"The room was really spacious! I stayed at Ji Feng during my trip to Nyingchi, Tibet, and had a great experience, so I chose this hotel again in Urumqi. The location is quite convenient, with several universities nearby, offering plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment. The museum is within walking distance (might be a bit much for those who prefer less walking), and the Grand Bazaar is about a 20-minute taxi ride away. The staff were very warm and attentive."

"The air conditioning in the room was poorly designed; it blew directly onto the head of the bed. We ended up sleeping with our heads at the foot of the bed for one night. The duvet was very thick, so we were either too hot sleeping with it, or uncomfortable from the draft if we didn't use it. The soundproofing was inadequate, especially with the noisy comings and goings in the hallway. Housekeepers loudly guiding guests disrupted our rest. Breakfast had very few options; it was acceptable as a complimentary item, but definitely not worth 58 yuan per person if purchased separately. None of the paid amenities in the room had price tags. We thought the nail clippers were disposable and took them, only to find out they cost over 100 yuan. The front desk kept insisting that paid items were labeled, but they truly weren't. An hour after we checked out, they called requesting compensation. While the room itself was clean, the service was generally subpar."

For first-time visitors like us, Manager Zhao proactively provided a detailed city transportation guide upon check-in, patiently marking the best routes to major attractions. She even helped us book reliable taxis. This proactive and thoughtful consideration made us feel incredibly at ease. **III. Elegant and Comfortable Interior Environment** Stepping into the hotel, the interior environment immediately impressed. The lobby is spacious and bright, with elegant and tasteful decor that blends modern style with ethnic elements, instantly conveying a sense of high quality. The guest rooms are generously sized and well-laid out, with bright, clean windows. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. Upon learning it was our first time in Urumqi, she proactively shared many local dining spots known only to residents and tips to avoid common tourist pitfalls. When we encountered a minor issue, she coordinated a solution immediately, with high efficiency and genuine sincerity, making us feel cared for and valued like family.
