"The room was spotless, which is the most important thing. Also, the front desk's warm and thoughtful service was particularly good. I had some questions about the local area, and the lady at the front desk patiently answered all of them. It's very convenient and not far to get a taxi from the hotel to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. Since the weather is quite cool now, they offered a bottle of warm water every time we went in and out."

"Traveling to Jiuzhaigou during the May Day holiday, I chose to stay at the Vienna International Hotel. It's only 4 kilometers from the scenic area, and they offer a free shuttle service in the morning, which saved us the hassle of finding a taxi – super convenient! The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful, proactively assisting us with arranging transportation. Any questions we had during our stay were answered immediately when we messaged them. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast spread was very diverse. In the evenings, you can also order yak hotpot and Sichuan cuisine, which was a nice touch."

"Coming here in mid-winter is not really recommended. The hotel is dark (they do not turn on all the lights in the common area), and with extremely minimal staffing. The room is quite big but the heater is not strong enough so it remains quite cold. The breakfast has a lot of vegetables but nothing tastes good. Cigarette smells line the hallway but the room is ok (I had to change rooms as the first one they gave me was right in front of the cigarette bin and when I told them, the guy at the front desk scolded me for not raising this earlier - i had checked in earlier in the day and ran out almost immediately to make it to the Jiuzhaigou park in time, so did not realize, but he reluctantly did give me a new room and I had to move everything myself). The rooms are very dated and not well cleaned with dusty corners, many water marks on the chrome fixtures and rust as well. On the plus side they did give a snack basket everyday."

"The room was very clean, and the bedding was spotless with no odd smells from the pillows or duvet. There's underfloor heating and mosquito screens. A humidifier kept the dry space comfortable for sleeping. The hairdryer was great. There's also a lovely little courtyard, very pleasant. They offer a complimentary and delicious breakfast with choices. For dinner, the guesthouse had a yak hotpot option. My child doesn't eat mushrooms, and they were so kind to change the hotpot ingredients for me – truly grateful, thank you! It was a complete experience for eating and staying. They even have a dryer for laundry. The staff (a young man) provided a shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou, which was a big plus, although the return trip was self-arranged. I'm really satisfied. If I visit Jiuzhaigou again, I'd love to bring my family and friends back here, or recommend it to anyone who needs a great place to stay."

"The owner provided excellent service; they were very kind and thoughtful. They called to ask about our arrival time and turned on the heating for us in advance. The room facilities were great, with good heating and a very effective electric blanket. However, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant across the street that the owner suggested 😂. The food was just average, and the service was very slow. While it might be cheaper than the popular spots on Xiaohongshu, we only tried the stir-fries, so I can't comment on the hotpot. Overall, this guesthouse is still highly recommended!"

"I was first drawn in by the name, and then a friend who lives in Jiuzhaigou told me the location was excellent, so I booked it without hesitation. After checking in, it certainly lived up to expectations. What worries could one possibly have while basking in the sun and sipping tea in the courtyard on a bright afternoon? My photography skills are limited and don't do justice to its beauty. I genuinely recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience life in Jiuzhaigou; stay for a few days to get rid of that 'office smell.' The owner provides excellent, warm service, and the complimentary snack platter upon check-in was a thoughtful touch. When staying away from home, I believe hygiene is the most important thing, and Longkangli's hygiene is truly, truly outstanding. Almost every visible surface was spotless, clearly showing the effort put into cleanliness. Even the disposable amenities were obviously of high quality at first glance. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends who plan to visit Jiuzhaigou! (And there's a private hot spring you can experience too!)"
