Phuket Hotels with Infinity Pools

"The facilities of this hotel are fantastic and the location is good for the market and water park. However, the service was really disappointing. Upon arrival, we were told we were upgraded from a studio to a one bed which sounded great. However, the only difference between the rooms was an additional privacy screen which was stiff and difficult to move as well as being covered in smears and dirty. When we booked the hotel we were excited about the amenities including the free fitness classes. The QR code to book this took me to a link to pay for them so I messaged reception on the WhatsApp which they had informed could be used for “any questions”. The reception couldn’t help and didn’t give any advice other than go to the gym - we were on our way out and the class was at 9am the next day so we ran up there. There were no staff in the gym and the restaurant staff also couldnt advise as to where the staff were. We then walked down to reception for advice again - they told us go to the gym, we said we had done this and they then said wait until the class and just show up as they didn’t know the process to book. As a hotel that advertised the fascilities and gym classes it’s quite shocking that the reception wouldn’t be able to advise on the booking system - it genuinely felt like they didn’t want to help. Given the class was at 9am I didn’t want to just turn up in case there wasn’t space. After 10 mins back and forth they conceded and radio up to the gym and ask a staff member to be there. We then go up there again and the gym staff member ALSO didn’t know the proper booking process. Eventually they took our email addresses to add us to the list. This took an unnecessarily long time with a lot of run around and staff that really didn’t want to help us/know the internal processes - these are things I would expect any hotel staff to know as a minimum. We were originally looking at coming back to stay for a month or so in their apartments as the price is great however, the poor service and lack of knowledge of processes has meant that this hotel has lost a potential repeat customer."

"I booked a pool suite, and the room was quite spacious. Breakfast was decent. The hotel is located on a hill, about a 10-minute drive from Patong Beach, so transportation isn't very convenient. There aren't many public facilities either. Coming from the Pullman in Karon, I felt a significant drop in quality. It's not really suitable for a relaxing vacation."

"The massage parlor near the hotel is fantastic. My friends and I went there for a massage. The therapists tailored different treatments based on our physical conditions. The whole experience was extremely relaxing. We chatted while enjoying the massage, and it felt absolutely delightful. Having such a great massage place nearby was truly a nice bonus during our trip."

"Absolutely amazing place, Kartoon and the staff were great and super helpful. The room had a clothes line, umbrella and washing machine which was awesome. Only downside is the place is at the top of a hill and pillows were a bit hard but would definitely come back again!"

"we stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and would definitely come back again! we loved the comfort, the cleanliness, the staff and the service. the food and drinks were exceptionally delicious! the rooftop pool is the gem of this hotel 💎 the staff was friendly, helpful and polite. furthermore we have booked a candlelight dinner at the hotel and were absolutely delighted! the presentation of the dishes was beautiful, the taste great, the staff friendly and polite as always:) special thanks to Arm and Fluk who helped me and my husband have an incredible evening together 🤍"

"I was quite pleased with the balcony room. There were no strange odors, and the view was fantastic, overlooking the hotel pool. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Karon Beach at 10 AM and 1 PM, but it's best to book in advance at the front desk. If you head left out of the hotel, there are many restaurants with good food that you can try. You'll need to bring your own swimming ring as the hotel doesn't provide them, but there's a shop next to the hotel that sells them, along with waterproof phone pouches."

"The environment here is great! The hotel room is spacious and very clean, with basic but sufficient facilities. The location is also excellent, not far from Patong Beach, and only a 10-minute walk to Jungceylon, where you can find everything you need for food, drinks, and shopping. The rooftop pool is absolutely fantastic; my kids wanted to swim there every day. Even just sitting on a lounge chair and enjoying the breeze is incredibly relaxing 😌. The hotel service is excellent, and all the staff are very enthusiastic. Next time I come to Phuket, I will definitely stay here again!"

"I've stayed at this hotel before when I was on a tour, and perhaps because I'm familiar with it, I chose to stay here again this time. Let me start with the pros: 1. During this season, the standard rooms are very affordable. The downside is that they are quite small. Both times, I've stayed in the 'Starry Sky Villa' (一户建星空别墅) room, and at this time of year, the price and amenities offer great value for money. If you're considering this hotel now, I'd recommend trying that room type. 2. The standard twin room I stayed in for the last few nights was a bit underwhelming, but then again, it was very cheap. 3. There are plenty of 7-Eleven stores and restaurants nearby, and massages are inexpensive. Now for the cons: 1. The hotel partners with travel agencies, so every day there are many tour groups checking in with their luggage, and the vast majority are our fellow countrymen. 2. This might be related to the third point, but the hotel seems to discriminate against Chinese guests, assigning them to poorly located rooms. 3. Breakfast is enough to fill you up, but nothing more."

"Facilities: The hotel facilities are very complete, with breakfast served every morning. There's a 7-Eleven right at the entrance, making it super convenient for buying things. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff came to tidy up every day. Ambiance: The environment is beautiful, with trees and flowers, and there's a pool right downstairs for swimming. Service: The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they speak Chinese, which made communication easy. You can also rent scooters for convenient transportation, and you're just a short walk away from booking a boat trip out to sea. Highly recommend staying here, the hotel is great in all aspects!!!"

"Could have told us at time of booking that they will only have a banquet available, so there was no food available no room service and could not get a drink, very disappointed"
