"An exceptionally wonderful hotel. Great location with walking distance to Waverly Railway Station (i.e. the main/central railway station), Highland and Loch Ness tour buses, city sightseeing buses, the majority of the sightseeings in Edinburgh, St James Quarter (i.e. a nice shopping center), many stores, shops, restaurants, cafes etc. Nice, clean and quiet room with comfortable beds, with iron and ironing board. Nice gym, swimming pool and sauna on the third floor. Nice (breakfast) restaurant and a bar, nice breakfast, great staff everywhere, fast and nice check-in and check-out. We highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely come back to this hotel."

"The staff are very approachable, helpful, and polite. Amazing facilities (leisure club with swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, and steam room). Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Bar and catering staff are neat, polite, and helpful. Apart from the poor Wi-Fi reception in the room and the spa wasn’t available as I expected. Otherwise, an amazing experience at Delta Hotel."

"Had a good time especially the leisure centre, although its about 40mins to the city centre, there is a bus stop and bus available to town. Courteous staff, clean and I loved the spa bath most importantly. The breakfast table was also full of options.I just didn't like that they dont put fridge in the room......I still would recommend and come back to Best Western Kings Manor Hotel."

"I really enjoyed my four days. Wonderful hotel the team was very friendly and helpful at all times of the day. Great location easy to get to from the Station/airport. Good trams service along Princes Street. Plenty of buses along South Bridge which is a short walk. Enjoyed the spa facilities especially the swimming pool. The lounge near the reception area is a little chilly but a nice spot to relax with a warm drink. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would recommend. Rooms Good size room, fantastic shower and products. Bed was very comfortable. It was a tad cold so I requested a blanket which was very snug. Bonus having a fridge and complimentary water nice touch. Tea/coffee try was good but would be great to have some hot chocolate. Nearby activities Holyrood Palace and gardens on your doorstep along with great views of Arthur Seat. Five minutes walk to the Royal Mile. Food and drinks There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel. I found the food a bit hit and miss to be honest. Breakfast is great with a great choice in food for all palettes. Warm friendly service."

"Excellent location, next to Edinburgh Castle. It is a very old hotel with good facilities, a small swimming pool and sauna. A family of three checked in and the front desk gave us a family room with a separate small bed. The view outside the window is also good. There is a bathtub and capsule coffee. There is TESCO downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. Such a good room, buy some beer and drink it in the room, it's really not too good ☺️ The breakfast on the first floor is very good 35 pounds per person. The main meal must be told to the waiter separately, which is included in the 35 pounds. This hotel has hosted members of the British royal family. There are photos in the restaurant on the first floor. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Cardington Hill. You can see Edinburgh Castle all the way. The surrounding core scenic spots are 15 minutes walk, which is great! A very satisfactory stay experience 👍👍👍"
