Service rendered by 小雨 during check in was very pleasant and professional. She attended to all my special requests, and the allocation of the room was perfect as I prefer quiet room. The hotel itself is a Inn but it was very comfortable and clean. I like the fact that there window in the room which can be open slightly to allow fresh air into the room. Loved the bed it was very comfortable which really allowed me to have a good rest. Will definitely come back again as the location is very convenient.

Perfect hotel! The bed is sloop comfortable and the room is spotlessly clean. Food delivered by robot was so cool. Staff are polite and professional and there is a great coffee place at the lobby. Close to Heping Road shopping Street and the old concessions area. Thanks for a great stay. Just 2 issues - plug shapes didn't work for devices from NZ/AU, which is different to most other hotels in China where they do fit. The AC unit is right next to the bed and it got a bit chilly lying in bed.

Got upgraded to a bigger family room for free. Kids love the room alot. Walkibg diatance to the 5th avenue. Easy to travel around with cab. Free laundry and dryer. Great place overall. We had most of our meals at teemall, which cost only 10 to 14 rmb per trip

The hotel is close to exit C2 and C3 of Yingdaokou. There is 7eleven close by. It's easy to catch taxi there. Nice view, good room. We got a fruit package when we checked in.

Out of all the places I've stayed, this homestay in Tianjin stands out as one of the best. I am confident that I will return here in the future whenever I need a peaceful retreat.

GGuest UserThis Orange Crystal hotel opened last year. Huazhu Group's City Comfort Inn, Orange Crystal, and Manxin brands have been updating rapidly in recent years. For the same price point, the experience is definitely much better than Marriott, Hilton, or IHG's mid-to-high-end lines. They seem to understand domestic consumers better in terms of service and humanized touches. It's quite good! ^_^

GGuest UserIf you have an early flight this is a good hotel to stay at as it’s only 15 minutes from the airport. The room was clean and the staff very friendly.
My only problem was they had smoking rooms/floors and even though we had a non-smoking room there were some guests who still smoked in the stairwells. This is not the hotel’s fault but should be mentioned in case one cannot stand the smell of smoke.
There is not much for food around the area but for a 5-10 minute taxi ride you can get to an area with more options including some western options if you desire that type.

Cleanliness: Despite being an older hotel, it was incredibly clean. It met all my expectations for hygiene. I hope they continue to maintain their cleaning and disinfection standards so more guests can enjoy their stay.
Environment: The environment was beyond words. The hotel is right by the Haihe River, and at night, you can see the entire cityscape, which is breathtaking! ❤️👍 The views are unbeatable, and getting around is super convenient.
Facilities: I hope the hotel invests more in renovations and upgrades to provide an even better experience for guests.

HhightangThis is an older international hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, but it does have an indoor swimming pool and a gym. The mattress is a bit soft, and the TV doesn't support screen casting. The shower water pressure was good, and the room itself was spacious. The hotel staff were professional and enthusiastic. The hotel's location is excellent, just across the road from Xibeijiao, and right next to Lujiazui Mall and Shuishang City Shopping Mall.

GGuest UserWe had the best experience staying at the Four Seasons in Tianjin. The staff went out of their way to take care of us. Melinde took time to greet guests and remember details about our stay, our check out date, even my love for Jian bing guo zi! She then worked with her team to ensure that those preferences and details were noted across all our interactions with the hotel staff. We appreciated the special care from 小齐, Leo, Elyn and our room attendant Qiu Hua (?). The warm and personable customer experience really sets the Four Seasons apart from the Ritz Carlton.
The decor was modern, tasteful, and the amenities were just right. The rooms were spacious and very clean. This was one of the few hotels we could find in Tianjin which offered a crib for our little one. The one mini gripe I had was that the light switches were a bit confusing but other than that we loved every bit of our stay.
We also enjoyed the breakfast options and especially loved the freshly made wontons and melon and date juice. Staying at the Four Seasons was one of the highlights of our stay in Tianjin and we look forward to being back!

XXiangyuanyiqingCame to Tianjin for the May Day holiday and stayed at the Tangla Hotel Tianjin. My entire stay here was filled with happiness. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the view from the window was beautiful. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always willing to help. You could truly feel their dedication to service. As the holiday comes to an end, I'm sad to leave, and I hope to stay here again next time I visit Tianjin!
