The rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with smart facilities, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooftop terrace offers excellent views of Dianchi Lake. The staff provided warm and thoughtful service, and transportation is also very convenient. My stay was perfect, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. The complimentary photoshoot was a great bonus! 😎

LLijuan ♪(^∇^*) This is my third visit this year, and I absolutely love this hotel, even though it's only 30 kilometers from my home. My favorite part is the large balcony, which offers a delightful view of the lake and lush green mountains, with high skies and drifting clouds – it's incredibly peaceful. The evenings are very quiet. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the breakfast at the restaurant is fantastic.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and I slept soundly. I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel has three restaurants! For a quick bite, there's the buffet. If you're craving Yunnan hotpot, head to Yiduo Cloud, and for Cantonese or Sichuan cuisine, Xile is the place. They really cover all taste preferences, and the prices are very reasonable. Having hot springs, dining, and accommodation all in one place made for a super convenient and relaxing experience!

**Facilities**: This is a hot spring resort that's well-maintained despite its age. Villa 10 is perfectly situated, and the facilities are in excellent condition – not a single sliding door was out of order or stuck, which is quite impressive. However, it would be even better if the front door locks were upgraded.
**Cleanliness**: Very clean, very satisfied.
**Environment**: I walked all around the resort grounds; the scenery is beautiful. Beyond the expansive lake views, there's also a hidden gem of a pond with bald cypress trees.
**Service**: Absolutely more than five points, more than five stars – truly perfect. The golf carts were available on call, and the turndown service was meticulous. A special thanks to Ms. Yang at the front desk for helping to coordinate our departure transfer, adding another wonderful touch to our trip.
**Afternoon Tea Experience**: The taste was exquisite; I even worried I might never find such delicious pastries elsewhere again.
**Airport Transfer Service**: The transfer car was good, and the driver was skilled and provided thoughtful service.
**Outdoor Garden Hot Spring Experience**: The hot springs were great. The bathing area even thoughtfully provided a stool for seniors, though the lighting in the changing area was really too dim to see the locker numbers.
**Food**: The food was also good. I really liked the mushroom and radish dish at dinner, and the roasted duck was unique. The breakfast rice noodles were outstanding! And the gulls loved the birdseed provided for them too.

LLavinia Ꮤ💐During my stay in Kunming, I chose this hotel renowned for its tropical ambiance. Upon check-in, there were certainly commendable aspects, as well as a few minor disappointments, which I'll honestly document for fellow travelers' reference.
🌴The hotel's most captivating feature is its environment. The lush, layered greenery gives the distinct impression of being in a tropical garden. The space is expansive, and the rooms are quite spacious with a well-designed layout, making for a very comfortable stay. Although it's been open for some years, it's evident that maintenance is meticulous; the walls, floors, and furniture are kept clean and tidy, with no signs of age. The vibrant green foliage is abundant, with winding paths creating a serene atmosphere. Being here feels like escaping into a quiet, hidden sanctuary deep within the city, far from the hustle and bustle, with the evening breeze rustling through the trees, gentle and relaxing.🍃
🏋🏻♀️I also want to specifically mention the fitness center and swimming pool. Their size is uncommon for hotels of this type, with a full range of equipment and crystal-clear pool water, making for an invigorating swim. The changing room facilities are also well-equipped. For those who regularly exercise, these are definite bonus features.
☔️However, during this stay, I also encountered a few minor disappointments. What was particularly disheartening was the lack of appropriate service etiquette. The hotel's greeting service seemed subjectively biased, treating guests inconsistently. I observed other arrivals being greeted with polite welcomes and gentle assistance with their luggage, while upon my arrival, no one inquired or assisted me. This disparity, the absence of a warm greeting or help, subtly diminished the initial excitement I felt upon entering the hotel.
Furthermore, for me personally, the mattress was too soft, and the pillow height wasn't ideal, leading to some shoulder and neck discomfort after a night's sleep. The comfort level definitely didn't meet my expectations.
Also, my friend arrived before me, and the room they were initially assigned had a leaking ceiling, possibly due to old facilities in some rooms. While the hotel promptly addressed it, I still hope that housekeeping can thoroughly inspect rooms before assigning them to guests.

The lobby was clean, bright, and odor-free, and the guest room felt fresh the moment I walked in. The floors and bathroom countertops were spotless, the bedding was soft and tidy, and there was no dust accumulation in the corners. The toiletries were neatly arranged, and after opening the window for ventilation, the air felt fresh, making my stay very comfortable and reassuring.
The hotel facilities were complete and well-maintained. The air conditioning and hot water supply were stable, the internet was smooth, and the bathroom water pressure was ample. The lighting and power outlets were thoughtfully arranged, and the vanity and wardrobe offered sufficient space. The seating in the lounge area was comfortable, and all facilities were new and undamaged, providing an excellent user experience.
I must particularly commend the service. The front desk staff were warm and courteous, and check-in was fast and efficient. Staff members would greet me proactively when passing by, and they responded quickly to any requests with patience and attention to detail. The directions for travel and parking were clear, and the service was attentive and thoughtful throughout. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and with heartwarming service, this hotel offers great value for money. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

MMunanxiziA wonderful hideaway for a hot spring getaway. The private courtyard comes with its own hot tub, or you can switch things up and use the public pools. In the evenings, you can catch a stunning sunset, and the Ancient Dian Kingdom Museum is right across the way. The villa's amenities are top-notch, and it's very clean, even including a private sauna. There weren't any bugs this season, which made it a super comfortable and relaxing spot for a few friends to unwind. The breakfast and dinner at the mountaintop restaurant are both excellent, and they do Western dishes really well too!

BBenbenxiangqianchongI had a wonderful stay here. It's incredibly close to all the attractions, the old town, city center, and the train station. Getting a taxi to the airport was also very convenient. The bed was super comfortable and the views were fantastic. Both the room and the bed were excellent. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kunming.

GGuest UserThe location is pretty good, close to Plaza 66, about an 8-minute walk. The hotel's concierge service was good; staff were always there to greet us multiple times when we entered and exited. We booked connecting rooms, but they were externally connected, not internally. This made it inconvenient, especially when the kids were asleep, as the sound of swiping the card to enter the room was quite loud. So, it wasn't ideal.
The room was too small; the bathroom and shower were cramped together, and there wasn't enough space to turn around. It felt very restrictive.
Breakfast was just average. Not many varieties, but the quality was decent. The freshly squeezed juice was watered down, and the watermelon juice wasn't good.
Overall, I didn't really feel like there was much service.
