The staff are very friendly and responsive, always ready to answer questions and even recommend cherry blossom viewing spots. The smart room is very clean and hygienic. The projector screen is huge, perfect for watching videos from your phone, and the staff even provide detailed instructions on how to set it up."

"Came to Wuhan for a weekend getaway, and after a good deal of comparison, I finally decided on this place. On the morning of check-in, they called to ask for my estimated arrival time, and if there was a room available before 2 PM, I could even check in early. I stayed for two days and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, always actively helping to solve any issues. The room was comfortable too (it would be even better if there was an extra chair at the desk). When ordering takeout, you can directly enter your room number, and a robot will deliver it right to your door. If I get the chance to visit Wuhan again, I'll definitely prioritize staying here! Energy boost: Guests can grab complimentary snacks/drinks from the lobby. P.S. If you're looking to buy souvenirs for friends in Wuhan, don't rush to buy them at other attractions (you can buy some unique items at the Hubei Provincial Museum's cultural and creative store that you won't find elsewhere). There's a cultural and creative collective store in the pedestrian street near the hotel. If you're not sure which one, just search for [****] – you can get fridge magnets and other goodies there in bulk! ✔"

"Family trip for May Day holiday! The hotel is right in the pedestrian street, with a McDonald's and Starbucks downstairs, plus an anime store and Haidilao Hotpot just across the street! It's super, super crowded though! Getting a car to the hotel entrance is really difficult because the road is so narrow and jammed. We usually had to walk a few hundred meters to the main road just to get picked up or dropped off. Every day after exploring, we'd get dropped off nearby and have to walk that few hundred meters back to the hotel. The street in front of the hotel is extremely narrow, just a single lane. By the 4th, during the return rush hour, the traffic wasn't as bad!"

"The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was fresh. The soundproofing was much better than expected (barely heard any planes taking off or landing). There's a free shuttle bus, which was punctual and efficient. From the lobby to the room, every staff member I encountered smiled and greeted me proactively. During my stay, Ms. Allie from guest relations was very attentive, informing me about the hotel's facilities and helping me keep an eye on my flight status. The service was truly outstanding! It's really impressive to maintain such a high standard of service at an airport hotel, which is typically a high-turnover environment."

"We were enjoying our 8-night stay at Lucky Elegant Hotel at Wuhan Wuchang, near MRT at Wuchang railway station & bus station also not far away. There is a Mall opposite the hotel where you can find fast food there. The receptionists were very friendly, the room was very clean , and it was recommended to stay."

"Had a wonderful stay, excellent value for money. The room was clean and odor-free, with complete amenities. It was convenient for getting around, especially being close to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. The service was attentive, making for a very comfortable stay (P.S. "This is another surprisely very good accommodation if you are at leisure trip to Wuhan by plane to arrive at Tianhe Intl airport Terminal 3 and you arrive late afternoon or you fly out early or mid morning. Easy to find and the staffs are all excellent with high service mind to customer. It's clean and everything are functional. It's under Huachu hotel group management too which is well-known in China."
