"The hotel is right next to Jin'gang Bridge, and it's just a 10-15 minute walk to the Tianjin Eye Ferris Wheel. Make sure to go out and explore at night – the night view is absolutely stunning! The soundproofing in the hotel is excellent, and it's very clean. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. To the right of the hotel entrance, there's a Yifa Shun Halal Restaurant that I highly recommend trying. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. The only downside to the hotel is that parking isn't very convenient. 🙁"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right by the Haihe River, not far from the Tianjin Eye. Just a short walk brings you to a beautiful view of the Haihe River and the Tianjin Eye combined. I stayed three nights and enjoyed evening strolls and bike rides along the river every day – so relaxing! The breakfast offers a wide variety, including Tianjin local specialties like green bean noodle 'jianbing guozi' (fried pancake fruit) and 'lao doufu' (fermented tofu). There are also some Tianjin cuisine restaurants and snack shops nearby, which is very convenient. The gym has plenty of equipment, and the staff are all very friendly. You can see the Tianjin Eye right from the gym window, so you could work out for half a day and not get bored. It's a shame I forgot my swimsuit this time, so I didn't get to swim. There's bottled water in the hotel room and also in the hallway. The cleaning lady was very thoughtful; seeing me working on my laptop, she even left me a mouse pad and a sweet note. It was very heartwarming. I stayed in a river view room, and the hotel accommodated my requests perfectly. I was very satisfied with all aspects of my stay this time, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"The air conditioning was very noisy, and it took a long time for the hot water to come through in the shower. When I arrived at 3 PM, there was no room available, and I had to wait about 40 minutes to check in. I was assigned a room on the 15th floor, which had a great view. The room also included a free minibar. The location is excellent, very close to the Haihe River, and it's an easy walk to the Italian Style Area. We even walked to Yincheng Plaza. Overall, it's a five-star standard, but the facilities are a bit dated. I ordered breakfast, and it was conveniently delivered by a robot."

"I was in the area for business at the airport and booked Fraser Suites last minute. I've usually stayed in more urban-style places, so this hotel apartment was a pleasant surprise with its elegant and understated ambiance. Stella at the front desk was very welcoming. The room configuration is new and excellent, and the facilities are great. If you walk about a kilometer north, you'll find a lively cluster of restaurants. In the evening, you can enjoy a stroll by the lake. The breakfast on the second day was also good, with a wide variety of pastries and thoughtful hot dishes (including a seafood duo, which is fitting for a coastal location). However, I'd suggest a larger hot milk dispenser as it runs out quickly. Other than that, there's really nothing to complain about; it's highly recommended!"

"It was scorching hot in Tianjin in early August, so I spontaneously decided to find a hotel with a great view where I could just relax and enjoy the air conditioning. I booked a panoramic king-size room on Ctrip, and the view from the 50th floor was absolutely stunning, especially at night. The front desk service was professional, the room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. What I liked most were the room layout and the smart amenities – I could cast my shows to the TV and listen to music on the Bluetooth speaker. The constant stream of delivery robots was also incredibly convenient and efficient. The laundry room was quite busy, so I'd recommend using it during off-peak hours. It's a shame I only booked one night; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tianjin. Highly recommended!"

"This is a fantastic hotel! First, let's talk about the positives: the location and transport links are incredibly convenient. It's directly accessible from the Northwest Corner subway station, and right next to two large malls, Shuiyou City and Lujiazui Center. Plus, there's the Northwest Corner morning market just across the street – truly unbeatable! The service was also excellent; the front desk staff were very polite. We had some complicated food items to store and pack, and the staff patiently helped us with everything. The only drawback was the bathroom's bathtub; there was no shower enclosure, so you had to stand in the tub to shower."

"The room was very spacious and exceeded my expectations overall. **Facilities:** Well-maintained and relatively new. **Hygiene:** Clean and sanitary, with timely cleaning, twice a day with the second cleaning optional – impressive! **Environment:** Located by the Hai River in Heping District, not far from the subway. It's very convenient to get to the Porcelain House and Binjiang Road. The environment is great, and it's lovely to take a walk by the Hai River and have a drink in the evening. **Service:** Beyond expectations. Our butler, Leehom, was incredibly attentive. The staff at the restaurant, swimming pool, the chefs, and the lobby pick-up/drop-off personnel were all professional and dedicated."

"This time bringing my child to Tianjin, the hotel was definitely the most satisfying part. It was my first time staying at an Orange Hotel Crystal, and the location was fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk to Tianjin Station, and right next to Jinwan Square subway station, making it super convenient to get to places like the Cultural Centre and the Five Avenues. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was good, and the coffee was delicious. Even the kids' toothbrushes and slippers were of great quality. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!"

"The location is excellent. You are about 5 minutes walk from the Five Great Avenues, and the subway is just outside the building, although on the other side, and the bus stop is just across the street. The check in is also contactless. All the information you need will be given online(through WeChat for me since I've been using it). Probably the easiest check in you will find in China. The room was very clean. I've heard the view was great but I only got a view of the opposite building, so I guess it depends on your luck. Nevertheless, all the things you need will be there, including a fridge and washing machine. Not to mention a mall is right below you, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. For the cleaning, someone will come around noon and the owner will text you about it beforehand."

"A great hotel is key to a successful trip, and this Sheraton is absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable; Jiefang Bridge is right around the corner, and Tianjin Station is within walking distance. You just take Metro Line 3 for one stop, and the hotel is right across from Exit C. Tianjin Bay Plaza, the Haihe River cruises, and Jiefangbei Road are all easily accessible on foot. The hotel has only been open for just over a year, so the facilities are brand new and it smells fresh. It perfectly blends a century-old architectural style with modern design. The rooms are spacious, and they're generous with the complimentary bottled water. The staff here make you feel right at home, with impeccable manners. The male manager and the lovely lady at the front desk were very polite and upgraded our room. The housekeepers were diligent, and the restaurant staff were very courteous. The breakfast selection is extensive, with plenty of local specialty snacks. We booked a package through Ctrip, which offered excellent value for money. We had a wonderful 3-day trip to Tianjin here."
