"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is easy to find, and parking is convenient. The room was larger than expected, and the minimalist decor was perfect for photos. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable; as someone who's particular about hygiene, I was extremely satisfied and have to give it a great review! Usually, I'm quite picky about hotel cleanliness, but this time I couldn't find a single flaw. You could tell the sheets and duvet covers were freshly changed, and there were no water stains or hair in the bathroom corners. The room had excellent soundproofing, and the blackout curtains were superb, allowing me to sleep until I woke up naturally. You can really feel the owner's dedication. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, full marks for efficiency. It's excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, making it very easy to get around. The front desk and staff were all incredibly warm and attentive. On the day we checked in, my child accidentally dirtied the bedsheets, and even though housekeeping had already finished for the day, the front desk thoughtfully helped us change them right away, handling it very promptly and without any sign of impatience. We felt so comfortable and at ease during our stay. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"We loved it here! The location is excellent, it's clean, and the facilities are complete. Although the reception staff didn't speak English, it wasn't a problem because we could easily communicate via WeChat, and they took great care of me. The bathroom has separate shower and toilet areas, and importantly, a bidet (though the pressure wasn't very strong, it was better than many hotels that don't have one). They also provide bottled water, and you can ask for more. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, if I have the opportunity to return to Kunming, I would definitely choose to stay here again and would happily recommend it to others. There might be a slight cigarette smell for those with a sensitive nose, but it's not noticeable for those who aren't bothered by it. The lighting in the room is beautiful, making for great photos."

"The room was clean, tidy, and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The service attitude was impeccable – absolutely fantastic! They thoughtfully prepared cutlery and a high chair for our child, making it perfect for family travel. Every time we saw a staff member, they would smile and greet us, actively offering assistance. Upon checkout, they even gave us black tea as a souvenir and two roly-poly toys. It was a superb stay! (I forgot to take photos of the hotel, but it's super close to Jinma Fang, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. Highly recommend it!)"

I forgot to bring a suitable toilet seat cover and didn't even ask the hotel for one, but they noticed and prepared one for me the next day. I really appreciate these little details. The hotel facilities are excellent; they provide free breakfast, a laundry room, and a gym. The overall design is also very good. The location is very close to Kunming Station, and public transportation (buses and subway) is convenient. They even have direct drinking hot water. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

The front desk staff were warm and professional, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, and were polite and gentle throughout. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable.

GGuest UserThis was our first time in Kunming. We took a Didi to the hotel, and the staff were warm, polite, and proactively helped us with our luggage. The front desk gentleman was incredibly thoughtful; he upgraded us to a garden-view room, gave us a welcome gift, and enthusiastically recommended attractions based on our needs. Both the hotel's service and environment were excellent, and the buffet was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserI forgot to take photos during my last stay, so the pictures are of the room type from this visit. There are some differences, but you can still get an idea.
**Amenities:** Very complete. It has everything a standard hotel should have. There aren't any toilet seat covers, so you'll need to bring your own. The bath towels are hotel-provided, and all the toiletries are there.
**Cleanliness:** Everything looked quite clean. The bedding felt freshly washed and had a faint scent of disinfectant.
**Environment:** It's a little bit away from the airport and the main road, so it's relatively quiet. With the window open, you can hear some planes taking off, but it's not very noticeable with the window closed, so you can definitely get a good night's sleep.
**Service:** They offer airport shuttle service from 4:30 AM to 2 PM, with a bus every half hour. If you need a ride to the airport in the morning, you just need to let the front desk know in advance. They'll even call you half an hour before to wake you up. The front desk staff (both the young men and women) were all super patient.
**Overall:** After looking at so many places, this one was the most satisfying. The price isn't expensive either, and the overall value for money is excellent. That's why I chose this place for both my outbound and return trips. I'll likely choose it again for future visits.

MMunanxiziA wonderful hideaway for a hot spring getaway. The private courtyard comes with its own hot tub, or you can switch things up and use the public pools. In the evenings, you can catch a stunning sunset, and the Ancient Dian Kingdom Museum is right across the way. The villa's amenities are top-notch, and it's very clean, even including a private sauna. There weren't any bugs this season, which made it a super comfortable and relaxing spot for a few friends to unwind. The breakfast and dinner at the mountaintop restaurant are both excellent, and they do Western dishes really well too!

The front desk staff were very helpful and enthusiastic, always ready to answer any questions. The lobby is also quite unique, with lots of plants that make the air feel fresh. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming and have already recommended it to my friends. The location is unbeatable – it's right next to Kunming Old Street, Jinma Biji Archway, and Nanqiang Night Market, making it super convenient for eating and exploring.

FFirman LOne thing I like about this hotel is that it is not crowded with people, front desk is very responsive and they try their utmost best to please their guests.
Had a restful sleep and pleased that I was able to get hot showers. Didn't try their breakfast at their level 9 restaurant as they mentioned only certain days they have halal breakfast.
No in room fridge but there are convenience stores nearby, at night there are fruit sellers along the road. There is a hospital nearby and a police post. Pharmacy nearby and quite please with the area.
Even though there are No Smoking Signs, other guest do smoke in the hotel. And low season means there are fewer guest so, lesser smokers there, which I am happy about.
They have self service laundry room with one washer and a separate dryer. Quite happy with that too.
Thank you front desk ladies for your service and for the breakfast packs given to us for our departure to the airport. Apologies for not able to take the airport transfer due to my Mother in Law's knees. Hope to see you all soon!

__WeChat290542****Although the room lighting was a bit dim, the garden was absolutely beautiful! It had large blossoms, including plum, winter cherry, and roses, which were all stunning! The hotel shares an owner with the Lavande next door, and the view outside the window was also lovely. Their breakfast included a particularly delicious small pot of rice noodles, and the fruit was great too. The service was superb, with multiple shuttle services to and from the airport every day. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!

When I visit Kunming in winter, I really like staying at this hotel because I can enjoy the hot springs. Although it's an older establishment, the overall quality is still decent, and the location is convenient for feeding seagulls. The hotel even provides bread for feeding them. The toiletries have always been high quality. Since I was traveling with a child, the housekeeping staff proactively asked if we needed more bottled water, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food tastes good. The rice noodles are particularly delicious. I forgot something in the room when checking out, and the hotel called to remind me and then helped mail it back. Thank you.

The curtains slowly opened as I inserted the room key, sunlight streamed onto the bed, and I instantly felt like I'd come to the right place. The view from the window was so captivating that I didn't want to look away. Lying down to sleep that night, all the fatigue from a day of sightseeing vanished. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, the service was attentive, and the decor was unique. Highly recommended.
