Very good hotel, clean, good location, and host is very friendly! This place also can leave baggage here before and after booking. Location in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui. Near popular restaurant. The hostel is really easy to find, right next to the MTR station entrance, and the elevator goes directly up, which makes carrying luggage super convenient.
Each room has its own private bathroom, and there are also three common shower areas outside the rooms, which is a very thoughtful design.
The rooms aren't very large. There's a shared table and a power strip, but the power strip only has four outlets. So, for a six-person room, you might have to take turns charging your devices. The upper bunk beds might have some white powder falling from the ceiling due to water seepage, so I'd recommend bringing your own clean sleeping bag. The rooms are cleaned daily, so they're very tidy.
The owner is very nice and speaks good Mandarin, so mainland Chinese guests won't have any communication problems. If you have any issues, just talk to the owner, and they'll usually be able to help you out.
You can store your luggage for just 20 Hong Kong dollars, which is much cheaper than elsewhere!
The other guests staying there were all really friendly; you can even team up to explore the city.
I highly recommend this place for solo short-term travelers. For Hong Kong, where space is at a premium, this hostel offers the best value for money.

The location is fantastic, right near Tsim Sha Tsui Exit A on Haiphong Road. The environment is quite cozy and not damp. You can store your luggage in lockers. I found it surprisingly quiet at night; the street noise was less bothersome than what I've experienced in school dorms. My roommates were also decent, no loud disturbances, but that's really down to luck and individual manners. Basic amenities like toothbrushes and slippers are provided. Guys are on the third floor. Honestly, the dorm bed setup is pretty good; it's not like home, but definitely better than my university dorm. You get used to the room size eventually.

Stayed at Joyce Inn for 3 nights during my HK100 race and it was a perfect base. Excellent location: 5-minute walk to the YMCA race-day shuttle, 2 minutes from Airport Bus A21, and 1 minute from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. Surrounded by convenient local shops and food options (tea houses, bakeries, coffee shops, noodles, 7-Eleven, Watsons). I booked a single room without a window; small as expected for a guesthouse, but just right for me, a 26” suitcase, and a backpack. Room was clean and comfortable with fluffy pillows, crisp sheets, quiet AC, TV, hairdryer, dressing table, and strong hot water (much appreciated during a cold wave). Staff were polite, helpful, and very attentive to cleanliness. Bonus: they can personally pick you up from the A21 bus stop on Nathan Road if you inform them upon arrival. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, and was easy to find. Although the room was small, it had a good hot water supply and all the necessary toiletries. However, there were a lot of 'phoenix shops' (brothels) downstairs?? 😅 I couldn't sleep at night because the doorbell kept ringing. The air conditioning unit was old and so noisy when on cool mode that it was impossible to sleep. The soundproofing also wasn't very good. I'd advise against staying here if you prioritize a good night's sleep.

I had requested a king-size bed and a quiet room in advance on Trip.com, and these requests were largely accommodated. My flight arrived at noon, and I headed straight to the hotel to rest. I was lucky that a cleaned room was immediately available.
**Location:** It's very convenient for dining and shopping. There are several exits for the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station nearby. It's about a 13-minute walk to the Star Ferry and close to the Hong Kong Science Museum and Space Museum, with Kowloon Park also nearby.
**Cleanliness:** The room was quite spacious and showed some age, but the bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated. My king-size room had a shower and was very clean. There was a faint smell of disinfectant upon check-in, and the bedding was also clean.
**Service:** From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. Housekeeping staff were polite and greeted me in the hallway. The front desk offered luggage storage, and overall service was good. They now charge for toiletries, so I'd recommend bringing your own if you can.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to Victoria Harbour and the Avenue of Stars (perfect for a stroll back after an evening walk). Getting to Disneyland by MTR is also very convenient. The breakfast offers a good variety, and the fried eggs are fantastic, as are the pineapple buns with butter. The bathroom tends to get quite humid after a shower, so we had to keep the dehumidifier on while sleeping, but everything else was great.

The map was quite accurate, and when I got close, I called the owner who gave me directions, making it easy to find. The owner was super nice, and the room was truly excellent value for money. The sheets and duvet covers were new and clean, with a fresh laundry scent. The family room was also spacious enough for four people. The location is fantastic and convenient, very close to the MTR station, with plenty of food options nearby. Hong Kong is notorious for small, expensive hotels, and I had some reservations after reading negative reviews. But the room type I stayed in was genuinely great. For such an affordable price, staying at a place with such great value and still leaving a bad review seems a bit harsh. If I visit Hong Kong again, I'd definitely consider staying here, and I'd recommend it to other travelers too!

