"✨Hidden Gem by South Lake | Hyatt Place Jiaxing South Lake Visiting Jiaxing, I stayed at this newly opened Hyatt Place, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel perfectly blends the charm of Jiangnan water towns with modern design. The lobby is spacious, and the central courtyard has an amazing atmosphere. The hotel's concierge service was superb. Before checking in, they proactively understood our needs and secured an excellent room type for us, arranging a sofa bed for the child. The front desk provided a complimentary room upgrade, welcome fruit, and free parking – it was truly worry-free. The actual stay was exactly as depicted in the design photos; there was no difference between the 'buyer's show' and the 'seller's show'! The location is a real plus. Just outside, you'll find Nanhu Tiandi, and it's a short stroll directly to the edge of South Lake. Watching the lake view in the evening is incredibly therapeutic. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering comfortable views. The bedding is soft, making for a great sleeping experience. The room comes with a sofa bed, which is very thoughtful for families with children as no extra bed is needed. The breakfast offers a good mix of Chinese and Western options. Besides the standard dishes, there are also local Jiaxing specialties, and the freshly ground coffee is delicious. The 24-hour gym allows for workouts anytime, and there are plenty of charging stations, making it very car-friendly. The front desk staff was patient, check-in was fast, and the overall service was gentle and attentive. Whether it's for a short getaway from Shanghai or Hangzhou, a family trip, or a business trip, this is an excellent choice for a stay in Jiaxing. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to South Lake!"

"Our family connecting room reservation this time was a great experience. The room layout included a one-bedroom apartment with a king-size bed, connected to a premium twin room. There's a connecting door between the two rooms, making the overall space spacious and open, which was incredibly convenient for our family (there were four of us, and the space was very comfortable). The package included one meal, with two menus to choose from. The front desk service was thoughtful and attentive; they proactively added us on WeChat, so any questions we had were answered quickly. They also kindly reminded us about meal selection details. The overall arrangements were reasonable, and service responses were prompt, making it very suitable for families traveling together. We were extremely satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it."

"Customer Perspective This hotel left a deep impression on me. The location is excellent, convenient for travel, and surrounded by abundant amenities. The rooms were warm and comfortable, with soft and clean bedding. The staff were enthusiastic and responsive to requests. The restaurant's food was delicious and varied. However, the hotel parking lot is small, making parking difficult during peak hours. I suggest partnering with nearby parking lots to solve the parking problem and improve the customer experience. Industry Peer Perspective This hotel is quite competitive in the industry. The decor is unique, and the facilities are relatively advanced. In terms of operation and management, the team works efficiently, and the marketing activities are distinctive, attracting a large number of customers. "Just over an hour's drive from Shanghai, finding such a beautiful and secluded place to escape the daily grind is pure bliss. The environment is absolutely stunning, with picturesque views right outside your door. You could easily spend a whole day here just relaxing. With no cars on the island except for the shuttle, it's a paradise for dogs, making it a fantastic weekend getaway for pet-owning families. While dining options on the island are limited, you can bring your own food or order takeout, so you definitely won't go hungry. The butler service is incredibly attentive; they're always happy to help and have a great attitude. The room has many thoughtful touches, like a toilet seat protector, a bathtub liner, and high-quality toiletries and bedding. There's no TV in the room, but there is a large speaker, which I think is a brilliant setup for truly enjoying nature and unwinding. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend it to everyone! 👍👍"

Several staff members didn’t understand why. I stood at the front desk for a while. The staff with the iPad came over to dock. I told the news as soon as I came in. In addition, we ordered a milk tea. I waited for half an hour and didn’t come. Calling to ask the front desk that the robot is too busy, and the efficiency needs to be improved. The room we stayed in seemed to be a few rooms left, because the door was opened in the past. After taking a bath, I found that there was hair on the small towel. I didn’t know if I didn’t change the grass or something. I didn’t dare to use it. In addition, there was no bag in the trash can in the room. I don't know if it was just finished cleaning and I didn't have time. There is room for improvement in all aspects of the newly opened store, but the price is not low. I hope to catch it.
