"We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Jinbi Hall Hotel. The service here is absolutely outstanding from start to finish: Seamless Arrival & Departure: When we first arrived at the DiDi drop-off location, the hotel staff was already there waiting for us to help carry our luggage to the property. On our check-out day, they went above and beyond again, escorting us and carrying our heavy bags all the way back to the DiDi pickup point. Muslim-Friendly Breakfast: They were incredibly accommodating with our specific dietary requests and ensured we had a breakfast suitable for Muslims, which we deeply appreciated. Incredibly Helpful Staff: While there is no microwave in the rooms or a shared kitchen, the staff was more than happy to reheat our food for us whenever we asked. Perfect for Prayers: The front desk team communicates flawlessly through the app and kindly granted us a late check-out so we could peacefully complete our prayers before our flight. Fantastic Location: It is perfectly situated on Nanping Pedestrian Street, and there are plenty of halal restaurants and food options right around the vicinity. Thank you to the wonderful team for their kindness, excellent communication, and amazing hospitality. Highly recommended place to stay"

"I arrived at the airport late the night before, but the hotel's pick-up service was perfectly arranged. The driver was already waiting, and even proactively helped with my luggage, completely saving me the hassle of finding a taxi in the middle of the night. Upon arrival, front desk staff member #6 was incredibly friendly and polite, and check-in was very efficient. She also thoughtfully informed me of all the important details. After a long and tiring journey, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made me feel so much better, and the room environment was also excellent. The overall service was impeccable, I highly recommend this hotel! It will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Kunming!"

"Choosing Atour for my Kunming trip was definitely the right call! The location is absolutely perfect. It's right in the city center, and just 50 meters downstairs is the 900-year-old Kunming Old Street. Nanping Street, Nanqiang Night Market, and Shuncheng Shopping Mall are all within walking distance. You can easily grab all sorts of local Yunnan snacks and flower souvenirs, and the whole area just buzzes with life. It's only 200 meters from Wuyi Road subway station, and a few minutes by taxi to places like Cuihu Lake and the Military Academy, making travel to and from the train station and airport super convenient. Tourists really don't have to worry about getting around at all. What surprised me most was how peaceful it was despite being in a bustling area. Downstairs, the commercial district is lively, but once you close your room door, the soundproofing is excellent, and you won't be disturbed at all when sleeping at night. The room hygiene was impeccable. There's a fresh air system throughout the room, a wet/dry separated bathroom, and standard 'naked cotton' bedding and Deep Sleep Pro pillows – after a long day of traveling, lying down was incredibly relaxing. The 65-inch screen-mirroring TV, mini-fridge, and smart toilet were all fully equipped. The natural light was great, and the space felt spacious and not at all cramped. The breakfast buffet was truly impressive. They had all sorts of Yunnan specialties like freshly made rice noodles, tofu pudding, soy milk, and Ersi (rice noodles), with a rich variety of dishes. Plus, they even let you pack food to go if you're in a hurry. The hotel also offers complimentary self-service laundry facilities with an iron, a small gym, and free parking for those driving. The front desk service was gentle and thoughtful. Check-in was fast, and they proactively offered flower cakes and hot tea. They were also very patient and accommodating with requests like luggage delivery and late check-out. The attention to detail made me feel really at home. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!"

"To sum it up: full marks, absolutely full marks! Out of all the places I've stayed, honestly, this is one hotel that truly made me want to leave a genuine review. The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the service is fantastic. Seeing that we had a child with us, they even gave us a free upgrade to a family room. The hotel environment is excellent, and the design of the entrance and courtyard shows great taste. The room facilities are fully smart, clean, and hygienic. It's a truly rare and exceptional hotel. Finally, I have to say again, the owner's service is really outstanding – nine out of ten points definitely go to the owner, hahaha!"

"This veteran five-star hotel still delivers on service and quality. It's a bit old but acceptable. The breakfast desserts were good. The location is truly excellent, with many historical attractions within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient. Front desk staffer Xiao Ye provided warm and thoughtful service; kudos to her! Overall, it was a great experience 👍🏻"

"Having traveled to over 20 countries, this is my first time reviewing an accommodation. When you're on the road, you often miss home. But not here! We booked the Loft, with a living room on the first floor and a bedroom on the second, it felt just like home. We enjoyed tea daily, and the hotel even provided complimentary afternoon tea. The 24-hour butler service was excellent, always available and responsive. They thoughtfully prepared a travel guide for us. The daily breakfast was a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options! We will definitely be back."

"This place is located in a great location. There are malls just opposite which is great if you do not have plans and just want to hang around. Downstairs, there are various local food places which served good food. The hotel itself is located in k9 apartments, right next to Novotel Hotel. The reception messaged us on Trip.com on the day of our arrival to provide us with information on how to reach the hotel & the address to set in our Didi. As this was our last hotel before returning home, I honestly had alot of Taobao kuai di which the receptionist picked up for me patiently throughout all 3 days of our stay. I could not be more grateful esp when 1 of my package was sent to a place about 1.5km away from the hotel. They would wechat us on a daily basis to confirm if we needed housekeeping or if we needed any amenities. Within the room, there was a play room which my kids absolutely loved. They saw it as their private space and played inside on their own when the adults would busy. There was a washer / dryer located within the room which was so helpful. & a working fridge. We were provided with disposable coverings for the toilet bowl & bathtub and also toothbrush (including children’s toothbrush & bedroom slippers). The staircase to the loft was also safe with handrails and big enough steps to not fall / miss a step. Overall, I would definitely choose this place again if I visited Kunmin again."

"This guesthouse was an absolute delight! We stayed in a twin tatami room with our little one, and the low, spacious beds meant our child could run around and play freely without any worry of bumps or bruises – it was incredibly reassuring. The courtyard garden was meticulously maintained, featuring a lemon tree laden with fruit, a beautiful assortment of succulents and cacti, and a charming thatched tea pavilion perfect for a relaxing tea break. The lush greenery and tidy pathways in the yard kept our child entertained, exploring all the flowers and plants. Inside, the room was decorated with a simple yet elegant style, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was serene and peaceful. It's perfect for both family trips and relaxing getaways. We've already added it to our list for our next trip, highly recommended!"
