Room 4 is a spacious double room with a lovely view across the Estate. Recently redecorated, it offers a fresh and modern feel, along with an ensuite bathroom, tea and coffee facilities, linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries. While the room itself is on one level, there are two steps in the hallway leading to it.
Our guest rooms are located within the Estate’s Main House, providing a charming and convenient base with easy access to all on‑site facilities. Guests can enjoy our bar and social club, a friendly and welcoming hub of estate life. It is the ideal place to unwind with a drink, meet local residents, or enjoy darts, bar billiards, pool, and regular community events.
The Springbok Estate spans 240 acres of beautiful countryside, making it the perfect place to reconnect with nature. Guests can take peaceful walks through open fields, follow woodland trails in Sidney Wood, or explore routes linking directly to the Wey & Arun Canal. Our private fishing lake offers a tranquil spot to relax, whether you are an established angler or simply enjoy the calm of the water.
The Estate is ideally situated for exploring Surrey and West Sussex, with nearby attractions including the South Downs National Park, Winkworth Arboretum, Cranleigh village, Guildford, Horsham, and Petworth House and Park.
Breakfast is available to order, with cooked options served at weekends. Our Sunday Roasts are also highly recommended.
