"We had an excellent stay at this airport hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, making it perfect for travelers with early flights or late arrivals. The complimentary shuttle service was a huge bonus, not only to and from the airport but also to nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area without worrying about transportation. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of delicious choices and fresh ingredients. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had during our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable. We absolutely loved the convenience, great service, and excellent amenities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay near the airport."

"I've stayed at Keio Plaza's Premier Grand at least 10 times, and it offers incredible value for money. It's much better than other hotels in the same price range, and I highly recommend it. A special shout-out to the breakfast on the 45th floor. While it doesn't have as many options as the second-floor breakfast, every single item is exquisite. The ingredients and preparation are clearly done with great care, making it more refined and delicious than breakfasts I've had at many 5-star hotels."

"The room was incredibly spacious, and the elevators were very efficient. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's conveniently located close to both JR and subway lines, making transportation a breeze. The staff were very friendly, and the self-service check-in and check-out made everything super convenient. You can store your luggage after checking out, and there's a bus service to Haneda Airport."

"Avoid the breakfast. Don't waste your money. Take a room without breakfast and save yourself 25 Canadian dollars per day. Without question worst quality breakfast I have ever had anywhere in Japan in the 8 years I have been traveling in Japan. The restaurant is leased and it's quite evident that the owners cut costs wherever they can. If you like fat, carbohydrates, powdered juices, canned fruit cocktail, warm yogurt, sugary cereals, greasy deep fried food you'll be in heaven. Otherwise skip this place you can do so much better spending your $25 outside of this hotel. I won't get into the details of how management handled this situation but suffice it to say that my complaints basically fell on deaf ears because they believed the restaurant over what was very obvious. The only fresh fruit they offer are cut up orange slices and cut up grapefruit slices. The unsanitary uncooled yogurt bowl is just foul. Just think how many hands touch that ladle and the fact that it's not being kept cool is shocking. Why they don't have small individual containers and a fridge to store them in is beyond me. While the hotel is clean and the service from the front desk staff very very good the rooms are incredibly small even for Japan. I ordered a double room for a single person. It was supposed to be a full-sized double bed. Well I had to sleep diagonally and I'm 6 ft 1 in. The mattress was old and soft and I have had back pain every single day. Typically in Japan you'll find hard beds much better quality than these beds. I will say the Onsen on the second floor was very nice to have and use each morning and each evening after a long day. The water temperature is very hot so it's something you'll have to get used to. It seems tattoos are accepted in this Onsen because I saw several guys that had tattoos and they told me it wasn't an issue which is quite unusual once again for Japan. There is only cleaning of the room every 3 days but they do provide you fresh towels each day. The towels are hung on your door in a plastic bag. Check out is very early at 10:00 a.m. and they don't allow for any flexibility unless you pay about $20 per hour which is crazy. They do have storage facilities for your luggage during the day and the staff are very helpful. The location is poor. There are very few restaurants in the area and the ones that are are just not quality restaurants. I've stayed in Tokyo a dozen times and this was my least favorite location and least favorite hotel for a number of reasons but especially the room size. I can live with a small room but these rooms are so crowded you can't even move. I couldn't imagine having two people in the room. APA hotels are usually quite good and reasonably priced but the big fail here is the quality and size of the beds and the leased restaurant. The food is a big fail for APA Hotel standards but that's a consistency issue that needs to be addressed by top management between all their hotels. There's lots of better hotels in the same price range and better location bigger rooms better quality everything. It would be the last Hotel I'd return to in Tokyo."

"The hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita. There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby."

"Narita airport has the bus can directly take you to Sheraton which is very convenient. Sheraton is the closest hotel to Bayside Station, walking from the entrance is across the road, even with this distance it still offers the shuttle bus service. The room we booked has the side sea view which is spacious even though it is kind of old, it is well maintained. Tokyo bay can be seen from the balcony and no buildings is facing to the balcony which is quite private. The TV in the room is new which you can watch YouTube or Netflix. The hotel has many entertainment facilities with extra payment needed, I see many kids playing areas in the lobby as well."

"We absolutely loved staying at the Grand Nikko and happy we chose to stay here. It felt new and looked after. The room was spacious (2 parents + 1x child 10yrs old) all had our own beds, I would say they are a king single (Australian size). We were so lucky to have the 10th floor park side which gave us the best view of the Disney Castle of which we could see the fire works show really well from our balcony (sitting in our pajamas eating egg sando from the little onsite conbini watching the fireworks was elite) Great amenities, great australian type breaky options (bacon, eggs options breads hash browns etc) , fantastic location, decent sized rooms, super easy check in & out, love the smell of the hotel too, the entry/ lobby area is jaw dropping in itself, sitting areas on the bay side for sea view on lobby level are the perfect spot to watch the sun set over the city. It’s a beautiful light and bright hotel. The only things we noted was - the dinner buffet would be a little restricted for fussy western eaters & kids options were limited if you have fussy western kids but they do have chips, nuggets, roast pork, bread & rice. However you can still get prepared and purchase snacks like onigiri, bento and sandwiches etc from the little shop in the lobby. But get in early before everyone gets their Disney pack lunches for the day or wait until majority head out for the day. They get cleaned out pretty quickly at peak times like going out and coming home. - there was only 1 water refill spot we saw which was in the gym area, but they do have drinks machines on every floor. - definitley pre book breaky you can only do this on the morning of from 6am so if you want to be out the door heading to the park by 7am scan the breakfast QR code on the voucher at 6am asap. You get a number in a virtual line, and when your number is nearly ready head to the line to line up to enter breakfast, you can’t just head straight to a table. But those are only small things We loved it and will definitely stay here again, can’t wait to come back !"

"The hotel boasts a fantastic location, very close to Disneyland. A free shuttle bus is available between the hotel and Disneyland & DisneySea, taking only about 10-15 minutes – a real boon for Disney fans! You can enjoy the park until the very last minute and then comfortably return to the hotel to relax! Furthermore, the hotel rooms are spacious enough to comfortably move around with two suitcases laid out flat. The bathroom has a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing hot bath after a day at the park! Highly recommended!"

"This hotel, opened just last year, offers a more budget-friendly option compared to other luxury brands in Tokyo. It's quite close to Haneda Airport, about a 20-minute taxi ride away. The hotel entrance on the first floor has a large overhang, and they can arrange taxis at the door, which is very convenient when it's raining. Check-in is on the 35th floor, and the room with a Tokyo Tower view offers a great panorama. The lobby and the semi-buffet breakfast are also on the 35th floor. The floral arrangements in the public areas are lovely, and the overall style is modern luxury. The longer I stayed, the more comfortable I felt, especially with the bed – it's soft but doesn't cause back pain. In terms of location, it might be a bit far from areas like Shinjuku if you're taking a taxi, but it's pretty quick to get to places like Roppongi and Ginza."

"Location it's a great just next to the train station you don't hear any noise it's not very busy which is amazing we didn't want to be in the middle of business. Bur close to everything so many restaurant so many 7-eleven next to us it's a beautiful but has everything the best thing in the hotel will be hot springs ,it's the best 🥰♥️🥰💃and it's free"
