"A high-value Pullman experience with an excellent location and perfect service! I've always had a soft spot for the Pullman brand. This time, I didn't even realize it was this hotel before checking in (the Chinese translation almost made me miss it) until I drove into the parking lot. What's even more surprising is that getting to stay at a Pullman for this price is an absolute steal! From the parking attendant's guidance and the doorman's reception to the front desk check-in, every step was professional and friendly. The room's facilities, cleanliness, and comfort fully met brand standards – I couldn't find a single fault. The location is an even bigger bonus: right next to two major shopping malls, with countless options for dining and taking the kids out. The children had a blast, and the adults enjoyed their shopping. The parking lot has plenty of spaces, so driving was completely stress-free. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning temperature wasn't very easy to adjust precisely, but the actual feel was within acceptable limits and didn't affect the overall experience. I highly recommend this Pullman and will definitely choose it again next time!"

The shuttle bus to Ocean Kingdom and the Circus City is very convenient, and the location is excellent, making it easy to access dining, shopping, and transportation. It offers great value for money. The hotel also boasts a wide range of children's play facilities, keeping the little ones entertained. As for dining, the buffet offers a rich selection of high-quality dishes with quick service. The staff are attentive and responsible, and the food prices are very reasonable, making it incredibly cost-effective. The dining experience was equally memorable; breakfast and dinner were diverse and plentiful, the restaurant ambiance was lovely, and everything tasted great. The buffet had many options and the food quality was high. Everything was outstanding, and I'll definitely be back! The elevators are fast, and the room facilities are thoughtful with excellent service. The hygiene is clean and tidy. The bedding is pristine white, stain-free, and has a faint, pleasant scent. The location is convenient, with complete surrounding amenities. I highly recommend watching the fireworks from the third-floor deck – the view is fantastic! The hotel signs are clear, so you won't get lost. I'll definitely return to the Chimelong Spaceship Hotel!"

"This is my second consecutive three-night stay at InterContinental Sanya Haitang Bay Resort. This year, there was a minor unpleasant incident due to a discrepancy in information, but sometimes you need something to go wrong to truly test a hotel's service! A special thanks again to Emily for her excellent and genuine service! My schedule was very tight, so I usually arrived back at the hotel late at night or even early in the morning. On the last day, I decided to stay in and explore the hotel rather than going out. Regarding breakfast: I used to think hotel breakfasts were just about 'filling your stomach,' so I never bothered eating at the hotel, especially with many famous breakfast spots nearby. However, this time, I discovered that InterContinental Sanya's breakfast is absolutely worth every penny! Not only is there a wide variety, but most items are made to order! For instance, the preserved egg and lean pork congee has its shredded pork and other ingredients added and cooked on the spot! There were about four or five different types! The wontons are also freshly wrapped and cooked, and the taste is superb! The meat is incredibly springy! The bread and pastries are also outstanding, but unfortunately, my stomach can only hold so much. Next time, I'll definitely book a room with breakfast included! 🤣 I don't even need to mention the environment – the breakfast area, executive lounge, and swimming pool all offer almost 360-degree sea views! When the weather is good, it really brightens your mood. Facilities: The hotel gym equipment is all top-brand, very smooth, well-maintained, and extremely clean! Another thing worth mentioning is the hotel's culture. I noticed a row of small stalls near the front desk, initially thinking they were just hotel products. I stopped for a moment and found the first stall particularly charming. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was a charity project. I saved the details, planning to make a purchase to support it! My next stay at InterContinental Sanya Haitang Bay Resort will definitely be in the near future!"

"The hotel is brand new and its location is super convenient. There's a newly opened mall right downstairs, and Gongbei Port is just across the street, making border crossing a breeze. The cleanliness is excellent, and despite being new, there's no unpleasant renovation smell. Both the front desk and room service staff are very enthusiastic and helpful. Plus, the views from the higher floors are fantastic!"

"Taking advantage of my child's holiday, we came to Hengqin from Zhongshan for a vacation at Star Land. The biggest feeling this time was how hassle-free it was – there are shuttle buses in the park, just a phone call away, so you barely need to drive. I had seen reviews mentioning a lot of mosquitoes, but my actual experience was fine, not as exaggerated as I expected, so you can rest assured. The park activities are very rich; the fireflies and fishing are highly recommended. Breakfast is served until 2 PM, which is super friendly for families with kids – you can sleep in and still catch it. The rooms are not only clean but also very interesting, like being in Africa, with all the necessary parent-child items; if you need more, you can scan a QR code to request additional deliveries. Before check-in, the housekeeper proactively contacted us, registered our license plate, sent the location, and explained the activities – very detailed. During check-in, we met Uncle Chita in the lobby, who took great care of us these past two days. When we left, we specifically went to say goodbye, and he even prepared a gift for my child, which made the kid super happy. I highly recommend this parent-child hotel; we will definitely come again."

Families appreciate the kid-friendly atmosphere and high-quality breakfast buffet.  However, some visitors point out occasional drawbacks, including hit-or-miss dining quality at the Cantonese restaurant, smaller indoor pool facilities, and occasional wait times during busy check-in periods. Isolated reports also cite room maintenance or hardware issues. Overall, it is widely considered an excellent, high-end stay for luxury travelers."
