"I had a really lovely stay at Mulan Yu in Lijiang. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. They helped carry my bag to the stay and also gave me recommendations on places to visit. As a solo traveler, that warmth honestly made me feel a lot less lonely. The location is excellent as well. It’s very close to the tourist areas and everything is walkable, while still feeling peaceful and cozy. Lijiang itself is beautiful, especially at night. The room was super clean and comfortable, and I was unexpectedly excited that they even had an automatic toilet 😆 My Lijiang trip feel much more welcoming and memorable. 谢谢您沐兰遇汤宿，谢谢您海飞。。"

"Choosing Mercure Lijiang Old Town for our 6-night in-depth trip to Lijiang was definitely the right decision. The hotel facilities are new with no 'new renovation' smell, and the hygiene, room service, and breakfast variety were all excellent. We were especially pleased with the warm and enthusiastic service from Xiaogu. The surrounding area is also great – very quiet at night, and there's a commercial plaza with a Walmart nearby, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient."

"I am loving it! The stay was totally perfect and out of my expectations! The location was inside the Old Town Lijiang, and we knew there was a rock road, they do provide a free service to transfer the baggage to the hotel if not much baggage. They maintain the architecture itself and connect a few inn into one, so it enjoys the culture beauty when entering your room. The room was exactly the same as the image in Trip.com and it was really comfy, zen, cody stay. Lastly, the staff there were so helpful and friendly to foreigners. Give them 100% if can!"

"I had an amazing stay here which was my favourite after travelling to China for a month. Well located in a quieter and more peaceful section of the ancient town. The design of the hotel itself was stunning! Despite the traditional design, the hotel contained completely modern amenities like smart toilets, bed heaters, AC and fast wifi. The highlight though is the exceptional service from the attentive staff and the lovely hotel owner. They are helpful with recommendations, provide pickup service so you don’t have to carry your luggage through the ancient town and overall provides a very homely and comforting atmosphere. I was even invited to dinner and shared fruits, tea and snacks with me! If that isn’t enough to convince you, they also have four super cute cats! Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to Lijiang."

"During my 7-day trip to Kunming, Dali, and Lijiang, this was my favorite hotel. The staff provided amazing service, welcoming us at the entrance and carrying our luggage to the 3rd and 4th floors—making the lack of an elevator no issue at all. As soon as we opened the room, the electric curtains opened to a stunning snow mountain view (thanks to the hotel for the room upgrade!). The bed was comfortable, the room was smoke-free, and breakfast was delicious. At checkout, staff carried our bags down and loaded them into our taxi. The location is excellent. just a short walk from the alley to the main road, close to attractions, and surrounded by restaurants."

"I have traveled a lot lately, and this is by far the accommodation where I felt the most comfortable. Everything was clean, heating worked perfectly, the room was spacious, bed was comfortable. The owner helped me buy tickets to do the Tiger Leaping Gorge Trek. The location is great, you are in Old Town yet it's a quiet street. And you are only less than 5 minutes away from North Gate. Perfect for taxis, and tour pick-ups. This guesthouse has everything that you need it. I have nothing bad to say. It was perfect. Thank you so much 🙏🏻"

"Especially satisfied with this hotel! Whether it is hardware facilities or service awareness, it is very good. The layout of the room is also very style, and we have been upgraded. There is also a large balcony in the room that is very comfortable. The staff is professional and kind. Although the weather is not satisfactory, it still makes us have a good time here. "This guesthouse is incredibly quiet at night, and there's no disturbance inside either, so I slept very soundly. The environment is lovely, and there's a viewing deck where you can see the old town. It's easy to find using navigation. The owner is very welcoming and gave great recommendations for attractions and local food. The room I stayed in had excellent natural light. The owner even offered a discount when I extended my stay, which was fantastic!"
