This stay experience really exceeded expectations, and this hotel must be given a full score! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was amazed by the warm and elegant environment. The decoration was simple and stylish, the lighting was soft, and there was a faint aroma in the air, which made people feel relaxed and comfortable.
The front desk staff was very attentive, the check-in speed was very fast, the whole process was smiling, and we took the initiative to help us with our luggage, introduce hotel facilities and surrounding play guides, patiently answer all questions, gentle and professional attitude, and people felt particularly warm.
The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and there is no noise interference when lying down for a good night. The room has good lighting, a wide view, complete bathroom facilities and clean odor-free, the quality of toiletries is also good, there are free mineral water and small snacks, and the details are full of care.
The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety, Chinese and Western styles, fresh ingredients, great taste, can meet the needs of different tastes. The public areas are spotless, the elevators and corridors are clean and tidy, the security measures are also in place, and the stay is full of security.
The location is also very good, the travel is convenient, the surrounding transportation and dining are very convenient. You can walk to check-in in about 5 minutes, which gives you more time to rest. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic; they even called ahead to give me directions and important information, which was very thoughtful. The room was clean. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe room is very clean, bright and spacious. The facilities are very new, with electric curtains, automatic toilet, and very comfortable pillows, one soft and one hard. The hair conditioner received positive reviews from my sister-in-law, hahaha. There is a clothesline in the shower room, which is convenient. Convenient transportation, very close to the subway station. The service was very good. When checking in, we were given warm chrysanthemum water and hot towels to wipe off the dust from the journey. The breakfast is also good, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western restaurants. I am very satisfied with my stay, and my family members give it high praise. Recommended stay.

Room was pretty decent for the price and proximity to the airport. Hence we’re giving a 5/5 for the location due to proximity to Airport (approx 4-5km~ from departure/arrival gate).
We were given a level 1 room right beside the reception, so it was slightly noisy, but bearable. Please bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. You can occasionally hear sounds of planes taking off too. But that is to be expected due to the proximity to the airport.
As for cleanliness, it’s relatively clean. However we found a House Centipede in the room, hence we’re giving a 4/5 for cleanliness.
For amenities, free airport transfer service was available (both From Airport to Hotel, and Hotel to Airport). Do note that there are specific times for the shuttle transport from Hotel to Airport, so do plan accordingly when you are checking in. For our transport to Hotel,the Hotel first sent a small 5 seater car for my group. But since we had 4 people and 4 large luggages, they weren’t able to fit us all, and 2 of us had to wait for the next transport (minivan) that came 10-15mins later. But hey, at least the transport is free so you saved approx 7-10yuan in airport transfer.
Service was decent, and the hotel staff were helpful. There’s no Toothbrush and Toothpaste provided in the room, so do ask the receptionist for those. Also, do note that the reviews may be slightly higher than usual, as gifts are often provided if you show the hotel staff that you’ve given a 5/5 rating. So customers may be incentivized/pressured to provide 5/5 review ratings even though it’s not really a 5/5.
But overall room is still pretty decent for the price. The service was excellent. Hotel staff help to provide take away breakfast as we couldn’t attend the hotel breakfast as we have an early flight. I would definitely rate 5/5 for service. The staff is helpful. Should award the staff.

GGuest UserI forgot to take photos during my last stay, so the pictures are of the room type from this visit. There are some differences, but you can still get an idea.
**Amenities:** Very complete. It has everything a standard hotel should have. There aren't any toilet seat covers, so you'll need to bring your own. The bath towels are hotel-provided, and all the toiletries are there.
**Cleanliness:** Everything looked quite clean. The bedding felt freshly washed and had a faint scent of disinfectant.
**Environment:** It's a little bit away from the airport and the main road, so it's relatively quiet. With the window open, you can hear some planes taking off, but it's not very noticeable with the window closed, so you can definitely get a good night's sleep.
**Service:** They offer airport shuttle service from 4:30 AM to 2 PM, with a bus every half hour. If you need a ride to the airport in the morning, you just need to let the front desk know in advance. They'll even call you half an hour before to wake you up. The front desk staff (both the young men and women) were all super patient.
**Overall:** After looking at so many places, this one was the most satisfying. The price isn't expensive either, and the overall value for money is excellent. That's why I chose this place for both my outbound and return trips. I'll likely choose it again for future visits.

Disclaimer: The room photos were taken before check-out, so the sheets are wrinkled. I didn't take any photos at check-in. We always tidy up the room before checking out.
Room Amenities: Excellent, everything you need is available. The soundproofing is also good; since it's not facing a main road, there's no noise.
Cleanliness: Very good, spotlessly clean. Housekeeping was thorough.
The shampoo and shower gel were also nice and fragrant.
Environment: Comfortable, I slept soundly all night.
Free parking is available.
You can walk to the old street, and there are many dining options nearby, as well as shopping malls like Henglong and Jinying.
Service: Truly attentive and genuine customer service. On my birthday, they surprised us with a cake, which was completely unexpected. We think being able to do this is absolutely fantastic. Thank you again! Grateful for your blessings. Our stay in Kunming was made special by this wonderful experience.

The location is incredibly convenient. Yet, once you step into the hotel, the city's hustle and bustle fade away. The hotel adopts a traditional Chinese courtyard architectural style, with a meticulously designed central garden featuring flowing water and lush greenery, creating a serene atmosphere of 'mountains, water, and courtyard.' Strolling along the elevated corridors offers a new delightful view with every step. The rooftop garden on the third floor is particularly noteworthy; it's an excellent viewpoint directly facing the Jinma Biji Archway. In the evening, the sunset bathes the ancient city walls in golden light. Coupled with a cup of Pu'er tea, it's the perfect spot to savor Kunming's slow-paced life.
2. **Facilities: A Blend of Ethnic Charm and Modern Convenience**
The hotel's facilities are infused with rich Yunnan ethnic charm. From the retro decor in the lobby to the artistic paintings in the corridors, and the wooden carved screens, Yi embroidery throw pillows, and bed runners in the rooms, every detail showcases the designer's ingenuity. The decorative vases in the rooms, with their ethnic characteristics, all embody an authentic Yunnan flavor. At the same time, the hotel has not overlooked the modern traveler's need for convenience. Thoughtfully provided bedside USB ports are available, along with white ceramic tea caddies containing Pu'er tea, Lincang black tea, and a Yunnan small-bean coffee set, which is more considerate than many other hotels. 4. **Service: Warm, Thoughtful, and Welcoming**
The hotel staff's service attitude was a major highlight of my stay. From check-in to check-out, the front desk and staff were consistently warm and attentive. Regardless of how many times guests entered or exited, they would proactively greet everyone with a warm smile, making one feel incredibly welcome. They were happy to chat with guests, displaying the unique humor characteristic of Yunnan's ethnic minorities, making conversations very enjoyable. Whether it was borrowing items, having fruit delivered, or asking for recommendations for authentic local cuisine (such as wild mushroom hot pot restaurants or 'Qiaoxiangyuan' for Cross-Bridge Noodles), the front desk offered very practical advice, even sharing tips known only to locals, like recommending reliable car rental services to Dianchi Lake, Western Hills, and Longmen. This concierge-style service made me feel completely at home.

However, there's a buggy service to take guests around, which saves you the hassle of lugging luggage and finding your way. The hygiene is excellent, and there's plenty of hot water. The service is great; when I couldn't find the Wi-Fi password, I called the front desk and they resolved it quickly. Since I had an early flight, the hotel also provided airport transfer service. I just told them my departure time in advance, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!
