GGuest UserI stayed here during my trip to Beijing and really liked it. The subway station is super close, and there are two malls nearby, super convenient. Also very easy to get to tourist attractions like National Art Museum, Beihai Park and Nanluoguxiang. Breakfast was the best part. Lots of choices and pretty healthy too. I would consider staying here again next time I’m in Beijing.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in was very fast, efficient, and never dragged on. Any requests were met promptly, and they were always gentle and patient, paying great attention to detail.
The room itself was spacious and bright with a well-thought-out layout. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, making the stay feel anything but cramped. The cleanliness was truly exceptional; the bedding was clean, fresh, and odorless, and the duvet was soft and comfortable. The floors, tabletops, and even hidden corners were all meticulously cleaned. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, and the wash area was neat and pristine, making for a very reassuring stay. All the in-room facilities were complete and excellent: hot water pressure was strong and temperature stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the internet speed was fast and reliable, great for streaming or working. The hotel's soundproofing is outstanding; the corridors were quiet, and I heard no noise at all during the night, leading to excellent sleep quality. The overall living atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and the cleaning staff were diligent and thorough, keeping the public areas spotless as well.
The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and easy access to transportation. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or on a short business trip. The value for money is definitely among the best for hotels in its category – I paid an average price but received an exceptional stay. There wasn't a single thing that disappointed me; the service, environment, cleanliness, and facilities were all top-notch. My experience was absolutely perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

ZZhubaotI booked two rooms, one with a window and one without. The room with a window had excellent natural light and was very comfortable to stay in. The hotel as a whole was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and attentive. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining right outside the door. Overall, it was a great experience, and I recommend choosing a room with a window.

VvemonMy flight was delayed until the early hours, forcing me to rebook for the next day. I chose Cordis because it was close by and offered a shuttle service.
As a brand under Langham, I know the price and brand positioning are what they are, so I shouldn't expect too much. However, the front desk agent didn't say a single word during the entire check-in process. After handing me the room key card, they didn't even mention the floor, and I had to ask myself (since the room number was four digits, it was hard to guess the floor). I also had to proactively ask about the shuttle departure times, and they didn't inquire about breakfast needs. The whole time, I felt like I was checking in with a machine.
The soundproofing was mediocre; I was woken up early in the morning by thumping noises in the hallway outside my door. Strangely, though, I barely heard any airplane noise.
Furthermore, I don't understand the room's layout. There's an enormous wardrobe door with a mirror next to the bed, and directly opposite the bed is another mirror covering half a wall. The bed is surrounded by mirrors. Even putting feng shui aside, anyone waking up in the middle of the night would be startled by this.
The shuttle driver deserves praise for proactively helping with luggage.

Breakfast selection and ambience was quiet, clean , simple .

A wonderful hotel that I'd love to return to!
My son and I stayed here, and our experience exceeded all expectations. For my son's birthday, the hotel staff gave us a free upgrade to a themed kids' room. My son was absolutely thrilled—it was one of the highlights of our trip to Beijing. A huge thank you to the management and staff for such attentiveness to guests!
I especially want to commend the hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The concierges repeatedly assisted us with calling taxis and answered all our questions, which made traveling around the city very easy.
The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and cozy. The hotel has a pleasant aroma, and the classic interior creates an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort.
Breakfasts were also a pleasant surprise: a wide selection of dishes, including European items, so everyone can find something to their taste.
We were very pleased with our choice. Many thanks to the entire team at Grand Concordia Hotel for the warm welcome, care, and wonderful memories of our first trip to Beijing!

XXiaoyuyuAurel1a_This hotel is an absolute mess. I'd like to ask the hotel manager what they would do if their own daughter was harassed by a male front desk employee while staying at a hotel. What you all did is truly appalling. As a woman, I was contacted privately on WeChat by one of your male staff members, and all you did was give me a perfunctory and evasive response. I'm honestly so upset and speechless, I cried today. But what can I, as an ordinary person, really do? I just won't stay here again, and I seriously advise everyone else not to either 😂. The room facilities have safety hazards, and staff members are harassing guests privately. These two issues alone clearly show the massive loopholes in the hotel's management. The hotel's handling of the situation was superficial and evasive, with no compensation whatsoever. All I wanted was for the hotel to show a serious attitude towards resolving the issue, but unfortunately, that never happened from start to finish.
