Huaqing Palace resort service staff quality is excellent. The front desk staff provided excellent service as she provided her personal WeChat number to us as we do not have a domestic China mobile number in case we need any help during our stay. She also help us to book the appointment for the free photo shoot experience as we are unable to book due to the domestic mobile number issue. The resort also provided a free birthday cake for us as my wife’s birthday falls on the same day as the resort stay. The janitor staff, transport, restaurant, and other service staff are also courteous and provided excellent service and advice. We truly enjoy our magical stay there. Additional point just for further improvement is to explain the procedures for the guests to use the public hot spring bath as some guests are first time users.

The Sheraton is located by a metro station. Which makes everything easier for traveling. The staff have been helpful and offering me maps and ways to get around. The rooms are equipped with everything. Very clean and spacious. The bathroom is perfect, they have good toiletries for you. The breakfast is also very delicious. A mixtures of western and Asian. The pastries are delicious. I like this hotel. Definitely would come back again. Thank you again.

Lovely hotel at a little turn corner. Silent n calm. V convenient, food is everywhere. English speaking staff ( mostly). Large room, could do with one xtra chair though. Great rm service aka cleaning. Thank u. I enjoyed my 10nights in XiAn.

We have just came back from our Xi'an trip and this is a memorable trip for us. First we have book only 1 night for Urcove hotel as we don't know whether the hotel is good or convenient for us not. Then the second booking was 6 night if we feel that the first night was ok then we will continue our following night here. Surprisingly the hotel was so good, the first night we have arrived late at around 1am something and the person who attend to us was qiqi (奇奇),she is so Patience and introduce us our room and also upgraded our room to the tatami room. really appreciate it. So we really have a wonderful sleep for our first night. I would said the hotel bed and pillow are so comfortable..until we ask for the link and wanna to bring back the same pillow😀 . And the hotel breakfast was very good too. The whole hotel atmosphere was make you feel like home and warm, the counter staff 奇奇，高雨，and the rest can't remember their name all are very good and helpful. So we have decided to continue our 6 nights stay at this hotel. Lastly, I would like to thank 陈文 , she is the one who arrange our day trip in Xi'an ,she is so responsible to follow up with our every single tourist attraction. Thanks to her so that we can have a wonderful trip in Xi'an. We will definitely introduce this hotel to our friend.

This hotel is very nice, comfortable, and very close to attractions. The cafe downstairs also has nice coffee. The towels were changed daily and packed nicely in individual packs after being sanitized. Drinking water bottles were restocked daily. The Ming City Wall is just the opposite. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I chose this hotel because I had tickets for the Daming Palace Banquet. I was surprised to be the first guest at the newly opened hotel! 🤗 The hotel's location and amenities are fantastic, being in the same building as the newly opened Daming Palace Banquet. The staff was very nice and showed me around the hotel's third-floor pool terrace. It's quite well-equipped, with tea, wine, coffee, and food all available. I even got to try out a professional Texas Hold'em game and win a cocktail! 🤗 In the cool midsummer night breeze, I enjoyed a glass of wine while watching models audition, a glass of special cocktail in hand, and overlooking the century-old Xi'an Railway Station platform. The experience was excellent value for the price. The room was brand new and odorless, with a postmodern designer style. Soundproofing was fine if I hadn't had trouble sleeping, but there's no breakfast yet, and they say it's still being improved.