An absolutely wonderful stay, this hotel definitely deserves five stars! The location is superb!!!! The attentive and thoughtful service was also exceptional. From the warm greetings of the staff to the meticulous care of the housekeeping team, everyone made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was spacious and bright, with soft, comfortable bedding that ensured an excellent night's sleep. I could also overlook the city's beautiful scenery from the window, and the morning sun streaming into the room instantly brightened my mood. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was well-thought-out, the hot water supply was stable, and the toiletries were of high quality – every detail showed great care. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of many popular attractions, and surrounded by shops and diverse dining options. It's perfect for unwinding. Overall, this wasn't just a stay; it was a high-quality lifestyle experience. I highly recommend it to all my fellow travelers and will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Hong Kong!

When I booked, I requested a high floor, a quiet room, and a good sea view. Upon check-in, the front desk lady recommended a sea view room on the 15th floor. Although it was a bit smaller than the sea view rooms on lower floors, it felt larger than I expected once I was in it, about 20-something square meters. I borrowed a power adapter from the hotel, and they were very prompt in refilling bottled water for free during my stay. Aside from the room decor looking a bit dated, everything else was fine. The location is also very convenient, right next to the Star Ferry Terminal, Avenue of Stars, and Harbour City.

HHeizhimahenxiangWe were assigned a king-size bed room, even though I'd requested a twin room in the booking notes. The front desk staff was alright, and we understood that with it being Chinese New Year, they probably had a lot of guests and couldn't fulfill all requests. I asked for an extra duvet, but they could only provide a blanket, which was clean enough. Breakfast was quite basic, but they did change up a few items every day. You could hear doors opening and closing in the adjacent rooms, but the soundproofing seemed decent otherwise. It's very close to Wan Chai MTR station Exit C, and getting to and from the airport on the A11 bus was convenient. We even got to experience the ding-ding trams. There are quite a few bars around, so I wouldn't recommend returning to the room too late.

It's right next to the Zoological and Botanical Gardens, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Just a heads-up, the walk downhill requires a bit of stamina, but it's very close to Queen's Road.

GGuest UserLocation is unbeatable. I came from Shenzhen via high speed rail and hotel is just a short taxi ride away from. West Kowloon Station. It is also very near to Yau Ma Tei MTR station (which can get me to Central area easily). I especially like the fact that hotel is next to an Airport Bus station (1min away). Great for travellers with lots of luggage. Cost 34.50 hkd. Just a tip, try to hop on the bus before typical check out time at 12pm. I boarded the bus at 12.20pm and I was lucky enough to get a seat. Some who boarded after my stop had to stand.
There are lots of shopping options and restaurants along Nathan Road. I especially like the Pistachio Tarts from The One bakery 2 mins walk away. It is heavenly.
Room wise I like the special touches. Like the soap with Pu er sent and the furry slippers. Hotel is also very new and space wise I think it's just nice for me. Highly recommend.

The handsome gentleman with the longer fringe and white shirt at the front desk helped me check in. He respected my request and gave me the room key an hour early, which was very efficient 👍. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel. The location is also superb. It's convenient to get anywhere, with a tram stop just a short walk from the entrance. There are plenty of food and drink options in Tai Hang, just a few minutes' walk away. The views are also great. Getting to the hiking trails takes only 10 minutes by bus.

GGuest UserThe location is far from the MTR (subway). You have to take a shuttle bus or a regular bus, and getting to other places requires multiple transfers; there's no direct route. This might be inconvenient for tourists traveling into the city as it involves several changes of transport. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, with separate living and sleeping areas. The front desk service is good, friendly, and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff was good for the first two nights, but on the last night, they didn't clea3n the room despite the sign clearly hung outside requesting cleaning.

Environment: The hotel's interior is beautifully decorated, and there's a lounge area next to the front desk where you can enjoy free coffee. It's also a very quick walk to Prince Edward MTR station.
Service: The service was excellent, not at all unfriendly towards guests as some negative reviews claimed. I was a bit worried after seeing those bad reviews before coming, but it turns out the front desk staff were very nice and patient.

We even left a necklace behind when checking out, and she kindly left a note to remind us. The room was compact but well-equipped. Most importantly, the hotel's location is fantastic – a mere 200 meters from the subway station. Downstairs, the area is bustling with snack shops, a McDonald's, and local 'bing sutt' style cafes. The price is reasonable, and unlike some older tenement buildings, the hotel isn't rundown. The corridors were also quite clean and well-maintained. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, but that was manageable. Overall, a very pleasant two-night stay. I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit because it's such great value for money, especially at just over HKD 300 per night during the August peak season. I genuinely recommend it to anyone on a budget!

BBOSS_liuBeyond expectations, truly satisfied! First off, the location is great – not far from the city center, and there's a bus stop right downstairs. If you don't want to take a mini-bus, the 42A will take you directly to Mong Kok. Secondly, the room facilities are very clean. It's small but has everything you need, and you can even see Central in the distance from the room. Downstairs there's a large pier. The front desk staff were also very thoughtful; communication in Mandarin was seamless, and their attitude was excellent. This hotel hosts people from many different countries, and there's a small mall on the basement level, making grocery shopping and dining very convenient. This is my second time in Hong Kong, and I'm very happy with my stay here! 👍🏻
