"The room was quite spacious, the air conditioning was very cool, the balcony was large, the swimming pool water was clean, and it was quiet both day and night. There was a view of the sea from the doorway. The only downside was that it wasn't very convenient to find restaurants nearby; you had to walk a bit."

"For a B&B, the room facilities are really comprehensive, probably the best we've encountered in any B&B we've stayed at. The private butler service was excellent and met all our requests! We didn't have time to experience the cliffside sea view photography, but we think it would be great for younger couples or families. The breakfast offered three choices, simple but tasty, and well-presented. The restaurant environment was lovely, and you could tell the dishes were creatively and carefully prepared by a professional chef. Each dish was generously portioned and very photogenic. The only slight letdown was the black vein in the shrimp, and the stir-fried shepherd's purse with clam meat had some sand, which wasn't ideal and needs improvement. However, the chicken and large steamed buns were absolutely delicious and faultless. A special shout-out to the restaurant staff, especially the enthusiastic and attentive young waiter. You can access the beach directly from the restaurant, and getting to nearby attractions is easy with a tour bus, public transport, or a ride-hailing app. Overall, it's very convenient."

"The rooms are absolutely stunning and super photogenic! We booked a private onsen room and a sunrise-view room, and the scenery was just breathtaking 🥰 The staff provided exceptional service, from helping us with our luggage when we arrived to delivering our meals directly to our room. When we got hungry in between and bought instant noodles, the kind gentleman at the front desk even prepared them for us and brought them to our room. The barista, a lovely lady, was so thoughtful and even sent over some complimentary desserts 🍮😘😘 Truly an amazing experience!"

"Overall, it was pretty good. First, the positives: The hotel's location is super convenient, making travel and sightseeing a breeze. Before check-in, a butler proactively contacted me to discuss my needs and even upgraded my room for free, which was a fantastic experience. However, some details during this stay were disappointing. Here's my honest feedback: 1. **Lack of Bellhop Service:** On the day of check-in, there were many guests, and no one offered to help with my luggage when I arrived. It was quite inconvenient hauling heavy bags in. Someone eventually helped me on the elevator, but it took about an hour to get them to my room… and only after several phone calls ☎️. 2. **Forgotten Anniversary Request:** I had communicated in advance that this was an anniversary trip and specifically requested some simple room decorations. This was completely overlooked. There were no decorations or small surprises, completely ruining the anniversary atmosphere. Quite a letdown. 3. **Inappropriate Bedding:** The room still had thick spring/autumn duvets. They were hot and stuffy in the summer, waking me up multiple times at night. It was very uncomfortable and significantly impacted my sleep. I suggest switching to lighter summer quilts. 4. **Disappointing Lion Plushie Experience:** The hotel's signature little lion plushie caused me a lot of grief. It took repeated attempts to even get one, and at first, they kept saying no, which was incredibly frustrating. Now, looking at other guests' reviews, most seem to get them easily, and guests with children even get more than one. I don't understand why the threshold is so high for guests without kids. DINKs (Dual Income, No Kids) are crying! I eventually got a Laoshan-themed lion, but I really wanted the regular sitting one. The hat falls off with just a touch, and now I have to sew it back on… I even went to the kids' play area to try and win a sitting lion from the claw machine for two consecutive days, trying about eight or nine times, but couldn't get one. It was so frustrating; the claw was too loose… Now, the more I read other people's reviews, the angrier I get. 😡 5. **Breakfast Quality:** The self-service part of the breakfast wasn't very good, but the à la carte options were decent. On the brighter side, the hotel room was good, and the swimming pool was also great. 👍"

