"The hotel facilities are excellent, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, even equipped with a projector. The front desk staff are very welcoming; it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The service is exceptional. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including Changsha's special rice noodles, available until 11 AM – a lifesaver for late risers! The Huangxing Square subway station is right downstairs, making transportation super convenient for getting anywhere quickly. Plus, there's free laundry service, which is fantastic for travelers as it really frees up your hands. The only minor issues are that the soundproofing isn't great (you can hear people leaving the room next door or loud conversations in the hallway), and the air conditioning has a slight noise. Other than that, everything is perfect!!!"

"I visited Changsha several years ago, and this time I brought my mom along. We chose a hotel in the city center that was convenient for getting around yet quiet and comfortable (I had considered staying near Wuyi Square, but it's just too noisy there. Now I realize choosing Hampton by Hilton was such a smart decision ✌️). It's only a few hundred meters' walk to the nearest subway station, making it super easy to get to all the major attractions, usually just a few stops away. Plus, the Line 6 train to the airport is right there! Just a couple hundred meters downstairs, there's a street full of rice noodle shops and a Cha Yan Yue Se tea shop, so we grabbed a drink even before checking in, haha, it was incredibly convenient 😂. The front desk lady was absolutely wonderful. We arrived at the hotel around 11 AM, which was before check-in time, but she saw an available room and helped us check in right away, even giving us a complimentary room upgrade! 👍 The room was spacious enough, and the AC worked great. The slippers, toothbrushes, and other amenities perfectly matched the room's overall color scheme, showing excellent taste. Breakfast runs until 10 AM, which is perfect for travelers like us who aren't on a 'special forces' schedule! Sleeping in, then heading down for breakfast before getting ready to go out—you can't imagine how comfortable that was, haha 🤣. The noodle, rice noodle, and wonton stalls offered freshly made items, and there was also fruit, salad, yogurt, juice, etc. Overall, our stay was incredibly comfortable, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Changsha!"

The high floor offers beautiful views, and the surrounding area is excellent, with plenty of convenient dining choices like noodle shops. The hygiene is impeccable, and the bed sheets are very comfortable. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance. The air conditioning works well too."

"I arrived at the hotel quite early in the morning. The front desk staff were very accommodating, offering tea and candy. They also promptly arranged for housekeeping to prepare my reserved room, and I was able to check in around 9:00 AM. The hotel was easy to find using the directions provided. Since I checked in so early, many rooms hadn't been vacated yet, so I ended up in a room without a window, which felt a bit damp. If that's something that bothers you, I recommend mentioning it to the front desk in advance. The area around Wuyi Square has plenty of food options and is very convenient for transportation. For local restaurants like 'Ben Luobo,' don't be deterred by the long lines; you'll get seated surprisingly quickly, usually within 30-40 minutes at most, because they turn tables over very fast."

Located on the 8th floor of the World Trade Global Financial Center, the location is excellent and convenient for getting around. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, and the environment is comfortable and peaceful. Downstairs is a 'snack kingdom' with a wide variety of snacks at affordable prices – perfect for a quick bite or restocking anytime. The hotel's new Chinese style is elegant and grand, with a quiet and comfortable atmosphere full of oriental charm, giving it a premium feel. The room features full smart control, with accurate and responsive voice commands for lights, air conditioning, and curtains, making it convenient and high-tech. They even offer free luggage delivery to the high-speed rail station and airport, which is a thoughtful and attentive service that completely solves any luggage worries. It made for a truly comfortable and stress-free stay – highly recommend!"

