The hotel's hardware facilities really exceeded my expectations. The room has a complete smart home system, where lights and curtains can be voice-controlled, making it simple and convenient to operate. It's equipped with a zero-pressure mattress that provides excellent support when lying down, and there's also a separate scenic bathtub. With the bath bombs and sleep-inducing aromatherapy prepared by the hotel, a bath after a day of travel washes all the fatigue away. The bathroom features a smart toilet, and the disposable amenities are incredibly comprehensive, including thoughtful additions like face masks, eye masks, and earplugs. The common areas are designed in a Zen healing style, with greenery everywhere, and there's also a professional spa treatment area. There's also a free laundry service that includes ironing, which is very convenient for travelers. Breakfast includes freshly prepared Yunnan-style Crossing-the-Bridge Noodles, and afternoon tea is also provided. Located in the Wanda commercial district, it's a quiet oasis in a bustling area. With its complete facilities and healing atmosphere, it's perfect for both leisure and business travel. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Kunming!

As always, I chose Lavande Hotels. The front desk lady was very thoughtful; she called me in the afternoon to confirm my room and asked about my needs. Since I was landing in Kunming at 11 PM, I mentioned I might arrive late. She said she would reserve the room type I needed in advance and even sent over the location, which was incredibly considerate! I ended up staying for two consecutive nights. The cleanliness was also excellent, very meticulously cleaned. The location is good, and you can easily hail a taxi right outside! If you're undecided, I highly recommend this place!

For us, the hotel's location was absolutely ideal. We were in Kunming for three days, and all the places we wanted to visit were very close to the hotel, some even within walking distance, taking very little time. Taxis were readily available right outside the hotel, and the subway was just over 100 meters away, making transportation incredibly convenient. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was very polite. They escorted us to our room, showed us around, and even shared a comprehensive guide with tips on food, attractions, late-night snacks, and souvenirs. If there was anything we wanted to try that wasn't in their guide, the front desk was more than happy to help us look it up and recommend options. This level of service deserves a hundred praises! The room itself was clean, bright, and very spacious. Even with three of us, it didn't feel cramped at all, and it even had a living room. It was also very quiet. This hotel is truly a gem, and I'll definitely be recommending it to my friends.

After settling down in Malaysia, I finally have some free time to write a review. The room was quite spacious, with one king-size bed and one single bed, plus a small tent for kids on the floor, which my child really enjoyed. There was a bit of noise from the neighboring room at night, but the soundproofing seemed pretty good overall, so I'm not sure what caused it. They also offer a free airport shuttle service. If you want to go downtown by subway, they can drop you off at the airport for free, and you can take it from there. If the driver happens to be at the airport when you're returning, I think you might also get a free ride back. My son and I went downtown for some rice noodles; I asked the front desk girl, and she recommended Liu Huan and another place. Since we only had one night, we chose Liu Huan. Right in front of the hotel, there are petrol stations (Sinopec and PetroChina), which is very convenient. If 100 is a perfect score, I'd give it a 95. Keep up the good work and don't get complacent!

This time I had a great experience staying at the All Seasons Hotel in Kunming! The location is convenient and it is easy to travel. The room is simple and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The staff was warm and considerate, and took the initiative to help with luggage and introduce surrounding attractions. The breakfast was rich in variety, and there were also Yunnan specialties. The price was reasonable and cost-effective. I will choose All Seasons again when I come to Kunming next time. I highly recommend it! I mainly praise the staff. They are super nice and have a really good attitude, without any impatience! The hotel's hardware facilities are very good, and it was a very satisfying experience.

Booked a queen room, but upon arrival, they said it was an 'event room,' which was small and located at the very edge. The first person quoted 49 for an upgrade, then someone else said 20-something, and we ended up paying 20-something extra just to get a proper room! I've stayed at so many Hanting hotels across the country, and this is the first time I've been asked for extra money right off the bat! And the price even changed! What a scam! If my client wasn't so close, I definitely wouldn't have stayed for two nights! Oh, and on the second night, they still tried to charge more!

The staff were so nice. Always smiling, always ready to help, and it felt genuine rather than just part of the job. Even in a short stay, they made us feel looked after. Breakfast was good too. Nothing fancy, but fresh and tasty, and a nice way to start the day before heading out to explore. My favourite part was a small thing, though. When we checked out, they gave us a little parting gift. I wasn't expecting it at all. I'd actually been planning to buy something like it from one of the shops on the street, so now I don't need to. It was a really thoughtful gesture and left us with a lovely last impression. One night wasn't nearly enough. It's the little touches like that which make a stay memorable, and I'd gladly stay longer next time I'm in Kunming. If you want a friendly place with a good location in the old town, I'd say go for it.

This is our second time staying at this hotel in Kunming, and both times we've chosen it for my elderly parents. It's incredibly convenient for visiting Dianchi Lake, and it's been recently renovated, looking even better than before with a charming, antique feel. It's very photogenic! The owner, front desk staff, and concierge were all incredibly helpful. The first room wasn't quite comfortable, so they immediately moved us to another. My parents have trouble sleeping, and they were very accommodating, switching us to a twin room. The owner even turned out to be from the same hometown as us and kindly offered free tea. We felt very at ease during our three-day stay. It's also convenient for visiting Shilin (Stone Forest). I highly recommend staying here for your travels.

This guesthouse was amazing! The yard was spotless, the rooms had a lovely, subtle fragrance, the air conditioning was great, the internet was fast, hot water came out in the shower in just 5 seconds, and the pool was heated. It rained today, so we swam and exercised at the guesthouse. The owner was especially welcoming; she made us some hot tea. I'll definitely come back next time!

The hotel is located 200 meters outside the North Square of Kunming Railway Station, a 10-minute walk to the station entrance! It's relatively quiet, clean, and the mattress was very comfortable—I had a great night's sleep! It's a shame I booked the wrong date and had to modify it, making breakfast an extra charge.
