AATOM-IIBecause of the heavy snow on the 22nd, we reserved the whole place on the 21st. It was really amazing. Every scene was amazing, mainly because the dogs were so well-behaved. Plus it was snowing, it was so atmospheric. If you come here in the summer, you can call a few friends or have a company meeting. Anyway, we will come again next time. Knowing it was my birthday, she specially decorated the place and sent champagne 🍾️. She was very enthusiastic. The auntie who cooked was also very nice. She heated up the food for us the next day for fear of waste. It was a warm and cozy stay!

GGuest UserThis homestay is quite difficult to find, especially for international travelers who are unfamiliar with the area. It was unclear where to check in at first, and we had to ask the building’s information desk to help contact the owner before we could access the room. Fortunately, the owner was kind and helpful.
The room itself is spacious with plenty of space. There was a slight cigarette smell, which is common in some places in China, but the highlight is the beautiful river view. Although some buildings partially block the view, it is still very impressive.
This was our last night in China before returning home, and staying here became a very good memory.
Downstairs, there is a nearby park where you can take a walk and watch elderly locals doing their daily activities, which feels very authentic and enjoyable.
The location is convenient—close to a train station and easy to get to Orange Isle. Around the building, there are rice shops and cafés, so finding food is not a problem at all.
A good choice for travelers who value views and atmosphere, and don’t mind a bit of inconvenience during check-in.

AAnonymous UserExtremely satisfied! My train arrived quite early in the morning, so I messaged the concierge in advance to see if an early check-in was possible. Unfortunately, the room was occupied the night before, so I left my luggage with them first. As soon as the previous guests checked out, the concierge promptly arranged for cleaning. Not only did they allow me to check in early, but they also helped bring my luggage to the room. The service was incredibly thoughtful, patient, and warm. Definitely a big thumbs up!

Despite its central location, it's surprisingly quiet at night. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the decor is new and modern. Free parking is available, and the front desk staff were very patient. Highly recommended!

HHaihai～Traveling with friends, the front desk attendant thoughtfully arranged for us to be on the same floor, which was very convenient. Plus, there's a pedestrian street right next door. It's really nice, definitely my top recommendation for a trip.

Located in the core business district of Wuyi Square, which is very convenient for travel. Sorrounding has many malls and resturants.
The host is very nice and helpful. We bought many parcels online and come in different days, the host helped to contact delivery man to receive parcels for us. Recommend to stay here.

GGuest UserThe front desk was very accommodating despite not speaking any english. Smooth check in and check out service. They were also responsive when you message them on wechat which is always a huge plus for me. Room wise, it was clean and decent. It has all the amenities you need. Hotel offers free pick up/drop off to the south railway station which was nice. You just got to let them know in advance and they will arrange it for you. Laundry was on the 7th floor and 20th floor and it comes with a washing machine, dryer as well as detergent and softener. I also had breakfast on the last day which was a buffet of western and Chinese food. It was one of the best breakfast buffet I had among all the hotels I stayed in China.
Do want to note a couple of things:
1) there's only ac in your room. The lobby, elevators, restaurant, and the hallways have no ac and it can get very warm especially when it's hot outside.
2) this hotel seems to be part of an apartment which means that anyone has access to all of the hotel's floors. Of the two nights I stayed here, someone slipped a female escort ad on each of the hotel room's door.

The room itself had a round table and a sofa, and the bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet area. Our twin room was quite spacious, and everything was clean and tidy. Being a chain hotel, we felt secure and safe. Plus, the breakfast even included authentic Changsha rice noodles, which tasted great. Overall, I definitely recommend it!

JJuvieJEntrance and lift to the right tower was a little hard to find initially, especially for us who don't understand much Chinese and lift change to a different tower is required. Written instruction would've been useful.
Room is ok, very low ceiling, nearly touched our head. Very cramped and not as spacious and nice as in photo.
Lots of marks and scratches on the floor. Shower area is not clean, hair from previous stay still there.
Our washing machine was broken. It couldn't be fixed in the 3 nights we stayed. The technician came on the second day and the floor was left dirty. We were offered to use the washing machine in a different unit, but with no dryer, it made it difficult.
The electricity went out on our first morning and there was no power for about 3-4 hours. Then the evacuation building evacuation notice came on, twice that morning. We evacuated as that's the norm in our country. We're later told it's just a testing. It would've been nice if we were informed or there's some kind of communication on the floor. Very disruptive as we have young children. The evacuation drill happened again the next morning. We knew then to stay.
The best thing about this apartment is the location. Close to all the hustle and bustle is Changsha, lots of eateries choices. On the negative side, we could hear thumping music and felt the vibration from nearby clubs until 3-4 in the morning.
