During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

As a loyal customer of Ascott Group, I've stayed at numerous Ascott and Somerset properties in various cities, and this one in Wuhan truly ranks among the best. It surpasses many 5-star Ascott hotels in other cities in terms of facilities, service, and overall quality. Although the breakfast was a bit simple, it was clean, and some 5-star hotels offer equally simple breakfasts. So, you're getting a 5-star experience for a 4-star price. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Wuhan. The best part is having a huge mall downstairs with a Yonghui supermarket – it's incredibly convenient! Plus, my two-bedroom deluxe apartment faced a quiet residential area, which is perfect for someone like me who's a very light sleeper. I really have to praise them. Before check-in, they even asked about my preferences beyond what was in my booking, which is a level of service I haven't seen in many 5-star hotels. And the free parking in the mall? That really highlights the absurdity of paying over a hundred RMB for overnight parking at a certain 5-star hotel in Beijing – truly, no comparison, no harm! I can't even list all the good points, hahaha!

Facilities: Good! Hygiene: Good! Environment: Environmental drawbacks: This hostel is on the 3rd floor. Other floors have billiard halls and KTVs, and the elevator is covered with advertisements. In the middle of the night, I could still hear people singing at 2 AM. Environmental advantages: Close to Yellow Crane Tower, close to Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge, convenient transportation, undoubtedly in the city center. Service: After entering, you first change your shoes, then go inside the room. The hygiene inside is pretty good, very clean, and the quality of everything inside is excellent.

This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

I traveled some time ago and had a great experience staying there. I must share it! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by its grand and elegant appearance. As you step into the lobby, you will find it spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration and pleasant fragrance, which will instantly dispel your travel fatigue. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and efficient, checked us in quickly, and introduced the hotel facilities attentively. The room was even more stunning. The space layout is reasonable and the lighting is excellent. The bedding is soft and comfortable. Lying down feels like being wrapped in clouds. The sleep quality is excellent. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries are of high quality and full of details. The service was first class. Whether it's helping to call a taxi or recommending local attractions, the staff are always responsive and warm and thoughtful. One time I accidentally left something behind, and the staff contacted me immediately after discovering it and kept it properly until I retrieved it. It was so heartwarming. The environment, facilities and services were impeccable in every aspect. I highly recommend it to everyone. Next time I travel, I will definitely choose here again!

The hotel is very easy to find, with a complete range of surrounding facilities including many convenience stores and restaurants, and it's easy to hail a cab. It offers a quiet retreat in the bustling city without any noise. The front desk staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and the check-in and check-out processes are very efficient with no long waits. They patiently answered our questions about local routes and issuing invoices. The guest rooms are impeccably cleaned, with no hidden dirt visible anywhere. The bathroom features a wet and dry separation design, and the hot water comes out quickly with stable water pressure. The mattress has a medium firmness, different pillow options are available, and it's very relaxing to lie on. The public areas are clean and tidy, the corridors are well-maintained, and the room amenities are fully stocked. Considering the overall location, cleanliness, and service, it offers great value for money. The staff are in high spirits, and even new trainees at the front desk were very polite. This was my second stay at Marco Polo Wuhan. The location is excellent, right next to Li Huangpi Road, making it very convenient for shopping and drinks. The room size is also generous, providing plenty of space for two people. The concierge service was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. I barely had to carry my own luggage, haha! I particularly love the pool. I always make sure to spend some time swimming whenever I visit. Although it's a bit small, it's a quiet and uncrowded place, which is a big plus. I'll definitely choose Marco Polo again on my next visit to Wuhan.

Location wise just right outside the subway exit. Easy to travel around many tourist spots nearby. Clean and spacious room. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is better to contact the staff for easier and faster check in.

From the online pictures, the hotel and its premises looked dated. However, the warm ambience with soft lightning, spacious walkways and pastel decorations made us look forward to returning back to the hotel everyday. You can't fault the location of the hotel - there are 2 entrances to ensure easy access to where ever you want to go. One entrance gives immediate access to pickups and dropoffs, Jiqing street, not mentioned endless restaurants, shops and street peddles lining up on both sides of the streets. The other entrance gives immediate access to the bustling pedestrian streets, McDonald's, KFC, and other countless eating and shopping options, including souvenir shops, so you could easily grab something before you depart. A mall links to the hotel as well. You could also see a group of seemingly retirees dancing outside every morning. You could also opt for food and parcel delivery and then hotel's trusty robot will deliver to your room, if not, the front door desk will assist to store for you till you collect. The room we stayed was huge and the hotel service staff was very helpful. Many items at the breakfast buffet provided by an external vendor (so we were told) was cold when we went at 7am, such as the dim sum items like the bao and dumplings, and the cooked food like fried noodles. Many of the diners were complaining amongst ourselves. However, the staff there said the food is cooked anyway, so we could still eat them. When I reflected to the front desk, we were given some other breakfast options to make up for our bad experience. A male staff even gave us some toys and souvenirs that made us smile. It is not about getting freebies. I like that the various hotel staff at the front desk cared about guest experience and tried their best within their capacity to show that they want guests to feel happy staying at the hotel. Strong hotel support is really very important to travellers because our itinerary begins and ends with the hotel. So kudos to all the hotel staff who attended to us during our stay. Usually we won't return to the same hotel so as to try other options. But I think we will return to Dorset the next time we visit Wuhan again.

Location is close (5 minute walk from Metro). Hotel is at 11th floor and hence the view from room is good. Clean and especially a comfortable bed. Hotel was kind to give me an upgrade. ( i extended my stay)
