"The staff is attentive with clear explanation and helped to push luggage to my room. She helped to arrange my room to the quiet area, as there were construction around the hotel surrounding. There is robot for food delivery up to room too. They use wechat to communicate, hence can asked for help via wechat which was very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. "Our stay in the hotel was a really good experience. Room was spacious and clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Room was cleaned every day and water restocked. Staff at the front desk didn’t really speak English but, nevertheless, were friendly and eager to help. At first I was worried about location, but it turned out really convenient, we walked to the Bund in 15 minutes. The only downside I can think of is lack of cafes and restaurants nearby, there were just a few of them. Overall, 9/10 experience, definitely would stay there again."
