An absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the male receptionists in the lobby – tall, handsome, and incredibly helpful. They answered all my questions with great detail, and no matter how late I ordered takeout, they personally delivered it to my room. One evening, around 9 PM, I was exhausted after taking the bus back from Universal Studios. As the automatic doors opened, seeing them standing there instantly washed away my day's fatigue and revitalized me. Every single staff member, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, was super nice! They would proactively greet you and promptly help with any requests. I vividly remember one morning arriving at the restaurant before 7 AM when we were the only table. A lovely lady helped us with coffee, and a handsome gentleman cleared our plates – such thoughtful and amazing service, truly befitting a super five-star hotel. A special thank you to Melo and Mavyn for their warm welcome and proactive, attentive service. They really embody the professionalism and passion of the entire hotel team. This kind of warm service, delivered by people, is far more touching than any hardware.

Families with 2 children. We choose this hotel as it is near to the Airport. It provided free shuttle service which is every 30 min. The bus is on time. During our stay we had flight delay and we were able to extend our stay for minimum price. The staff at frontcounter were helpful. For the room it is big and clean. The pillows are soft and fluffy. We enjoyed our stay.

I booked this hotel as it's very well located between the two airports and very well deserved by the tube in a very nice neighbourhood where you can truly see the everyday life of lovely Chinese people. Following the initial booking for a very nice room, there was an issue and tye management were so professional that they upgraded me for free to the executive suits which was absolutely stunning and beautiful and outstanding views of the whole city at the top floor. The room was spacious, and bathrooms were breathtaking. The management were very nice to me every time and even though they didn't speak English they were always trying to help. The hotel is located around many shops, restaurants and two Hugh malls located around changyiang metro which is direct to forbidden city and tianmen Square. I must admit that I stayed in the last few days but I ended up staying over 5 days because all the rooms are very large, with beautiful views and the breakfast is also very good. The overall impression is that Chinese management is always trying to help you. So, like me, if you are from Europe, do not book a Western brand and be courageous to book a Chinese hotel and experience their kindness and good hearth. I will give top grading to this hotel and will recommend it highly to all my European tourists.

Very good location in Qianmen street. Few steps away from subway, Zhushikou Station exit A. Lawson in front of the Hotel. Walking distance from Michelin restaurants and traditional Beijing shops. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended! We booked a no window room, they gave us a free upgrade.

While it is not in the immediate city-center tourist zone, I found transport straightforward, with taxis readily available and metro access within walking distance. This location worked especially well for business-related commitments and appointments. 🛏️ Rooms & Comfort The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a calm and private environment after a busy day. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I appreciated the well-thought-out lighting and overall room layout. Amenities such as reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a minibar added to the sense of convenience. That said, I did notice that some elements of the room décor and technology felt slightly dated. While everything functioned well, a refresh in certain areas would further elevate the overall experience. The room isn’t modern in design, but it’s spacious, clean, and quiet. The lift was under maintenance, so the hotel offered us free breakfast during our stay. The location is great — very close to Caishikou subway station (Exit F) and right opposite DaJiXiang (Exit C), a modern neighborhood area with plenty of nice restaurants.
