"We had a fantastic suite with a private pool. The 'room' was huge and wonderfully equipped. The hotel's location was quiet yet central, with everything easily accessible in no time. The shuttle service was top-notch. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they were all amusingly decorated for Christmas. Scooter rental was available directly at reception, laundry service could be booked, and everything you could possibly need was provided. In Germany, one would say it's a lovingly family-run hotel. Absolute recommendation!"

"The hotel is well located and once you cross the road you are on the beach. The staff were very helpful particularly Bee who is in the coffee shop and served me a strong macchiato and Arun who helped us the first day with our luggage to our rooms. Our room was on the top floor overlooking the pool. Breakfast was great and had a wide variety including European and Asian food. The only criticism was the gym which was small and could do with some yoga mats and towels whilst in use."
