It's also very convenient for the subway station, making getting around a breeze. The hotel environment is lovely, the bed is very comfortable, and everything is spotlessly clean. The decor is quite unique too."

"A very distinctive homestay, although it is a homestay, it has made a four-star hotel configuration. The location is quiet. It is within 10 minutes drive from Wuyi Square, Du Fujiang Pavilion and Qia Classmate Youth Square. The house is quiet and decorated. You can hear insects and birds when you wake up in the morning. It will be a surprise to have a high sleep environment. The best sanitation in the homestay I have ever stayed in, Dyson hair dryer is well received, the shower head has a lot of water, hot water and air conditioning are very powerful, the staff can solve the problem in time, and the cleaning sister is very polite; The hotel has 17 rooms. If you are staying in a row, you need to communicate in advance. It can be seen that the reservation is very hot. The overall environment has forgotten to take pictures. The official picture of the hotel is uploaded, but the actual environment is the same as the hotel promotional picture. Will come to feel it again! Like the little brother at the front desk!"

"To quote a popular saying, 'A Ferrari is still a Ferrari, even when it's old!' The St. Regis's legendary charm truly shines through! First and foremost, I must commend the service. The genuine enthusiasm from every staff member, from check-in to the front desk, concierge, restaurant, and even senior management, was truly heartfelt. I was initially concerned, given the hotel has been open for 10 years, about potential hardware aging or lack of amenities. However, my worries were unfounded. The air conditioning was strong, water pressure excellent, and water temperature perfect, making for a very comfortable stay! The gym is a must for me – it was uncrowded and well-equipped. The only minor downside was the pool being a bit chilly in the evening, though it was much better during the day. Of course, there are always minor imperfections. The elevator buttons showed significant wear, and some marble flooring in certain areas showed signs of aging. These are small details that could use attention. Also, the air conditioning in the public areas was a bit too cold. The Chinese New Year atmosphere was wonderful, with various activities. We caught the New Year Blessing event, which was very lively! A special shout-out to a senior executive at the hotel. He was very handsome, stood tall, and had excellent demeanor. When I was carrying a bowl of noodles, he promptly offered a tray, saying it would prevent my hands from getting hot. Noticing I was lightly dressed, he kindly reminded me to wear more to stay warm – it was a very thoughtful gesture! This stay was unexpectedly delightful (my fears of discomfort due to aging hardware were unfounded) yet also as expected (full of thoughtful service details). The essence of a luxury five-star hotel isn't just about lavish hardware; it's about genuine, empathetic comfort that truly resonates with you!"

"Choosing The St. Regis was absolutely the best decision we made for our trip to Changsha. The five-star hardware and service go without saying, but what truly deserves commendation is the attentive care provided by the St. Regis staff. From the moment we checked in at the front desk until our departure, the warm service of The St. Regis was consistently with us. Special mention must go to Cassie and Vicky at the service center – they deserve real praise. They arranged Heytea for us in our room, set up a lovely 25-hour bath, and even changed our bedding to something more to our liking because we found the original too soft. Even though our photography appointment wasn't booked sufficiently in advance, the butler went out of their way to find a time that worked for us to experience a travel photoshoot… In short, the St. Regis butler will go above and beyond to meet guests' requests, which has given us complete faith in the St. Regis brand. The Japanese restaurant on the 6th floor is also highly recommended. The hotel's location is excellent. It stands next to the W Hotel, with the two buildings connected by a garden, allowing you to experience both hotels at once – perfect."

