"Came to Wuhan for a weekend getaway, and after a good deal of comparison, I finally decided on this place. On the morning of check-in, they called to ask for my estimated arrival time, and if there was a room available before 2 PM, I could even check in early. I stayed for two days and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, always actively helping to solve any issues. The room was comfortable too (it would be even better if there was an extra chair at the desk). When ordering takeout, you can directly enter your room number, and a robot will deliver it right to your door. If I get the chance to visit Wuhan again, I'll definitely prioritize staying here! Energy boost: Guests can grab complimentary snacks/drinks from the lobby. P.S. If you're looking to buy souvenirs for friends in Wuhan, don't rush to buy them at other attractions (you can buy some unique items at the Hubei Provincial Museum's cultural and creative store that you won't find elsewhere). There's a cultural and creative collective store in the pedestrian street near the hotel. If you're not sure which one, just search for [****] – you can get fridge magnets and other goodies there in bulk! ✔"

"The location is superb just at the pedestrian street . Very easy to locate and has car park also easily access by car . There is hey tea and molly tea below the hotel .The hotel has good customer service will greet you or smile when u pass by the reception. Hotel has 2 elevator that one can access to the mall directly and go up to level 8 above for room and the other elevator at the tea shop go to level 8 . Level 8 is the reception. Metro station walk around 15mins that access the pink line directly to the airport. All is easy to locate ."

"Facilities: Very new, with beautiful marble decor. Hygiene: The rooms are all quite clean. Environment: It's just across the road from T2, you can see planes and there's a small garden. The environment is superb. Service: The service is always great every time I come. There's also room service available at night, which is perfect for those catching a flight. Free shuttle bus between Wuhan Tianhe Airport T2-T3 terminals (not applicable for transit passengers): It's quite convenient to transfer to T3, and the shuttle bus starts running very early."

"Our stay was excellent! We arrived in Wuhan a day early because we couldn't get train tickets for the May Day holiday, so we booked an extra night at the hotel. We checked in very late, in the early hours of the morning. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They combined our bookings, which saved us the hassle of checking out and then back in again the next day. They also kindly offered us complimentary breakfast for April 30th. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of Wuhan's local specialties. The lounge, however, offered a more limited selection. If you're looking for a wider spread, I'd recommend dining on the first floor. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. On the first day of the May Day holiday, they even wished us 'Happy May Day' as we left the hotel. Staying at the Shangri-La is definitely a great choice when visiting Wuhan."

"Traveling with a 2-year-old, the 2.4-meter bed was a real lifesaver! Our little one could roll around all they wanted in the middle and still be perfectly safe. During check-in, the front desk thoughtfully gave our baby slippers and a toy, which they happily clutched the whole trip. The hotel is also super convenient – just 300 meters to the right from the exit and you're directly at the terminal. Overall, we were very satisfied."

Cchenweiguo_xcThis was my first stay at an Atour Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Jianghan Road Station, which serves both Metro Line 2 and Line 6. Plus, there are numerous bus routes right outside the door, and it's practically on Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, making transportation incredibly convenient. Many attractions like Bagongfangzi, Huanglipibo Road, and the Customs Clock Tower are nearby, and you're surrounded by shopping and dining options – super handy! The room was spotless. My daughter booked a spacious river-view double room for me, and when we later switched to a city-view room next door, it was just as lovely. Both the front desk staff and housekeeping were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help. When I couldn't figure out the TV remote during check-in, someone came to assist immediately. And on the third night when we moved rooms, a staff member helped me move my belongings, which was a really thoughtful touch! The room amenities were new, and the shower had plenty of hot water, making for a very comfortable wash. They also have a 'Xiao Du' smart assistant for controlling the TV and curtains, and robot delivery services. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining environment was pleasant. They even offer free porridge at 9:30 PM. Overall, my experience at Atour Hotel was excellent! Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and I loved the quiet floor I was on. The soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay, and the bedding was top-notch. After checking out, I accidentally left some clothes behind, but the front desk contacted me immediately and even offered to ship them to me, which I really appreciate. 🙏 I'll definitely be staying here again; it's a fantastic hotel. The housekeeping staff was also super quick when I needed something. Five-star rating all around!

