"Loved the ample space to work in downstairs. And they make coffee too! There are many transport options around, though there are cooler areas to hang out in. The WC and shower are very tiny, but the Dre’s a bigger bathroom in the corridor and the dorm itself is spacious. Loved the ease of the paid lockers too"

"The hotel location is perfect, but the parking fee at the hotel is quite expensive, as it operate by other, APCOA. Public facilities are a bit aging e.g. swimming pool and gym, however, equipments are in good maintenance. The service are almost all okay, except the housekeeping part, who knock my door many times while I was packing my luggage, as it's nearly check-out time."

Wir hatten das Glück den letzten Kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz zu ergattern, sehr erfreulich ;-) Am besten also nicht zu spät anreisen! Online-CheckIn gewöhnungsbedürftig aber machbar. Das Zweibettzimmer im Industriebetonstyle ausreichend groß, ohne Schränke, ohne Coffee Making Facility, ohne Kühlschrank/Minibar und kleinem/halben Kopfkissen! Ein merkwürdiger Geruch durchströmte das Zimmer, erinnerte ein wenig an Baustelle. Das Fenster zu öffnen schien die Lösung, es konnte aber nicht durchgängig offen bleiben, weil Zimmer 201 zur Straße ging und diese sehr lange und sehr früh stark befahren war. Zudem machte sich duch Gäste die Nachts vor dem Hoteleingang sehr lange laut waren weiterer Lärm unangenehm breit. Die Internetnutzung wurde erst durch umfassende lästige umständliche Anmeldung zum Reward/Hotelprogramm möglich. Warum...? Das Bad ist modern, neu, die Dusche gut. Wünschenswert wäre ein Stromanschluß und Zahnputzbecher, der nicht aus Pappe und damit mehrfach nutzbar wäre sowie Möglichkeiten Handtücher gescheit aufzuhängen. Das Frühstück haben wir im Paket mit der Übernachtung günstiger als für die angezeigten 14 € pro Person erhalten. Dieses war gerade noch ok, die Auswahl nicht besonders groß, an zwei Kaffeeautomaten bildeten sich recht lange Schlangen. Keine wirkliche Empfehlung für 14 €! Der CheckOut war unkompliziert und freundlich."

"The room facilities are complete, clean, comfortable, spacious, and bright! The breakfast is rich, varied, healthy, and delicious! Although it's located in a bustling area, the room is still very quiet, with excellent soundproofing!"

"location not bad with bus stop outside the hotel and around 15-20min walk to hbf. hotel was clean and provided free minibar & coffee machine, as well as still and sparkling water. beds were comfortable with super soft pillows. staff were all v friendly :)"

"The hotel has a nice atmosphere and the room we stayed in was fine however I can't give it a full score due to the lack of an in room fridge. I inquired about this and was told only the suites have a fridge. This is a pity because customers pay good money for a nice hotel and expect basic comforts. I don't buy the line about it being for the environment, more likely a cost saving. If it was about the environment they could just turn the fridge off and let the customers decide. Apart from that everything was fine except there's no wine glasses in the rooms. Even an Ibis will have wine glasses."

"Good value for money and very conveniently located. Plenty of street parking is usually available in the surrounding area. It's a short 15-minute walk to the East Side Gallery, where you can see the 'Fraternal Kiss' mural. The property has three buildings, so make sure to ask the front desk which one your room is in before you head up, to save yourself an unnecessary walk."

"We stayed at your hotel for 18 nights in total as we were visiting our son and his family for the Christmas holidays. He lives nearby so this hotel was VERY convenient. The housekeeping was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot water and pulsating shower in the bathroom. We were disappointed that there was not a coffee maker/kettle in the room. We were also rather disappointed that the full breakfast buffet on a couple of occasions did not have the hot items readily available. We were able to order individual servings of such items but it was not the same as being able to freely pick and choose what we wanted. We also noticed that the hot drinks that were dispensed from the machine were NOT hot at all and just merely warm. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous at all times. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our son in Hamburg."

"The hoste provides the bare minimum in terms of amenities and cleanliness. While it is functional enough for a short stay, the overall quality feels very much in line with the low price. Facilities are basic, and the atmosphere is not particularly comfortable or welcoming. It’s not a terrible place to stay, but it’s also not somewhere I would confidently recommend to others unless they are simply looking for the cheapest option and have very low expectations."