"【An experience beyond expectations! This family-friendly hotel makes me want to move in, and my kids never want to leave!】 From the warm towel offered by staff during check-in to the thoughtful children's gift prepared by the front desk at check-out, this stay completely redefined my understanding of family-friendly hotels! If travel is about creating memories, then this hotel undoubtedly wove a sparkling, precious time for our entire family. A Culinary Surprise: Breakfast Becomes a Daily Anticipation As a crucial part of any hotel experience, breakfast has always been my key indicator for evaluating a hotel. And the breakfast at this hotel, no exaggeration, met the standards of a five-star hotel buffet! On the first morning, as we walked into the restaurant, we were instantly amazed by the dazzling array of food – steaming noodle stations where chefs skillfully prepared custom soup noodles; flaky croissants in the pastry area, clearly freshly baked, not frozen; and a fresh juice bar, local specialty snack area, several fresh fruits… The dishes were small and exquisite, and even my usually picky little one actually asked for “another bowl of small wontons”! For three consecutive days, the breakfast items varied, giving us something new to look forward to every morning. A Water Park-like Pool: Just the Right Temperature The hotel’s pool completely exceeded expectations! More than just a pool, it felt like a mini water park. The indoor heated pool we visited was very spacious; even with many guests, it never felt crowded. The water temperature was perfectly comfortable, with no uncomfortable cold or hot sensation when entering. My child played in it for over an hour, and I didn't have to worry about them catching a cold. Even more thoughtful, the pool was divided into deep and shallow areas, and there was a dedicated children's play area where the water level only reached the children's waists, making it very safe. Every afternoon after swimming, we'd go to the nearby lounge area for a cup of ginger tea, and the fatigue of travel would instantly melt away. A Dream Kingdom for Kids: The Third-Floor Kids' Club As a non-family-exclusive hotel, their kids' club facilities are incredibly well-thought-out! The entire third floor is dedicated to children, with disinfection and temperature checks required upon entry, ensuring excellent hygiene. The club is clearly zoned: the educational toy area has international brands like LEGO and magnetic tiles, all in perfect condition; the reading corner is rich with picture books; and most appealing to kids is the animation screening area, which shows quality children's programs at scheduled times. Staff organize interactive activities like craft classes and painting classes, allowing parents to confidently leave their children and enjoy a moment to themselves. My child's daily refrain was ”When can we go to the club?” and they were teary-eyed when we left, begging to stay a few more days. Rooms as Cozy as Home: Fully Equipped and Super Convenient Our deluxe king room offered another surprise – not only an independent bedroom but also a small kitchen! An induction cooker, range hood, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine were all included. Traveling with kids, being able to heat milk or wash clothes anytime is an irreplaceable convenience. The kitchen was so well-equipped it surprised us; even a wok, saucepan, and tableware were provided. One evening, we specifically went to the nearby Hema supermarket for seafood and cooked a cozy dinner ourselves, just like being at home. The soundproofing of the room was excellent; even with the kids happily playing in the club, we could enjoy a peaceful night's sleep back in our room. From hardware facilities to soft services, this hotel truly 'thinks of what guests think.' The details truly shine: there's always a staff member in the elevator to press your floor; every employee encountered in the hallway smiles and greets you; and the housekeeping aunt even remembered my child's name. These warm details are far more touching than luxurious decor. The front desk staff's service was also excellent. As we left, my child hugged the plush toy given by the front desk, unwilling to let go, while we were already planning our next trip. This kind of hotel deserves to be known by all families seeking quality family travel – it's not just a place to stay, but another home away from home on your journey."

"This guesthouse is in a fantastic location, and our room directly overlooked Orange Isle, which was really charming. It featured a spacious bathtub, comfortably accommodating two people. The room wasn't humid at all, making for a very pleasant stay. As it was my first time staying in a guesthouse, it definitely left a great impression. I particularly want to highlight that unlike many hotels that don't offer subscribed video apps, this one does! There was a wide selection of movies and shows to watch, which was a huge plus. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. As we were in a hurry, they quickly assisted us with our luggage, which saved us a lot of time. Overall, everything was great. Just one minor suggestion: the trash can near the elevator exit in the lobby could be emptied more regularly."

"The happiest thing about this May Day trip is that I booked this hotel after looking at many hotels. It not only relieved the fatigue of traveling in Zhangjiajie for a few days, but also improved the happiness in Changsha. The hardware facilities of the hotel are not only new, but also very textured. The service of the hotel is even more moving from satisfaction. Various drinks were given on the first day of check-in, and there were beautiful cocktails made on the spot. The hotel's breakfast category is also very rich, the fruit is fresh, and the food is made on the spot to ensure the taste. It also gave us travel photography, and the effect of the photo was absolutely amazing. The service staff also sent small fruits in the afternoon. The hotel is at Meixihu West Station, the terminus of Metro Line 2. It can go directly to the railway station, May Day Square, and Orange Island. It is very convenient without reversing. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the iron exit. The surrounding environment is very good, and it doesn't feel boring to walk. Our family also rode around the lake for 40 minutes at night. I heard the frogs that I haven't heard for many years. It feels very healing. The happiest thing is that on the last day of my stay, they arranged for us to send our luggage to the airport first, which avoided a lot of trouble. When we left, there was a manager at the door who arranged for a driver to take us to the subway entrance. Although it was his first day at work, the driver was very polite. The only regret is that I didn't have time to experience the yoga, swimming and boxing private lessons provided by the hotel, but I can look forward to meeting them next time. In short, it was a very happy accommodation experience. Highly recommended"
