I slept so well, it was heavenly! + Plenty of elevators, so no long waits. + Every room has a sea view, and you can even see the Northern Lights and stars – it's beautiful! + Sauna, water park, jacuzzi, steam room, fitness room with a great view. So many activities to do! = There are a lot of activities like the Kid's Club and game room, but they were also very crowded. (Darts was the most fun because it was the only one I could play seriously, haha!) = The water park was just okay, not as big as I expected. There were only two slides, and when you came down, your bottom would slightly hit the ground. Plus, I missed the foam party, so I couldn't join in. - Check-in required waiting in a very long queue, probably because of a promotion. Check-out also had a long queue, but it moved quite quickly. - The soap, shampoo, and conditioner came in small tubes, which wasn't enough. The soap was a gel, so it didn't feel very satisfying to use. - During prime time, you had to queue to eat at the restaurant. Overall, I was impressed!"

However, my room was located very close to the children’s pool area, which was quite noisy throughout the day and made it difficult to relax. The room cleanliness could also be improved, as dust was noticeable around the TV area and cabinets. The fitness center is quite small and has limited facilities. Overall, this hotel is well suited for families with kids, but it may not be the best option for travelers seeking a quiet and relaxing vacation."

"Great view and location. It locates near CentRAL Sri Racha as well as Samitivej hospital. However, the provided amenities are a little bit off. No body lotion, no razor and no conditioner and toothpaste and brush. Also 1 big thing is there’s no convenient stores within walking reach, but there’s general store at the receptionist, but!!! the prices are at least 125% comparing to goods in convenient stores. Cleanliness is average as there’s visible dust and also black fungus in bath room. The services are great and cannot complain about it."

"The rooms aren't luxurious but they are renovated. I'd read online that the air conditioning was notoriously loud, so I mentally prepared myself and brought earplugs. Turns out it wasn't as loud as I'd imagined. The bedding was comfortable, the curtains blocked out all light, and I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or the next room. We pushed the two queen-sized beds together to make a super king-sized bed, so we slept really well. The water play was incredible! There were multiple interconnected pools, including big and small slides, some of which were quite thrilling. There was a diving pool, a lazy river, a pool for basketball, a swim-up bar, a splash area for toddlers, and you could even go into the sea to play in the waves. It catered to everyone's needs. Oh, and the gym was huge, well-equipped, and not crowded at all! The kids' club is great for toddlers. My 6-year-old son also enjoyed playing with the younger kids there. You can drop them off for an hour at a time, and it's free! Lost World is also a fantastic place for kids. The half-day ticket gives you four hours from when you first enter, and we managed two rounds on the zip line. It was a bit of a shame that the trampoline area was under maintenance. There's an indoor arcade and a movie area with free popcorn and slushies, which is a lifesaver for parents. The breakfast was pretty good, with a rich variety of options that changed slightly every day, catering to different tastes. Plus, you could eat until 11 AM. This is a highly recommended place for a family vacation."

"This is an excellent hotel, a hidden gem of a resort. It's located about 6-7 kilometers from Pattaya Central, right by the sea, and the surroundings are very peaceful. The views are absolutely stunning, 100 out of 100! The hotel service is perfect; all the staff are attentive, friendly, polite, and considerate of guests. Plus, they all speak English, which is a huge bonus! There were two small things that really touched me, but I won't go into detail – the hotel is just that good~! The hotel offers buggy service to take guests to their rooms and also provides a daily shuttle bus service to and from Central Pattaya, making getting around very convenient."

"We stayed at the hotel for a week during the holidays, and it was packed. We had to wait in line for breakfast for 20 minutes, and there were also queues for the elevators. Breakfast: Only once in 7 days did I see a waiter ask if we wanted drinks and bring us coffee; all other days, we had to get them ourselves. I don't understand their approach: either you don't bring drinks to any guests, or you bring them to everyone. The pool is very small (doesn't match the photos), and the hotel practically has no grounds. But there's a plus: excellent sun loungers and artificial sand where a child can play while you sunbathe. Room: We had a Suite M, which is essentially the same as a standard room but with a bathtub and an additional room (children's room) with a bed and a pouf. It was impossible to sleep there because the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed and hummed like an airplane turbine. The air conditioner in the main bedroom was just as noisy, and we had to turn it off periodically to give our heads a rest from the noise. The elevator was next to our room, and the sound from the hallway was excellent; I could hear everyone slamming their room doors and talking by the elevator. For those who like peace and quiet, you won't find it here. There's no wardrobe in the room, just about 10 hangers, and that's it. There's nowhere to put children's clothes, for example. The ceilings are very low. The kids' club is small, and right at the entrance, there's a water slide. Water splashes directly onto the club door, even though there's a barrier, it doesn't help. The pool entrance is directly from the lobby. Wet people walk past the reception to the elevators, and there's water in the elevators and on the lobby floor. They try to clean it up, but it's still a fact. Overall impression: the hotel is beautiful, with many photo opportunities, but it's inconvenient, uncomfortable, and definitely not worth the money."

"The room was well-equipped, featuring a kitchen with a microwave and a refrigerator. The breakfast was also good. It's located in the central area of Si Racha, with a mall nearby and a lively night market, making dining very convenient."

"The kids were thrilled! As soon as we arrived on the first day, they immediately ran to the pool. The pool is huge and very unique; in fact, it was the main reason we chose this hotel. The hotel's beachfront restaurant is also very affordable and offers great sunset views. Plus, the breakfast spread is incredibly rich and varied."

"After my stay at Holiday Inn, I moved here for two days. Hilton's facilities are better, and I also had a 'sea view selected room,' which included executive lounge access and breakfast. The view was great, and the balcony was very spacious. The breakfast didn't have a huge variety, and the executive lounge breakfast had even fewer options. The pool was quite large with a nice view. The surrounding area is very convenient but a bit noisy. There was still some noise at night, as the window insulation wasn't very good. Even on the 25th floor, most newly built hotels these days have excellent soundproofing. When the balcony door was open, the air conditioning would turn off. However, it was a bit slow to react; I had to close and secure it several times before the AC would restart. Plus, the balcony door was extremely heavy, requiring some strength to close if you're not very strong. Other than that, everything was good. It's suitable for friends or solo travelers on vacation, and I would choose to stay here again."
