We had an apartment on the 3rd floor. There was some dirt left in the bathroom, the drain was partly clogged by hairs which you dont immediately see, because it is under a cover. Inside the apartment there are stairs leading to a second level but upstairs there is nothing except for an additional bed and no windows. Its a little unhandy that you need to go to the 9th floor of the neighbouring building to check in. The view from the main apartment is pretty nice, one can see the sea from the bed! Location is also nice, close to the seafront.

The room was fully equipped and very comfortable to stay in. The size was just right, and the soundproofing was pretty good. It was clean and tidy with no strange odors. The environment was beautiful with fresh air, and the service attitude was also excellent.

Because it's a modern building, its infrastructure is rather basic. The owner's management style is somewhat laissez-faire; the projector was broken and hadn't been fixed yet, so we couldn't watch TV at all during our three or four days of stay. One of the double beds had a broken mattress that had collapsed in the middle, and one window couldn't be closed. The roof leaked when it rained heavily. Cleanliness was poor; the cleaning service was inadequate, with visible trash under the bed and the dressing mirror covered in shards of glass. Overall, the experience wasn't very good.

The overall stay experience is excellent, the rooms are cleaned meticulously, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is excellent. The front desk staff is warm and efficient, the location is excellent, the supporting facilities are perfect, the price is full, and the next trip is still the first choice.

One advantage is that there is a metro station directly in front of the hotel, which makes transportation easy. When I first checked in, I was given a room on the sixth floor. After spending some time there, I noticed a cockroach in the bathroom. I went back to the reception and informed the staff. The receptionist responded by assigning me a different room on the tenth floor. I appreciated that she arranged another room quickly, although I am not sure why that room was not offered initially. The second room on the tenth floor was cleaner, particularly the bathroom, and overall it was acceptable. The room itself was quite large and had a small window. However, the lighting was not very strong, so the room can feel a bit dim at night. In my view, the room size is larger than necessary and the space is not used very efficiently. A smaller and more compact layout could potentially make the room more practical and possibly allow the hotel to offer it at a lower price. In terms of amenities, the room included basic toiletries, dental kits, two small bottles of water, two towels, and several hangers. There was also a small table that could be used for working, although it was not particularly comfortable. The bed and pillows were satisfactory, and the pillow was actually quite comfortable. My room on the tenth floor did not have a dedicated cupboard, although the sixth-floor room I initially saw did have one. Overall, the stay was average to slightly above average. The facilities are basic but adequate for a short stay. The staff were not particularly warm or proactive, but they handled requests when asked. Considering the location and metro access, the hotel offers reasonable value, though there is still room for improvement in cleanliness, lighting, and room efficiency.

The bathroom facilities were also excellent, with both squat toilets and regular commodes, plus speakers in the shower! They even provide a travel guide upon check-in, which is fantastic! There's a huge viewing deck with an amazing view of Daming Lake and Chaoran Tower, and the night view is absolutely stunning! And there's an adorable little pig too!