LLove_maimaiThe century-old villa hotel has a charming decor, and the rooms are clean and hygienic with no unpleasant odors in the bathrooms. All the staff at the hotel are very polite and friendly. Xiao Shang provided exceptional service, proactively helping us with our luggage, making coffee for us, and offering water when we went out. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. We were a group of four and booked two rooms for two nights; all my friends agreed that this hotel is excellent.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious and well-designed. My husband and I were traveling together and worried about not sleeping well, so we each had our own room with two bathrooms, ensuring no disturbances. The location is also very convenient, with a mall downstairs and the subway just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and getting around very easy. The downside is that while the soundproofing within the room was good – my husband's snoring didn't bother me – I'm quite sensitive to noise, and the sound of water being used from either the next room or upstairs, or the air conditioning starting up, would still affect me in the middle of the night. Also, the trash can in the bathroom was foot-pedal operated, which was quite odd, especially since it was positioned behind me. You'd either have to move it to your feet, which was a hassle. Finally, although the deposit was refunded quite promptly after check-out, I don't really see the necessity of paying a deposit anymore. Many five-star hotels now allow you to stay on credit without a deposit, so there's no need to add unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

GGuest UserI traveled some time ago and had a great experience staying there. I must share it! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by its grand and elegant appearance. As you step into the lobby, you will find it spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration and pleasant fragrance, which will instantly dispel your travel fatigue. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and efficient, checked us in quickly, and introduced the hotel facilities attentively. The room was even more stunning. The space layout is reasonable and the lighting is excellent. The bedding is soft and comfortable. Lying down feels like being wrapped in clouds. The sleep quality is excellent. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries are of high quality and full of details. The service was first class. Whether it's helping to call a taxi or recommending local attractions, the staff are always responsive and warm and thoughtful. One time I accidentally left something behind, and the staff contacted me immediately after discovering it and kept it properly until I retrieved it. It was so heartwarming. The environment, facilities and services were impeccable in every aspect. I highly recommend it to everyone. Next time I travel, I will definitely choose here again!

GGuest UserThis hostel has both clear pros and cons. The main advantage is its affordability; I paid around 30 yuan per night during the off-season. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and it's conveniently located near major attractions in Wuchang District, such as the Yellow Crane Tower and Liangdao Street, both within a ten-minute walk. However, its biggest drawback is the terrible soundproofing. The hostel is on the third floor, and the second floor houses a fitting room and a KTV. People often sing late into the night at the KTV, and sometimes very badly. For instance, last night a group of girls sang until 1 AM, which I could clearly hear from my bunk, making it impossible to sleep. If you're a light sleeper, you should definitely reconsider staying here. Otherwise, there's nothing else really to complain about.

The front desk staff provided excellent and swift service, and they also informed me about some of the hotel's additional services. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities and amenities well-equipped. The airport transfer service was also great; perhaps because it's Chinese New Year's Eve, the boss himself drove us to the airport in a Mercedes-Benz!

Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving. The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. Then I remembered the Hong Kong Marco Polo, a long-standing establishment I’ve always held in high regard. Trusting in the reputation of classic hotels, I decided to go with this one. **Location:** Absolutely unbeatable location. The hotel is right next to the Yangtze River, and just across the road is Jiangtan Park, perfect for a pleasant evening stroll – it has a bit of an old Shanghai Bund vibe. Next to the hotel is Lihuangpi Road, a charming street with many cafes, also reminiscent of Shanghai. The entire riverside avenue features old, historic buildings, and the view of the buildings across the river from Jiangtan Park is simply stunning. **Room:** I booked an Executive Floor room, which offered a view of the Yangtze River. The hotel underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2024, so while the room's layout retains a classic hotel style, the soft furnishings, carpets, and other elements are all new, making for a very comfortable stay. The room size was also quite generous. Many online reviews mentioned issues with the rooms, but I was extremely satisfied with mine. **Executive Lounge:** The Executive Lounge was the highlight of my stay. * **Ambiance:** The lounge boasts excellent river views and a fantastic atmosphere. This dedication is incredibly touching and highly commendable. **Overall Impression:** This stay was unexpectedly wonderful. It offered great value for money. All the negative issues I had worried about from online reviews didn't materialize. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends, and if they visit Wuhan, especially Hankou, this will be my top recommendation.

CChet and SunnyHotel was located very close to Metro and shopping street. Comfortable, clean, and quiet room with partial river view; only complaint was the window needed cleaning to give full marks for our stay. Breakfast was also very good with pleasant seating atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for a very good value if you're touring Wuhan!
