"Pleasantly surprised. Felt a little dated walking the corridors to my room. Once inside the room felt great, secure, ac, comfy bed, excellent location and I mean exceptional. It’s not the best hotel out there, but wins hands down for price, location, lovely staff. It’s really good ! I’d stay here again. Loved it !"

The Hard Days Night Hotel Liverpool provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Hard Days Night Hotel Liverpool is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Liverpool. With James Street Station just 400m away and Liverpool John Lennon Airport only 14km away, transportation is very convenient. With Liverpool Beatles Museum, 14 Cook St and John Lennon Statue - Mathew Street all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around.

"Hard Days Night Hotel is in the heart of The Beatles area, next to Mathew Street where The Cavern Club is located. Despite its being weekend, we didn't hear any noise at night from our room on the fifth floor. The bedroom was large and pleasant. (Our room had a picture of George - my favourite Beatle - on the wall, which made me very happy!) Things some people find remiss are (1) no fridge in the room (at least not in the Classic Double), (2) TV had a very basic remote and fuction, and while it claimed to allow internet access, we couldn't use any app /mirroring from our iPhones; (3) toiletaries were very basic (just liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner refilled); (4) no movable shower with a hose. Breakfast was truly excellent! It's self-service buffet-type, but all the full-English parts were there and they were all very, very good. We also went to a bar in the evening and it was also very nice with Beatle-themed cocktails, in addition to usual drinks. Overall, we would definitely love to come back to this hotel!"

"The hotel was really lovely. Most of the time we were greeted with friendliness. It was very clean and tidy. We changed our room from a twin to a double and there were no issues with that. I was disappointed that the spa leisure facilities were closed as it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Some of the decor is a bit dated but there are some lovely period features that enhance the hotels ambiance. A very good location for anyone arriving into Liverpool Lime Street."

"Good location, lovely staff, very accommodating. Comfortable bed in a nicely decorated room. The only issue we have is that the cleaning products are highly scented and both me and my husband are sensitive to anything perfumed. So on the morning we were bunged up and with the windows not opening made it even worse. This is the first time we have noticed the highly scented chemicals and we have stayed in many hotels. I thought it would be best to be honest because there are people who have allergies that could stop them from staying at your hotels. Views from hotel corridor window showing how close you are to focal points of interest."

The Titanic Hotel Liverpool is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Titanic Hotel Liverpool offers a pleasant stay in Liverpool for those traveling for business or leisure. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 1km from Sandhills and 17km from Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Keeping busy is easy, with Meraki, Awesome Walls, Liverpool and Canalside Park all nearby. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Liverpool hotel provides parking on site. Our guests rate this hotel as one of the best hotels for cleanliness. For guests traveling as a couple, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

"It's a fabulous hotel and we've stayed many times but this time, in the cold weather, the hotel bar was so cold you had to wear a duvet coat and the bedroom was also very chilly. It wasn't just us , many guests were affected. I just felt the hotel lacked concern. They could have hired an industrial heater to keep the bar warm (the air curtain over the lobby doors seemed to have failed) but there was a complete lack of action. The poor receptionists were very cold and were using muffs to keep their hands warm. You'd think they'd give out free hot drinks or some kind of reward for the inconvenience but no, arrogance prevailed and the guests had to make the best of it. Not what you expect in a 4 Star hotel. I hope the management listen to these criticisms and apologise to all their guests that were staying . Come on Titanic, you can do better than this. I'll be back in 3 weeks to check, so fingers crossed."

The Hope Street Hotel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Hope Street Hotel offers a pleasant stay in Liverpool for those traveling for business or leisure. Traveling to the hotel is easy with Liverpool Central Station located approximately 1km away and Liverpool John Lennon Airport roughly 12km away. Keeping busy is easy, with Unity Theatre, Statue Of Hugh Stowell Brown and Liverpool | Rumer & Ed Harcourt 《What The World Needs Now: The Burt Bacharach Songbook》 Concert all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling as a couple.

"I’m a rather particular solo traveller with a sensitivity to light, noise, and temperature, so comfort matters enormously to me. My two-night stay at Hope Street Hotel, in room G02, was nothing short of delightful. The real manual key, spacious layout, and wooden floors created a welcoming, homely atmosphere. The highlight was undoubtedly the free-standing bath with its view over the festively lit Hope Street; it was such a treat to relax and watch the world go by that I happily cancelled my spa booking. I’d initially worried the central location might be noisy, but I slept soundly throughout. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tips: • Bringing a few battery-powered tea lights made the bathroom feel cosy, as the lighting is quite minimal. • The pillows, while luxurious, were on the softer side. If you prefer firmer support, a small memory foam pillow is worth packing. • It can get a touch chilly at night, so turning the heating up to 26 degrees keeps things comfortable."

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now and you cannot beat its location. Straight out of the train station, turn right, and it's there. 5 mins walk to the shops and restaurants. Rooms are adequate size, fairly basic but perfectly acceptable for a one night stay. Bed was very comfy along with the pillows and bedding. Bar lacks any atmosphere which is a shame. Reception staff are always ready to give you a great welcome. Would recommend upgrading to get a St.George's view room.

