"This hotel's location is absolutely perfect! It's within walking distance to Cuihu Park and Kunming Old Street, and the subway is super close, making it incredibly convenient to get to Yuantong Mountain for cherry blossom viewing. It's also near Kunming Railway Station, so getting around is a breeze. The rooms are clean and tidy, with great natural light and soundproofing, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and they patiently recommended sightseeing routes and local delicacies. They were always quick to help with any issues, and their attitude was gentle and thoughtful. It's the ideal place to stay for exploring Kunming's food, sights, and flowers – excellent value for money and a fantastic experience. Definitely my top choice for a trip to Kunming!"

GGuest UserA hidden gem of a B&B tucked away in the Expo Park, with an amazing atmosphere! The front desk lady upgraded us to a room with a private hot spring and even provided afternoon tea. The breakfast, while simple, used really good ingredients. The service was excellent; they were super helpful in mailing back something I left behind. The cleaning staff always greeted me with a smile. I definitely want to come back when the maple leaves turn red!

MMaybelindabaoThe breakfast selection was extensive, but it got quite crowded. There's a lovely little garden in the middle of the hotel, which is beautiful. The indoor playground is very small, and there's no outdoor one. The hotel itself is huge, and you can call for a car service, but if it's raining, walking to the front desk can be quite a distance. The lobby is grand and impressive, and there's a peacock enclosure. A chef even saw our kids looking at the peacocks and picked some specially grown leaves for us to feed them – excellent service! The Chinese restaurant had good service and tasty food, but the 'Crossing the Bridge Noodles' felt a bit undercooked after just a quick dip; I ended up with an upset stomach three times that night. Also, there's a Cantonese restaurant inside the hotel that isn't hotel-owned. I wasn't aware of this before, and it feels a bit cluttered, similar to many other outsourced shops within the hotel.

AAliya0302It is definitely more wedding venue, more local oriented, very nice territory around, good for photoshoot and stuff , nice and friendly staff helped me a lot, but it was a bit confusing in general, like i booked it cause of hotsprings and outdoor pool, turns out you cannot use the outdoor pool and from all hot things was working only one stone bath. So basically we ended up in a very strange situation when 3 groups of people have or to wait in line to that bath or seat on each other. However Indoor pool was nice, big and clean, but bring your towel. The room itself is ...let's say not cosy and a lot reminded a changing room, probably cause of sink right next to the bed. So sum up, good place to have fun, massage, spa say, nice photos and so on, but maybe not a best place to stay for tourist.

MM679462****I ordered takeout, but the hotel doesn't allow the deliveryman to deliver to the room because it was inconvenient for me, so I asked the front desk for help, and it was delivered to the room very quickly. When I asked the reason, the front desk guy told me that it was for the safety of the guests that the deliveryman was not allowed to go upstairs. The hotel has trained guests that if they need takeout to the room, they can help deliver it. The overall feeling of the hotel is good, and the service attitude is very good. When I checked in, I asked about the surrounding attractions and routes, and they explained it very patiently. The room internet connection was very fast, and I asked the waiter, who told me that each room has an independent dedicated line. The room feels clean, and you can swim, exercise, and take a hot spring bath. Since I had a lot of fun, I didn't have time to take a few photos of the hotel. I will take more photos after I check in next time.

It's about a 1.5 km taxi ride to Sunac Houhai, which makes it very convenient for dining, entertainment, and enjoying views of Dianchi Lake. When I visit Kunming in winter, I really like staying at this hotel because I can enjoy the hot springs. Although it's an older establishment, the overall quality is still decent, and the location is convenient for feeding seagulls. The hotel even provides bread for feeding them. The toiletries have always been high quality. Since I was traveling with a child, the housekeeping staff proactively asked if we needed more bottled water, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food tastes good. The rice noodles are particularly delicious. I forgot something in the room when checking out, and the hotel called to remind me and then helped mail it back. Thank you.

MMunanxiziA wonderful hideaway for a hot spring getaway. The private courtyard comes with its own hot tub, or you can switch things up and use the public pools. In the evenings, you can catch a stunning sunset, and the Ancient Dian Kingdom Museum is right across the way. The villa's amenities are top-notch, and it's very clean, even including a private sauna. There weren't any bugs this season, which made it a super comfortable and relaxing spot for a few friends to unwind. The breakfast and dinner at the mountaintop restaurant are both excellent, and they do Western dishes really well too!

Environment: Our room was on the 2nd floor of Building G. Although it was quite far from the lobby and required 4-5 elevator transfers, the view from the room was excellent. I loved it.
Service: They even held breakfast for us when we were almost late, and the staff were very accommodating. The cleaning ladies we met also helped us with the elevator, they were very kind.
Indoor soaking tub water: One tub was actually perfectly sufficient. I took a soak at night and the water was very hot.

AAnonymous UserI stayed at this hotel on my last business trip at the end of the year and it really gave me an unparalleled and excellent experience. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was deeply attracted by the convenience of parking. The hotel's parking lot is very spacious and the layout is very reasonable. Whether I leave early in the morning or return at night, I can find a parking space without any obstacles. This is a huge benefit for me who drives to and from work on business trips. It completely gets rid of the problem of difficulty in parking. The hotel rooms are also particularly clean and tidy, which instantly catches your eye. The bed was made flat and smooth without any wrinkles; the floor was wiped so clean that it could reflect one's reflection; the bathroom was also spotless and had no odor. Every corner of the hotel silently speaks of the strict requirements for hygiene. Living here, you will feel at ease and comfortable. The hotel's breakfast is excellent. The long dining table was filled with a wide variety of dishes, including Chinese fried dough sticks, steamed buns, rice porridge, Western bread, fried eggs, etc., and each one was delicious. The ingredients are very fresh, and I can taste the careful cooking of the canteen staff in every bite, which allows me to start the new day full of energy every morning. The hotel also provides laundry facilities. This is very practical for me when I travel long distances. You can easily wash your clothes while on a business trip and always keep a fresh and tidy image.
The hotel staff's service attitude is also very warm and thoughtful. From check-in to check-out, they always had a smile on their faces, answered every question I had patiently and carefully, and actively provided me with various assistance. This hotel is perfect in every aspect including parking, sanitation, breakfast and laundry. I highly recommend it to every friend who is traveling. During my free time on the business trip, I also went to several places recommended by the lady at the front desk that had nice scenery and were close to the hotel. The Longshan Mine is only 2km away from the hotel, but the scenery is really nice. And the filming turned out beautifully too.
