with some seedy businesses. One wing of the hotel is being gutted so noisy during the day. Pool wasn’t open. The location by the river is nice and convenient. The rooms were spotless and furnishings are new. I imagine that in a year or two the hotel will be outstanding. The customer service at the hotel is fantastic."

"Extremely satisfied, far exceeding expectations! This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in China, no contest. What I was most satisfied with was the booking, which included tickets for 2 adults and 1 child to the Ocean World, Happy Snow World, and the Dawangshan International Circus. It's conveniently located right next to the Shantang Tourist Distribution Center, making it super easy for out-of-town guests visiting Dawang Mountain. You can even take the Skybus (the hotel offers complimentary one-day passes). Both the subway and public buses are easily accessible. The hotel has a modern aesthetic and boasts a huge gym (operated by a third party, but guests can use it for free). The pool is about 30 meters long with three lanes, though the water temperature was a bit on the cool side. Breakfast was decent. Overall, it's a great fit for younger travelers and offers excellent value for money."
