We stayed in the 'Egg Party' themed family room with our child, and they absolutely loved it! The special children's beds and VR games kept them entertained to the point they didn't want to leave. The front desk and concierge staff were all very enthusiastic, and the online customer service was super responsive, answering our questions promptly. From our room, we could even admire the beautiful view of Yuelu Mountain. The hotel's direct access to the subway and a shopping mall downstairs made getting around incredibly convenient. The heated swimming pool also had a children's massage pool, which both adults and kids enjoyed. The service was very attentive too. We'll definitely be back!

Choosing this hotel was such a success, I have to give it a huge thumbs up! The room offered an expansive view, directly facing the Xiang River with an incredible panorama of Orange Isle. It was beautiful both by day and night, offering two distinct styles of scenery. Plus, feeling safe under Chairman Mao's watchful presence made for a very comfortable stay. The service was absolutely outstanding; everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, was exceptionally professional, warm, and efficient, making you feel truly valued. The entire check-in process was smooth and pleasant, a perfect experience overall. With this level of service and facilities, the value for money is truly excellent. I've already recommended it to my friends – everyone can book with confidence!

The hotel boasts a great location, convenient parking, and clean, tidy rooms with beautiful night views! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. This hotel boasts excellent decor and service. From the moment I checked in, I experienced truly attentive hospitality. It's an absolute gem of a hotel! The high-altitude views are breathtaking, with the front desk located on the 39th floor and guest rooms even higher. The hotel also features charming, retro-style entrance doors. Both the hardware and software are top-notch. Breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly made 'maizi fen' noodles. The location is super convenient, very close to the city center, and there's a direct subway line to the high-speed train station. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Every staff member has a smile, and the concierge proactively assists with luggage. The location is superb – if you're visiting Changsha, this is a must-book!

This homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

Excellent service! This has to be the best family-friendly hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none! And I'm not a shill! We booked a deluxe twin room and it was upgraded, and they took great care of both the elderly and children. The included Ocean Kingdom, Water World, and Snow World were all super fun and offered a great experience, comparable to Chimelong. Front desk staff member Wendy Huang also provided excellent service. The only minor downsides were that while the breakfast buffet was plentiful, if you went for dinner late, the food selection might be a bit limited. Also, it would be even better if the hotel shuttle bus had more frequent runs!

Second, the room layout was excellent, with a separate bathroom and toilet, both with their own doors, and no unpleasant odors. Third, the bed was very soft, and the duvet was plush, breathable, and not stuffy. Fourth, despite having a large carpet, it was immaculately maintained and clean. Fifth, the soundproofing was effective, and outside noise didn't disturb my sleep 💤. 2️⃣ **Service:** Every staff member I encountered was friendly,主动 greeting guests with a smile. They were also enthusiastic and soft-spoken when answering questions, which was very pleasant. What left the deepest impression were the ladies at the front desk. Whether checking in or checking out, they were patient and professional, even offering well wishes for a pleasant stay. I'd definitely choose to return, haha. The most heartwarming was the young lady from ”IFC” (International Finance Centre). Her attentiveness and kind service attitude, as well as her foresight in considering my needs, significantly enhanced my positive impression of this stay. She deserves high praise 👍. 3️⃣ **Environment:** The hotel smelled lovely from the moment you entered, and the glass was sparkling clean, showing their attention to detail. 4️⃣ **Location:** Getting to all the famous attractions was incredibly convenient. The hotel is well located. Right next to the walking street and the old town compound. IFS mall is directly below for shopping. Excellent views from the tallest building in Changsha. The staff were very accommodating; they gave us early check in and late check out, for no extra cost, to ensure we had the best experience for our one night trip. Their recommendations were great too. They recommended food and a spa, both had excellent service and treated us well. I recommend Niccolo for your stay in Changsha!

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff was really welcoming and efficient with both check-in and check-out. The location is great for getting around, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Excellent value for money. I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely consider this hotel again for my next trip.

The 260-acre old palace, with green trees covering the sky and the sun. It was late to the hotel (about six o'clock), saying that the room in the main building No. 8 originally booked was gone, and I could go to Building No. 5 without an elevator. The room manager saw that we had objections, accompanied the explanation and took the room, and took care of the waiter to help us carry the luggage upstairs. It was really a long-distance trip and she was tired because of her sincerity, but she also gave up staying for the third night. The room has a good base, the facilities are well maintained, the linen hot water air conditioning is OK, and the sanitation is quiet and safe. Green trees are blocked, the room is not bright, and there is no safe or refrigerator. It is not recommended to drive by yourself. Building 5 is also more than one kilometer away from the nearest subway line 6 (Building 8 is farther), take a taxi.