"Changsha 🎐 I just adore the rooftop pool at this hotel – it's so romantic! 🥀 Ladies! I've discovered a hidden gem this time, a fabulous cultural hotel nestled amidst the city's vibrant charm – Pinmanxi. 📍The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's right in Chaozong Street, truly achieving that perfect balance of being quiet yet central. Just a short walk downstairs and you're at Cha Yan Yue Se, and Wuyi Square is only a few minutes' walk away. IFS, Taiping Old Street, and Pozi Street are all easily accessible for exploring. In the evening, after your stroll, you can leisurely walk back – super convenient! 🛋️The lobby instantly wowed me upon arrival. The wooden aesthetic combined with Oriental elegance creates an incredibly sophisticated vibe. There's also a faint sandalwood scent, instantly making you feel relaxed. It's truly a fantastic spot for photos; every shot looks great! 📸 🏊♀️The rooftop pool on the 7th floor is a delightful surprise. Swim during the day and look up at the blue sky. In the evening, stand on the terrace and watch the city lights, enjoying a drink with the gentle breeze. The romantic atmosphere is simply incredible! 🌙 🌿The entire hotel feels like a garden oasis. Everywhere you look, there are floral arrangements, green plants, and thoughtful touches. Sunbathe on the top-floor terrace, or enjoy afternoon tea at the dome-shaped book bar. You feel completely rejuvenated. ☕ I stayed in a room with a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window. In the morning, the sunlight streams in, and the view is superb! At night, you can lie in bed and watch the Changsha nightscape – full marks for ambiance! 💯 The entire room features smart voice control with ”Hello Xiao Xi,” a dream come true for anyone who loves convenience. The bathroom also has a starry sky showerhead and a makeup mirror! ✨ 🎎Pleasant little details: The hotel offers exquisite Hanfu for free, which is perfect for photos and adds a wonderful touch. They even gave a small farewell gift when checking out – so thoughtful! 💝 You really have to go! Once you stay, you'll understand. I'd come back to Changsha just for this hotel! ❤️"

"This hotel is super good! Even though it was a 'sound and vision' king room, we were in the innermost room and had amazing city and river views. The ambiance was excellent, and the projector worked well, though the screen was a bit small. The service was also top-notch. The front desk was able to accommodate almost all our requests. I was originally supposed to check out today, and they offered a late checkout until 2 PM. However, I'd been exploring a lot lately and was quite tired, so I asked Trip.com to inquire if we could extend it to 6 PM. The hotel explained that due to the high weekend occupancy, extending until 6 PM would be difficult, but they kindly offered a complimentary late checkout until 4 PM. So, we got to relax a bit longer at the hotel. Plus, they offer free luggage delivery to the airport or high-speed rail station, which is incredibly convenient. To be honest, the soundproofing isn't the best. If other rooms have their doors open, you can clearly hear conversations in your own room. Thankfully, all the guests were very considerate, and it was quiet by bedtime. Finally, I've attached some pictures of the breakfast. Atour's breakfast is consistently good, and I even tried the popular Atour breakfast hack I saw online."

"The hotel's ambiance is truly exceptional, likely because it's newly opened. Plus, there's an air purifier in the room, so you don't smell any weird odors. All the room's features can be voice-controlled, so no more hunting for remote controls. The bed? Hands down the most comfortable I've ever slept in. And the curtains are practically blackout, making for a fantastic sleep experience. The computer here is seriously next-level too. My gaming experience was off the charts! I've played on similar setups at internet cafes, even with a 98x CPU, and the gaming experience there just isn't the same. This computer didn't lag at all, not even once during the two days I played. All in all, this hotel offered an amazing stay and gaming experience. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Changsha."

"Traveling to Changsha, I was so glad I booked this hidden gem of a guesthouse on Trip.com. Its prime riverside location on a high floor offers absolutely stunning views; during the day, you see the sparkling river, and at night, the city lights across the bank. I'm a light sleeper, and before coming, I was worried about poor soundproofing in guesthouses, but my stay was completely free of noise disturbance. A special thank you to the lovely manager, Ms. Hu, for her warm and thoughtful service. She not only prepared alternative room options for me beforehand but also meticulously wrote down a list of restaurants popular with locals in the city and recommended souvenirs to take home. What really stood out was how Ms. Hu and Mr. Zeng from Siman (the guesthouse name) were at the front desk practically day and night, showing immense dedication and friendliness. They even proactively helped with laundry and drying, and folded it neatly before returning it. With beautiful scenery, excellent service, and a great price, our short three-day stay at Siman added wonderful memories to our Changsha trip. Thank you to both Ms. Hu and Mr. Zeng!"

"Overall, it was pretty good. My room faced Yuelu Mountain, so I barely heard any outside noise. However, the soundproofing inside the hotel wasn't great; I could hear people watching TV or talking loudly in the next room. There's a breakfast buffet in the morning, and the noodles were decent. Housekeeping was also quite prompt. One downside, though, was the hairdryer – it was the old-fashioned kind that got hot very quickly. After just a minute of use, it became quite uncomfortable to hold."
