"Our hotel stay was fantastic! The room had a great view, and check-in was super quick. I especially loved that they have robots to deliver takeout directly to your room – so convenient! The facilities and amenities were also top-notch. The front desk staff were incredibly professional and efficient throughout the check-in process. The bed was really soft, the carpet was plush, and the whole setup was just beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the bathroom amenities; they had a lovely scent. Breakfast was delicious, and the lobby staff were proactive and friendly. After checking out, we even received a follow-up call from the hotel, which made us feel truly valued. It was an excellent experience overall! And the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. Checking in on the 39th floor really felt like being in a residence among the clouds – a truly unique experience! ❤️"

"Facilities: The room layout is excellent, and the hot water is fantastic. After a tiring day out, coming back to a hot bath was incredibly relaxing. Plus, you get a direct view of Juzizhou (Orange Isle) from the window, which is lovely. Cleanliness: Generally, no issues. The cleaning staff were very thorough. Environment: It's not too far from the subway station, but the route can be a bit roundabout. However, it's convenient to get a taxi to anywhere. Service: The cleaning staff were very thoughtful, and the front desk was also very attentive. They even picked up and delivered laundry, which saved a lot of time!"

"My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The front desk staff were quick and friendly during check-in, and they gave me some great tips for local attractions and restaurants. Housekeeping was prompt in tidying the room and even thoughtfully prepared a hot drink. The hotel facilities were impressive. The room was spacious and bright, with a cozy and artistic decor. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. "In general very good. The pictures did look a bit better than in real life but i was still pleasantly surprised. one of the good points were the varieties of rooms, my room looked good. Another were the pets. There was a very sweet house cat and a dog training centre of some kind across the hotel. Which is cute but they bark in the morning, that can be annoying for light sleepers. Only my sofa in the room looked a little unclean. But in general very nice, the clean bathtub made up for it. Downside would be that the location is a little awkward if you want to call a didi, and there is not much around this hotel, but if you want to go to all the hotspots, those are nearby which is nice. Only 20 min ride."

"Everything was excellent! We stayed for three days during the holidays with our family. Penny at the front desk proactively added us on WeChat and was incredibly responsive to all our requests, always replying promptly. Despite the holiday crowd, the service never felt neglected. The breakfast being extended until noon was a very thoughtful touch, allowing us to sleep in even when we had plans to go out."

"The room was decent, and the service was okay; the staff were all very enthusiastic and the hygiene was fine. Breakfast: The variety was really limited, I didn't even know what to eat. The toppings for the rice noodles and regular noodles were strange; they just mixed stir-fried dishes in, and I had to make do with that for two days. The other dishes were also just so-so. Pool and Gym: The changing room was way too small. On my first day, it was alright, but on the second day, a weekend, more people showed up, including many kids. Firstly, the pool water was a bit shallow and on the colder side. Secondly, the changing rooms and showers were incredibly few and very crowded; it was quite awkward with several people squeezing around. However, the executive lounge included in this package, where you can have a drink in the evening, was excellent. The two young ladies serving were very enthusiastic and nice. On my second visit, she remembered my preferences, which was really impressive. The cocktails tasted great! The mousse was also decent, but I won't even comment on the bread. The service staff were also quite good. When I checked in, they informed me about all the benefits, and I was able to get a late check-out. Overall, I'd give it a four-star rating. The breakfast and changing rooms are really not as good as even the entry-level Marriott hotels built in recent years."

"The service at this St. Regis is the best I've experienced so far. When we arrived, the driver brought down our luggage. At first, I didn't see any staff at the entrance and was about to drag it in myself. After a few steps, a young staff member ran over, greeted us, and helped with our bags. On the ground floor, there was a gentleman in a black suit who always smiled and greeted us, and even pressed the elevator button for us throughout our stay – his attitude was excellent. After checking in, we added the hotel butlers, Vicky and Ashley, on WeChat. No matter when we contacted them, they always responded and resolved issues immediately. That's for the service. As for the hotel itself, the facilities are quite new, and the lobby on the 48th floor is very grand. The only minor point is that I often saw quite a few people taking photos in the lobby when returning at night."
