"They offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, and the car was spotless. I didn't have high expectations for the hotel, especially since it was only just over 200 yuan, but when I got to the room, I found it incredibly clean and tidy. The bath towels and regular towels were individually packaged, and they even provided bathrobes. The whole room was smart-controlled. I especially want to highlight how comfortable the bed and pillows were – I had a fantastic night's sleep. The breakfast, considering the price, was also excellent. Right next to the hotel is a huge restaurant specializing in Yunnan cuisine; a quick search shows it's quite unique, but unfortunately, due to time constraints, I couldn't try it. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. There are perhaps two areas that could use improvement: staff training needs to be more professional. When I checked in, I asked the front desk where a supermarket was, and they just said 'turn right when you leave.' They didn't specify which exit, and with a child in the rain, we ended up walking around in circles. However, a staff member (the same young man from the front desk) did chase after us later, which was a nice gesture. The other point is that after checking out, I received a call from the hotel from a woman whose communication style was very robotic. She directly asked for a good review, which honestly made me quite uncomfortable. If the hotel hadn't been genuinely good, a call like that might have had the opposite effect. They really need more training in this area."

"The room was spacious and new. My flight was delayed, so I arrived at Changshui Airport in the early hours. I contacted the front desk, and they instructed me to collect my luggage, then go to Exit 5 on B2, turn left, walk about 50 meters to the No. 7 police booth, and call them again. Around 10 minutes later, a car came to pick us up. The driver first dropped us off at the T1 branch on the way, then took two other guests to another Park Inn hotel. We quickly checked in and booked a shuttle for 7:25 AM. The staff kindly arranged for us to stay on the first floor, which meant less walking. By the time I got into the room, it was already 2 AM, so I quickly went to sleep. The bedding was very comfortable. I woke up at 6:30 AM and had a refreshing shower. At 7:15 AM, I checked out and went for a walk outside. It's close to the airport but not noisy. Among all the airport hotels I've stayed in, this one was the quietest. Great value for money and excellent service; I'll definitely stay here again."

"Extremely satisfied with the environment! As a long-term self-driving traveler, the environment and hygiene of this hotel are comparable to luxurious Conrad hotels. The decor is incredibly tasteful and very photogenic. The staff service is excellent, with a dedicated service chat group. The hotel restaurant also has a great vibe. It's definitely the top choice in Kunming for birthdays or other special occasions. The robot delivery service is very convenient. Parking right at the entrance is handy, and the surrounding commercial area is well-equipped. Apart from slight traffic jams during peak hours, everything else is perfect! Plus, it's pet-friendly! "This hotel is conveniently located near Kunming Railway Station, about a 7-8 minute walk away. Downstairs, there are bus stops for many routes, with #2 and #31 being particularly handy as they go directly to Kunming Old Street and Guandu Ancient Town. The room itself is spacious and comes with a mini-fridge. The bathroom is a little on the small side, but it's perfectly fine. On the 11th floor, there's a self-service laundry room next to a small gym. The hotel also offers a complimentary simple buffet breakfast, which is a nice convenience for guests."

"This is indeed a courtyard hotel, and it's incredibly quiet. As soon as you enter, there's a bar with a fridge, and the TV is huge, with seamless screen mirroring from my phone. The wet and dry areas are completely separate: the washbasin, shower, and toilet are all in individual sections. The mattress is just right, not too soft or too firm, and there's a choice of regular pillows and memory foam pillows, so I slept very comfortably. There was a stack of bottled water on the table by the door, which was very convenient to grab on the way out. Plus, the staff's service attitude was excellent. All in all, I'm very satisfied!"
