"The Hampton by Hilton Kunming Nanping Street is absolutely fantastic! Its location is superb, right in the city center near Nanping Street, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel itself is newly renovated with a modern yet cozy design; you feel comfortable the moment you step into the lobby. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the soundproofing is excellent—you won't be bothered by any outside noise. The staff are warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were quick, and they promptly addressed any requests I had. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, especially the rice noodles, which have a wonderful local flavor. Getting around is easy too, with attractions like Green Lake and Jinma Biji Archway close by. Overall, my stay was a fantastic experience with great value for money. Highly recommended!"

"Arrived in the evening, and the front desk upgraded our room for free when they saw we had a child with us. The hotel environment is elegant, the public areas are clean and tidy, and the room layout is well-designed with excellent natural light and ventilation. The toiletries are complete, and the hot water is stable, making for a comfortable shower experience. The staff are polite and attentive, with thoughtful details, making the entire process from check-in to check-out very smooth. It's quiet and peaceful, so we slept very well. Definitely recommend it to everyone; we stayed for four consecutive days."

"There are many hotels near Kunming Railway Station, and I chose the newest one! The hotel is clean and tidy, and the lobby offers free drinks and coffee. Xiao Wang and Xiao Chen at the front desk had excellent service attitudes! The breakfast selection was rich, and after the rice noodles were cooked, the auntie even kindly reminded me that the freshly fried eggs tasted even better. The service awareness was exceptionally good!"

"My hotel stay was a great experience. I liked that the room's electricity didn't require a key card, which was very convenient. We received an upgrade, and the breakfast was also quite good. The front desk staff were exceptionally polite; they offered us tea upon arrival and even helped us with information about visiting the Laoyu River Wetland Park to see the black-headed gulls. Although the hotel is close to Kunming South Station, they still kindly provided a shuttle service to and from the train station. Overall, this hotel shows great humanistic care, and I'm giving it five stars. The soundproofing in the room wasn't the best, though."

"Stayed one night for transit. Arrived in airport midnight, counter staff called me in advance to confirm pickup time, driver arrived at the airport on time with good communication. A helpful counter staff (Eason Yang) help me to book a ticket for ＜Dynamic Yunnan＞, and a car to airport during check out."

"The Four Points by Sheraton Kunming, City Center, boasts a fantastic location right in Kunming's bustling commercial district, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are brand-new and modern, the rooms are spotless, and the bedding is very comfortable. The hotel's butler service is warm and attentive, always ready to assist. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. There are countless great eateries nearby; you can explore all sorts of authentic local snacks on foot. The metro station is also close by, ensuring hassle-free travel. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kunming!"

"Facilities: Excellent, very new, and great. The breakfast was quite tasty and started really early. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Very good. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, which even had a smart toilet. Service: Good. Kunming Changshui International Airport 24-hour shuttle service: There's a bus every hour, which is super convenient for early morning flights."

"This is my go-to hotel when traveling to Kunming South Railway Station. I chose it because of the complimentary shuttle service to and from the station. It's only a three-minute drive from the South Station, or a nine-minute walk. There are plenty of food options nearby, including late-night stalls, so you won't have to worry about finding a place to eat. The hotel occupies the 10th to 12th floors, with the front desk located on the 10th floor for check-in. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The bathroom is excellent, featuring a smart toilet and a full range of toiletries. Overall, it offers great value for money."

"Pros: The bed and pillows are really comfortable, as well as the duvet...soft and warm, excellent quality. Acceptable: shower is tricky, it can be either too cold or too hot, I couldn't find way to get the warm water out. Lighting is also another thing, if you choose ”Master” it will turn on and off all lights, cannot find a way to leave the warm light on the entrance/foyer/small corridor between entrance and the bed, On, during Sleep mode. Cons: the airport shuttle using an old minivan, no place to put luggages, you have to carry all luggages inside the van, cabin size is ok but with big luggage it'll be a real problem. Especially when there are too many people taking the shuttle, we can't find a space for our luggages. And the driver seems driving unhappily."

It's a delightful and heartwarming local touch from Kunming. Facilities: The entire room is smart-controlled, with voice commands for lights and curtains – a truly immersive experience. Equipped with a projector (with membership), smart toilet, and a constant-temperature kettle, perfect for those with hygiene concerns. As shown in the pictures, the multi-port charging cable by the bed is super convenient. The public area has free washers + dryers, with complimentary wash-and-deliver-to-room service, making travel hassle-free. The room is clean and bright, with comfortable bedding. Disposable items are fully stocked: disposable bath towels, face towels, toilet seat covers, hand paper towels. Plenty of clean towels available, so germaphobes can stay with peace of mind. Environment: Located in the heart of the city center, right downstairs is Nanqiang Food Street. Within walking distance to Nanping Street and Kunming Old Street, making dining, drinking, and sightseeing all in one place. It’s quiet despite being in a bustling area, with good sound insulation in the rooms ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Plenty of shared bikes at the entrance, and only a few hundred meters from the subway station, making transportation super convenient. The only slight drawback is sharing an elevator with an ophthalmology clinic, which can get a bit busy during peak hours. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively helping with luggage, explaining room features, and recommending local delicacies and travel tips. They even gave us a thoughtful souvenir when we checked out, all practical little items, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay at Liubai again when I return to Kunming."
