"Such a great experience in this hotel ! Nice and clean room every day after I got back from my experiences. Amazing view from the 47th floor, a private pool just for me that I could put at the temperature I wanted and was so relaxing after a long day of walk, a great and big screen where i listened to very diverse music. To that, the receptionists were very kind and helpful all along (even per WeChat). The only but not at all important negative side for me was to find the hotel reception in this enormous building (FYI it’s in the 50th floor)."

The private pool with warm and cold options was a highlight, perfect for both relaxation and fun. Rooms are spotless with high-quality toiletries, cozy robes, and fresh slippers provided. We booked just one night but extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave! Overall, the ambiance, service, and comfort were outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for couples and special occasions. For couples looking for a romantic escape in Changsha, this is the perfect choice. "The hotel is ideally located right at the intersection near the ”Youth of China” Square, aligned with the Chairman Mao Statue on Orange Island. We booked a view room, and the high-floor scenery was simply amazing with an unobstructed view of the Xiangjiang River. It's a wonderful spot for watching the sunset. Service and cleanliness were both satisfactory. My business trip was a bit rushed so I didn't get a chance to try the swimming pool, but the high-rise pool looks fantastic too."

"The Grand Deluxe King Room at The Luxury Collection Hotel, Changsha Meixi Lake, was absolutely amazing! The view from the 43rd floor was unbeatable, with the beautiful Meixi Lake stretching out before me. I was also very satisfied with the facilities, including the gym, pool, and sauna, all offering great views. A special thank you to the online customer service for kindly helping me with a late check-out. My experience was perfect, and I highly recommend it!"

"Facilities: We used the pool and the restaurant the most, and both were fantastic. Cleanliness: Spotless as always. Location & Surroundings: Right next to Meixi Lake. It's very quiet with lovely scenery, and you can ride a bike around the lake in the morning. Service: Kent and Chloe (apologies if I didn't remember the names correctly) were very warm, welcoming, and gave very detailed introductions."
