The Adelphi hotel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Adelphi hotel offers a pleasant stay in Liverpool for those traveling for business or leisure. With Liverpool Central Station just 300m away and Liverpool John Lennon Airport only 12km away, transportation is very convenient. There's plenty to do nearby, with Liverpool Empire, Liverpool Tavern Trails and Campari Mural by Paul Curtis all within a short distance. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Guests of this Liverpool hotel can make use of the parking facilities. According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around. This hotel is a popular accommodation for couples.

"I recently stayed at The Adelphi and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the train station was incredibly convenient for getting around. The convenience of having bar on-site was a definite plus. However, one significant drawback was the absence of refrigerators in the rooms. This was quite inconvenient, as it meant I couldn't store any perishable items or keep drinks cold for later, even with the bar downstairs. In today's world, having a fridge in a hotel room is almost an expectation, and its absence was definitely felt. Despite this, I would still recommend The Adelphi for its other positive aspects, convenient amenities, and easy access to transportation. I hope the management considers adding refrigerators to their rooms in the future, as it would greatly enhance the guest experience."

"I’m a rather particular solo traveller with a sensitivity to light, noise, and temperature, so comfort matters enormously to me. My two-night stay at Hope Street Hotel, in room G02, was nothing short of delightful. The real manual key, spacious layout, and wooden floors created a welcoming, homely atmosphere. The highlight was undoubtedly the free-standing bath with its view over the festively lit Hope Street; it was such a treat to relax and watch the world go by that I happily cancelled my spa booking. I’d initially worried the central location might be noisy, but I slept soundly throughout. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tips: • Bringing a few battery-powered tea lights made the bathroom feel cosy, as the lighting is quite minimal. • The pillows, while luxurious, were on the softer side. If you prefer firmer support, a small memory foam pillow is worth packing. • It can get a touch chilly at night, so turning the heating up to 26 degrees keeps things comfortable."

"Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean, and it came with a kettle and coffee. The location is incredibly convenient, not only close to the docks – perfect for an evening stroll after dinner – but also right next to James Street Station, which makes it super easy to visit nearby cities like Chester. This hotel offers great value for money. If I had to mention any downsides: there's no breakfast, and both elevators were out of order during checkout. I had to walk down from the 5th floor, but thankfully I didn't have much luggage."

"Location is good for exploring. Good breakfast. Staff could have been a little bit more welcoming. Actual room was horrible, very strong drain smell, which got wafted through the room when the fan heater kicked in every 10/15mins, couldn’t decide where smell was coming from, bathroom did smell drainy, fan in bathroom didn’t work, but also smelt around headboards of main bed, as it was a family room our son was on a chair bed right next to the curtains, he was coughing a fair bit during the night (teenager) & on inspection could see why when I looked at the curtains, mouldy. Room really needs a makeover."

"It's a fabulous hotel and we've stayed many times but this time, in the cold weather, the hotel bar was so cold you had to wear a duvet coat and the bedroom was also very chilly. It wasn't just us , many guests were affected. I just felt the hotel lacked concern. They could have hired an industrial heater to keep the bar warm (the air curtain over the lobby doors seemed to have failed) but there was a complete lack of action. The poor receptionists were very cold and were using muffs to keep their hands warm. You'd think they'd give out free hot drinks or some kind of reward for the inconvenience but no, arrogance prevailed and the guests had to make the best of it. Not what you expect in a 4 Star hotel. I hope the management listen to these criticisms and apologise to all their guests that were staying . Come on Titanic, you can do better than this. I'll be back in 3 weeks to check, so fingers crossed."

"The location is excellent, very close to sites and restaurants. The view from the window was breathtaking, you could see the beautiful buildings and partial view of the port. The windows don't open and the room is very small, barely any space between bed and walls so can be slightly claustrophobic. Some noise from the venues playing loud music can be heard during weekends, but for the price the room has everything you need."

"The hotel & bar was great, we had a side room with a joining door, you could hear everything from the next door guests which you felt you had no privacy also we heard alot of noise from 6am every morning, road sweepers , rubbish Lorrie’s, glass collections etc… and the ballards made a warning announcement when vehicles going in and out so ask for an inside room if your a light sleeper, don’t waste your money with the restaurant very disappointed, empty restaurant to be refused an evening meal at 7.30pm told to go back later, breakfast terrible we arrived in with plenty of time of the opening hours, but staff could not be any ruder, they just wanted to be finished which was very off putting & made you feel uncomfortable, turning toaster off 15 mins before closure, food standard very poor & very poor availability of fresh cooked food, We stayed 3 nights and after our experience of breakfast & evening meal, I cancelled the breakfast for the next 2 mornings, plenty of great places to eat around."

I always stay at Delta when I'm in Liverpool for business, but this time I booked too late and had to stay here. It's an Ascott group hotel, located on the main commercial street, and only a 5-minute walk from Lime Street Station. It's very quiet, and all the facilities are new, plus the rooms are quite spacious. The only minor drawback is that there's no restaurant, so no breakfast... For the past few days, I've had to make do with buying food from Lidl for breakfast. Oh, and by the way, a HeyTea actually opened right across from the hotel... seems like most of the customers are older Chinese women and international students. All in all, this hotel is really good.

