"Very satisfied! I highly recommend the twin room! The twin room has a bay window, and it's beautiful on a sunny day! The Xiao Du smart assistant is very intelligent, and the twin beds are spacious. The bathroom is also very large. As for the service, the ladies at the front desk would ask us every day when we'd be back so the robot could deliver desserts and fruits to our room. The oranges were really delicious. During the off-season, I highly recommend this place for both its price and environment! It's also quite quiet; we were on the 17th floor!"

"The bathtub room I stayed in this time was really great! I loved the decor of the room, and they thoughtfully placed a mat next to the bathtub so you don't have to worry about slipping. The toiletries were neatly arranged, and when you open the curtains, you can see the Wanda Twin Towers across the way – the night view is beautiful. Breakfast was also quite good with a wide variety of options."

"The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, which was very comforting. The room had a minimalist style, was clean and hygienic, and the bedding was of excellent quality, providing a comfortable sleep. More importantly, the hotel's location is superb. Stepping out, you're right on Nanping Street, Kunming Old Street, and Kunming Department Store. It's also less than 500 meters from the subway station, allowing for convenient direct access to the airport or train station. It's an excellent choice for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Kunming."

XXinghebuerThis hotel by Dianchi Lake is pretty good all-around. The environment, of course, is fantastic. The open-plan lobby is very grand, and the jewelry sold in the shops reflects its upscale positioning. I even tried some Pu'er tea at the tea shop, and it was rich and fragrant.
The public areas are huge. I heard there are peacocks somewhere, but I asked several staff members, and they all said they didn't know where they were, which was a bit funny. Even though I stayed for three nights, I still didn't get a chance to use the hot springs.
Breakfast was quite varied, but I actually started feeling a bit of altitude sickness and couldn't eat much. The restaurant itself was a bit hard to find; I walked around for a long time on the first day trying to locate it. It would be great if the signs along the way were more detailed.
It's about a 20-minute walk to Haigeng Dam by Dianchi Lake, or even 10-15 minutes if you walk quickly. The scenery along the way is beautiful, perfect for a stroll and to aid digestion.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is excellent and very close to Changshui Airport! There's a local night market nearby, which is super convenient for late-night snacks and buying fruit. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped, very cozy! It's so close to Changshui Airport that you just need to call the front desk after landing, and they'll arrange a pick-up. Very convenient! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I have a layover in Kunming.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is away from the city, if that what you are looking for, its quiet and very green. The rooms are large and well supplied but a bit dated. The breakfast is good and is at the top of the hill with a great view. In room massage service was a highlight of our stay and very reasonably priced and excellent. It is a great choice if you don't mind a 40 -50 min ride into the city center.

We used their airport drop- off service which pre-arranged since we checked-in at the counter. We will stay here again if we going to Kunming in the future.

The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, and the fruit was super fresh. They even offered breakfast with local ethnic specialties, plus a delicious late-night snack. What really surprised me was getting a small gift after checking out – a lovely touch! The hotel is right opposite Cuihu Lake, so it's incredibly convenient to pop over there anytime for a stroll.

Ppinkumeko69Stayed here for a night for our flight home the following day. It was clean and the mountain view was very pleasant. The garden was enchanting and beautiful and I particularly love the roses.The breakfast was nice at an affordable price. The lady chef was exceptionally friendly too. The hotel manager was very friendly and allowed us to pick their apples at their garden.The only thing lacking was the amenities. Not easy to find a decent place to shop in our spare time. Highly recommended!👍

FFirman LOne thing I like about this hotel is that it is not crowded with people, front desk is very responsive and they try their utmost best to please their guests.
Had a restful sleep and pleased that I was able to get hot showers. Didn't try their breakfast at their level 9 restaurant as they mentioned only certain days they have halal breakfast.
No in room fridge but there are convenience stores nearby, at night there are fruit sellers along the road. There is a hospital nearby and a police post. Pharmacy nearby and quite please with the area.
Even though there are No Smoking Signs, other guest do smoke in the hotel. And low season means there are fewer guest so, lesser smokers there, which I am happy about.
They have self service laundry room with one washer and a separate dryer. Quite happy with that too.
Thank you front desk ladies for your service and for the breakfast packs given to us for our departure to the airport. Apologies for not able to take the airport transfer due to my Mother in Law's knees. Hope to see you all soon!

AAnonymous UserFacilities: Very comprehensive, the front garden is lovely and well-maintained. The washing machine was convenient to use, the bed was extra large, and all the toiletries were provided.
Ambiance: Excellent! There were fresh flowers indoors, and the hotel is surrounded by many scenic spots, making it easy to get around. Rooms facing the street might be a bit noisy, but we were upgraded to a quieter room for free during the off-season, which was fantastic!
Service: Superb! The young lady at the front desk was humble and polite. Someone was even there for check-out at 6:30 AM, and they were always ready to help with anything we needed. The staff are dedicated and trustworthy.
