"I originally booked the Wyndham, but when I arrived, I didn't like it and didn't want to compromise. After contacting Trip.com, I was able to cancel. I'm especially grateful that the hotel didn't complain or drag things out, and quickly processed a no-charge checkout, since I had already checked in at the Wyndham. I then re-booked at the InterContinental. Although the hotel's decor is many years old, the bed was very comfortable and the soundproofing was excellent. All the staff were warm and polite. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and close to shopping and dining. The breakfast selection is rich, though the Chinese restaurant options are a bit limited."