The hotel was ideally situated where we didn't have to walk far to the venues which were approx 6-10 minutes walk. The hotel has a large underground car park that kept our car safe and secure, not many hotels have a bar and seating for guests which we thought was convenient, the room was modern, very clean and loved the high pressure shower that is adjustable, breakfast was lovely we prefer a full English with all the trimmings, though there is the continental option and as it was a buffet we ate as much as we pleased. Lots of things to do and see in Liverpool and a large shopping centre that we discovered on our way back from the Cavern club and eateries on the dock side All in all a brilliant first stay in this hotel and 2nd time in Liverpool...oh and a shout out to the receptionist who helped me with our parking, very patient. We are planning our next stay at this hotel for the near future.

I stayed at the Pullman Liverpool Hotel for one night as a last-minute booking after reading several reviews and watching a few TikTok videos—and I’m glad I did. On arrival, I was greeted warmly, checked in quickly, and made my way up to my room without any hassle. I had emailed ahead requesting a nice view as it was my first time in Liverpool. I was placed on the 8th floor, which was great, but unfortunately my view overlooked the roof of another building. I did ask if this could be changed, but the hotel was fully booked due to the Easter break, which I completely understood. The room itself was comfortable and overall made for a pleasant stay. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to the Liverpool Museum, bars, restaurants, the wheel, and plenty of shops for a bit of retail therapy. Parking is quite expensive, but the hotel does stamp your ticket which gives you a discount. I checked in at 3:30pm, checked out at 12, and paid £18 for parking—without the discount, it could easily cost 5–8 times more. Now for the negatives: cleanliness could definitely be improved. I met some of the cleaners when checking out—lovely, friendly staff—but the room needed more attention. There was dust on surfaces, hair on the tissue container, only two tissues left, the bathroom and mirrors weren’t cleaned thoroughly, and the shower gel hadn’t been refilled, so after a few pumps there was none left. Overall, despite the cleaning issues, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed at Tune Hotel for 4 nights before my cruise from Liverpool. It was a great location as Terminal was about 5 minutes walk.  Also great location for all amenities in Liverpool.  Ellie at reception was very friendly and helpful and because room is not serviced every day you can request towels, toilet paper etc from reception.  Room was ok. It was cheap and cheerful. Shower was excellent. Great for short stays. No chair in room and we only had 2 TV stations.

We had a lovely stay. The standard hotel room was very spacious, bed very comfortable, room very clean and really nice decor. Breakfast was great, with fresh fruit, homemade baked bread and a good selection of hot and cold options. The White Bar was a great place for food and drinks. Staff very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hostel, it’s clean and the rooms are well kept. The beds are amazingly comfortable with a small shelf to keep your phone and watch to charge while you sleep. The vibe is great and it’s very vintage style. Location is amazing. Easy to all public transport, so many shops to eat or get groceries from. Bars and pubs are at your fingertips. The only downside to this hostel is its in room bathroom. Unfortunately this hostel fails majorly on this. I was in an 8 bed dorm, and there was 1 toilet and 2 showers. (Luckily there was only 3 people in my room for my 2 nights) so we could manage. BUT the showers are absolutely awful it has no independent tap for hot or cold water, it has a push button for water and the push button only lasts 3 seconds (SO GUESS WHAT YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE BUTTON IN CONSTANTLY TO SHOWER) so you have one hand to shower with if you want constant water on you, BUT guess what…. The shower hot water is non existent the hot water is hot like a swimming pool on a hot summers day or luke warm at the best. So if you think you going to have a good shower after a long day of exploring or you get filthy from a night out, surprise you going to have the most awful shower. So you gotta pick awful shower for a comfy bed and clean room or stay somewhere else. If I visit Liverpool again I’d skip this hostel only for the fact that I like a nice hot shower at the end of the day to unwind with before going to bed.

This was one of the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pleasant front desk clerk. The lobby has a lot of character in keeping with the Titanic theme and the pictures of the rooms had the same theme. We arrived at our room (fourth floor #46) located on a dark hallway that was being painted. The room was large and also had some plush features like the curtains, furniture, chandelier and wallpaper. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Our room was very hot, with no ventilation and one small fan. The desk clerk offered to bring a second fan when we requested a hair dryer, but the second fan never arrived. The windows could not be opened even a crack ”due to safety reasons”. The room was sweltering and sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the carpet was very dirty, there was mold on the wall above the bathtub and the sink, the lights beside the beds needed to be replaced, and the towel rack was missing from the wall. There was a small kitchen which was nice, but it was missing the basics (glassware, silverware, plates) and one of the drawers was missing its front. In short, the room was in bad shape and we are very surprised they would host anyone in that room. In the lobby, there was a young man sitting at the Concierge desk and when we asked him for directions, he said he was security and had no idea. He could not have been less interested and barely looked up from his phone. Apparently, the rooftop bar is nice, but we did not go there. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and are pretty easy going when it comes to our expectations. This hotel has so much potential, but the experience was a huge disappointment and we would not stay there again and cannot recommend anyone stay there.

The Crowne Plaza Liverpool Airport was clean throughout, very comfortable bedrooms (We had a double bed in one room 003 and 2 doubles in another 049). Staff were very friendly and helpful.  Food: We had food in the restaurant area on the first night. 2 of us opted for the tuna and one for the ribeye steak. The steak was beautiful. The tuna had to go back for extra cooking as they were both still swimming. Apparently there was an ‘agency chef’ in the kitchen. Tuna was very tasty when we got it back.  We would all definitely stay again the next time we visit Liverpool.