"I've never given a positive or negative review, but after a while back, I'm thinking about this one and I have to give it a positive review. The experience of staying on the beach and watching the sunrise, right in the scenic area, was truly touching and surprising! It was also incredibly satisfying! Touching moment 1: We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel and were met by our friendly butler. Due to time constraints, we immediately planned a mountain hike. However, there was a problem: taxis were difficult to get within the scenic area, and the walk to the entrance was about 3 kilometers. Just when we were at a loss, the butler surprised us with a free motorcycle ride to the scenic area. It was free, not obligatory. Touching moment 2: While we were on the mountain, we were caught in a downpour. The owner called us warmly, telling us to find shelter and then told us to pick us up at the entrance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stroll and walk in the rain. Touching moment 3: When we left the hotel the next day, because taxis were difficult to get within the scenic area, the owner drove us out of the area, probably several dozen kilometers away. It was literally several dozen kilometers...! The coastal scenery along the way was breathtaking, and we even visited a beautiful scenic spot along the way. Happiness 1: After our first rainy stroll, it was already dark when we returned to the hotel. We ordered a barbecue, washed up, and waited for the owner to bring it to the hotel terrace. That night, we ate barbecue, drank wine, and enjoyed the sea breeze, with the stars, the sea, and the moon as our companions. Happiness 2: Waking up at 4 a.m. to incredibly beautiful weather, the sky a pale white as the sun rose from the horizon. We live in a coastal city, but this was our first time watching the sunrise from the sea. In China, whether you're dining or taking a taxi, people often ask for good reviews, which is a terrible thing. This is my first review, and it wasn't something the butler or the owner asked for; it was earned through their attentive service!"

"The best B&B experience ever. The room is clean and tidy, with washing machines and dryers. The three-story courtyard is very beautiful with all kinds of flowers and plants. The facilities and decorations in the courtyard are very attentive and delicate. It is visually beautiful. Sitting in the courtyard facing the sea during the day, the tea leaves planted on both sides are stacked up. The B&B is backed by Laoshan, which can better set off the tranquility of the courtyard. The soft lights of the three-story courtyard at night are sprinkled in every corner, creating a few warmth and romance. The bar and cafe of the B&B are decorated very tastefully. The boss and his wife are warm and hospitable, and they carefully prepare a variety of seafood and farm meals according to the requirements of each guest. It was such a perfect experience that I have recommended it to family and friends."

"It's really nice. The room we booked is by the sea! It's so beautiful! As soon as you open your eyes, you can see the sea. It's a good place to relax. The room is also very clean. We brought our own snacks and duck food. It was really nice to sit by the bed and drink in the evening. It was a very comfortable experience. My friend and I are more Buddhist. We strolled around the B&B and took pictures. In the morning, we could go down and catch crabs before the tide rose. It's a place I will come again! ! By the way! ! "The place has a simple, no-frills design that feels clean and comfortable. Most of the items are new and easy to use. The cleaning was very thorough, with every nook and cranny spotless. The owner is very friendly and accommodating; he's usually able to help with any requests. The location is also convenient for exploring; you can hike in the mountains during the day, and it's incredibly quiet at night. Staying here makes you naturally relax. It’s perfect for a peaceful two-day getaway. If I come back to Laoshan, I'll probably choose this place again."

"The hotel environment is first-class, very close to Shilaoren Beach, and convenient for visiting places like Sculpture Park. It was a pity we encountered thick sea fog during our stay. The hotel staff were warm and friendly. The dishes at Yu Yuan Chinese Restaurant were of very high quality, and the afternoon tea and breakfast at Fangfei Garden offered a rich variety. Both the pastries and the dishes were of excellent quality, and the tableware used was high-end. It's no exaggeration to say it could easily reach a two-Michelin-star standard. The hotel's hygiene was impeccable, and the turndown service was thorough and comprehensive. The room facilities were complete and in good working order, and the bedding and bathrobes were of good quality. The lighting switches and power outlets were cleverly designed and user-friendly. I'd like to add that the restaurant staff were professional, meticulous, and attentive, demonstrating excellent service capabilities. Giselle, the guest service ambassador, showed exceptional professionalism and extensive hotel management experience. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended and perfect for a vacation. It will be our top choice for our next visit to Qingdao."

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The butler service was incredibly attentive and thorough – truly top-notch. On two separate occasions, we had urgent issues that staff members promptly resolved, even during their off-hours. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The guesthouse's private courtyard, paired with the sea view, created a wonderful atmosphere. We'll definitely be staying at Mo Hai again the next time we visit Laoshan."
