"Came to Wuhan for a weekend getaway, and after a good deal of comparison, I finally decided on this place. On the morning of check-in, they called to ask for my estimated arrival time, and if there was a room available before 2 PM, I could even check in early. I stayed for two days and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, always actively helping to solve any issues. The room was comfortable too (it would be even better if there was an extra chair at the desk). When ordering takeout, you can directly enter your room number, and a robot will deliver it right to your door. If I get the chance to visit Wuhan again, I'll definitely prioritize staying here! Energy boost: Guests can grab complimentary snacks/drinks from the lobby. P.S. If you're looking to buy souvenirs for friends in Wuhan, don't rush to buy them at other attractions (you can buy some unique items at the Hubei Provincial Museum's cultural and creative store that you won't find elsewhere). There's a cultural and creative collective store in the pedestrian street near the hotel. If you're not sure which one, just search for [****] – you can get fridge magnets and other goodies there in bulk! ✔"

"The hotel's location is right in the city center. We drove there and initially went to the wrong place, navigating to Atour S Hotel instead. The navigation for this hotel and the Atour S hotel was only off by an 'S', so the names are very similar. I hope they can improve the name on the map. The hotel upgraded our room for free, and the river view was beautiful. The service was also excellent. Overall, a great experience."

"I visited Wuhan with my child during the May Day holiday and chose the Sheraton Grand Wuhan Hankou Hotel. Overall, I was extremely satisfied; it's perfect for families traveling with kids. The hotel's location is very convenient, right in the heart of the Hankou CBD. You can access Metro Lines 2 and 3 right outside, making it quick to get to popular attractions like Jianghan Road, Hankou Beach, and Yellow Crane Tower by taxi or subway. The room was quite spacious with good natural light and views. It was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. They proactively provided children's slippers and toothbrushes, showing excellent attention to detail. The soundproofing in the room was great, so we weren't disturbed. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including authentic Wuhan specialties like hot dry noodles and Mianwo, all of which tasted delicious. Special shout-outs go to Marina from guest services, Mia Zhang from the executive lounge, and the male attendant (whose name I didn't catch) who helped change our bedding on the first night. Their service was truly impressive, and I hope to stay here again."

"The room is spacious and well-designed, with complete and new facilities. It's clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The surrounding area has excellent amenities, with convenient options for dining and shopping, perfectly meeting daily needs. The location is superb, very close to famous attractions like Yellow Crane Tower and Guiyuan Temple, making travel incredibly convenient. This saved a lot of time whether sightseeing or taking photos. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Overall, the experience was perfect."

"The service was excellent! We stayed during the May Day holiday and the service was really attentive. Manager Hans even gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was incredibly rich and easily comparable to popular breakfast spots outside. The afternoon tea at the executive lounge was also exquisite, but we were simply too full to fully enjoy it. It also happened to be my birthday, and although they didn't have chocolate cake, they still brought us some small pastries. I also heard the pool is quite good. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and hopefully, I'll get to try the pool then!"

"This Marriott in Wuhan is an absolute showstopper! It boasts incredible lake views with sleek architectural lines and glass curtain walls that perfectly reflect the sky and water. The lobby is packed with artistic flair, featuring stunning Chu cultural details like tiger-seat bird-stands and drum art that are incredibly evocative. Every staff member was warm and attentive. Both the buffet and breakfast were super lavish, and the executive lounge was wonderfully quiet and elegant. Our room was simple yet luxurious, and the massive bathtub offered fantastic city views while soaking – pure bliss!"

"We stayed in room 11xx - arriving late from Beijing, the staff were prompt and the check in experience was very smooth; our room was cozy too. We opted for a late Breakfast buffet and went off on a Wuhan city tour on a Rainy Sunday morning.I would like to mention a few staff who were extremely friendly and helpful, Ms Dora Zhou who offered exemplary service to attend to the numerous occasions where I sought help to resolve the challenges as a non native Chinese tourist."

"It was a great experience. First of all, the location is very convenient, right next to Hankou Station, just a few minutes' walk away. Secondly, the environment is impeccable, very classy, ​​and extremely clean. The free disposable toiletries provided are also very nice. There's also a huge terrace where you can sit and have some tea in the evening. Best of all, they also have an indoor convenience store with prices the same as in regular supermarkets, which is so convenient. Highly recommended!"

"I booked one of the only two family rooms at the Ruihua Hotel. It offered a direct view of ”Han Street,” and the overall environment was quite good and clean. The hotel itself looked a bit traditional but not overly flashy. It has a gym, swimming pool, and sauna, which was perfect for someone like me who enjoys working out. During the May Day holiday, it was quite popular. The breakfast buffet started to have a queue after 9 AM, but I always went a bit earlier and usually found a table. There's also afternoon tea on the 28th floor; I had quite a bit of it on the first day while waiting for my room, haha! The sauna room was a bit small, but there was hardly anyone there, so I had it all to myself. However, it felt like many guests here were from government agencies, with fewer young people and mostly families. Overall, the stay at Ruihua is currently my second favorite hotel experience – very good!"

"Facilities: Very new, with beautiful marble decor. Hygiene: The rooms are all quite clean. Environment: It's just across the road from T2, you can see planes and there's a small garden. The environment is superb. Service: The service is always great every time I come. There's also room service available at night, which is perfect for those catching a flight. Free shuttle bus between Wuhan Tianhe Airport T2-T3 terminals (not applicable for transit passengers): It's quite convenient to transfer to T3, and the shuttle bus starts running very early."
