"Perfect hotel! The bed is sloop comfortable and the room is spotlessly clean. Food delivered by robot was so cool. Staff are polite and professional and there is a great coffee place at the lobby. Close to Heping Road shopping Street and the old concessions area. Thanks for a great stay. Just 2 issues - plug shapes didn't work for devices from NZ/AU, which is different to most other hotels in China where they do fit. The AC unit is right next to the bed and it got a bit chilly lying in bed."

"This Hampton by Hilton hotel is very strategically located in front of the train station and offers a beautiful view overlooking the Haihe River. With a short walk, you can cross the oldest iron bridge that faces the iconic clock in front of the intercity electric train station to the beautiful Haihe Culture Square. The location is truly excellent. We had breakfast every morning on the 51st floor, enjoying the spectacular view of Tianjin city. hotel facilities include laundry room (DIY), small gym and lobby for waiting room. The service from reception and housekeeping is also very friendly and helpful. This hotel is highly recommended for its facilities, service, and location."

"The hotel is conveniently located near subway exit B1, but note that this exit does not have an escalator. For travelers with large luggage, the best option is to use exit A1 across the road. Additionally, there are a few steps at the hotel entrance, you must carry your luggage up the stairs to enter the hotel. The hotel itself was great—clean and spacious. However, there was a small issue with the toilet: you can’t flush toilet paper down the bowl (similar to Taiwan), or it may cause a blockage. Even a larger deposit can jam the toilet. Anyway, the room service was excellent—they responded quickly and resolved the issue without hassle."

"A beautiful new hotel on the bank of the Haihe river. Well soundproofed and lovely views of the river. Room is spacious and comfortable as is the bathroom. Decor is modern and tasteful. Breakfast offers a wide choice and they serve the best croissants I have tasted outside of France !"