Excellent location and a very spacious room. Theres a gym too. The service provided by the lady who checked us in was bad. She didn’t brief us on anything at all. Just processed it. Later that day, we sat at the cafe and noticed another Recep lady briefing a couple she was helping to check in. Talking about the gym, laundry area, nearest Tesco etc. On the first day at about 6 pm, I noticed my room was still cold and called the Recep. Unfortunately the same lady who checked me in earlier answered the phone. She just gave vague directions on how to on the aircon and I told her I already did that for hours and adjusted the temp to 26 but it was still freezing cold. She didn’t bother to help further even when I called two more time. Later at about 1 am, I woke up freezing cold and called the Recep. This time a guy answered and readily said he will come and check the air con for me when I told him the earlier gal didn’t help at all. When he came up, he realised that the aircon was on AC and not heating mode. And reset it for me. Thank God for him. Learnt from my phone that the temp was 4 deg that night due to some cold front and rain. I had suffered 6.7 hours of freezing cold because of the laziness of the other lady earlier. Not happy about it. Very unprofessional and unbecoming of service staff.

The hotel was ideally situated where we didn't have to walk far to the venues which were approx 6-10 minutes walk. The hotel has a large underground car park that kept our car safe and secure, not many hotels have a bar and seating for guests which we thought was convenient, the room was modern, very clean and loved the high pressure shower that is adjustable, breakfast was lovely we prefer a full English with all the trimmings, though there is the continental option and as it was a buffet we ate as much as we pleased. Lots of things to do and see in Liverpool and a large shopping centre that we discovered on our way back from the Cavern club and eateries on the dock side All in all a brilliant first stay in this hotel and 2nd time in Liverpool...oh and a shout out to the receptionist who helped me with our parking, very patient. We are planning our next stay at this hotel for the near future.

I stayed at the Pullman Liverpool Hotel for one night as a last-minute booking after reading several reviews and watching a few TikTok videos—and I’m glad I did. On arrival, I was greeted warmly, checked in quickly, and made my way up to my room without any hassle. I had emailed ahead requesting a nice view as it was my first time in Liverpool. I was placed on the 8th floor, which was great, but unfortunately my view overlooked the roof of another building. I did ask if this could be changed, but the hotel was fully booked due to the Easter break, which I completely understood. The room itself was comfortable and overall made for a pleasant stay. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to the Liverpool Museum, bars, restaurants, the wheel, and plenty of shops for a bit of retail therapy. Parking is quite expensive, but the hotel does stamp your ticket which gives you a discount. I checked in at 3:30pm, checked out at 12, and paid £18 for parking—without the discount, it could easily cost 5–8 times more. Now for the negatives: cleanliness could definitely be improved. I met some of the cleaners when checking out—lovely, friendly staff—but the room needed more attention. There was dust on surfaces, hair on the tissue container, only two tissues left, the bathroom and mirrors weren’t cleaned thoroughly, and the shower gel hadn’t been refilled, so after a few pumps there was none left. Overall, despite the cleaning issues, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect location. Walking distance to main locations and city centre. We had a private room with bathroom, so can’t really say how was it in share rooms. We had big windows in our room but not really nice view. However, we didn’t went there to look outsid the window. Very clean place overall, looks like newly refurbished. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

This was one of the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pleasant front desk clerk. The lobby has a lot of character in keeping with the Titanic theme and the pictures of the rooms had the same theme. We arrived at our room (fourth floor #46) located on a dark hallway that was being painted. The room was large and also had some plush features like the curtains, furniture, chandelier and wallpaper. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Our room was very hot, with no ventilation and one small fan. The desk clerk offered to bring a second fan when we requested a hair dryer, but the second fan never arrived. The windows could not be opened even a crack ”due to safety reasons”. The room was sweltering and sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the carpet was very dirty, there was mold on the wall above the bathtub and the sink, the lights beside the beds needed to be replaced, and the towel rack was missing from the wall. There was a small kitchen which was nice, but it was missing the basics (glassware, silverware, plates) and one of the drawers was missing its front. In short, the room was in bad shape and we are very surprised they would host anyone in that room. In the lobby, there was a young man sitting at the Concierge desk and when we asked him for directions, he said he was security and had no idea. He could not have been less interested and barely looked up from his phone. Apparently, the rooftop bar is nice, but we did not go there. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and are pretty easy going when it comes to our expectations. This hotel has so much potential, but the experience was a huge disappointment and we would not stay there again and cannot recommend anyone stay there.

The Crowne Plaza Liverpool Airport was clean throughout, very comfortable bedrooms (We had a double bed in one room 003 and 2 doubles in another 049). Staff were very friendly and helpful.  Food: We had food in the restaurant area on the first night. 2 of us opted for the tuna and one for the ribeye steak. The steak was beautiful. The tuna had to go back for extra cooking as they were both still swimming. Apparently there was an ‘agency chef’ in the kitchen. Tuna was very tasty when we got it back.  We would all definitely stay again the next time we visit Liverpool.
