"Traveling with my parents, I needed a hotel that was spacious, had a great environment, and offered convenient dining options. Guohui perfectly met all those requirements. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our river-view room offered beautiful night views of the Xiang River, and the breakfast was rich and varied – the fermented rice and egg soup was delicious! I'll definitely recommend it to my friends."

"This hotel is located on the top floor of a building, right next to the east bank of the Xiang River. To the west, you can overlook Yuelu Mountain and Orange Isle. The views are fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station nearby. It's not far from major city attractions, easily reachable by foot, subway, or taxi. On the east side, the old alleyways offer a rich taste of local life, allowing you to experience the seamless blend of Changsha's modernity and tradition. The hotel service is excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the mattress and pillows are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The soundproofing in the rooms is good. On the river-facing side, due to its proximity to a main urban road and the riverside promenade, there might be a slight rustling sound from passing vehicles and people exercising during morning rush hour. However, it's all within a tolerable range, and the white noise doesn't interfere with sleeping in. (All attached photos were taken from inside the room)"

"I specifically chose this hotel because of the Huanman brand, and my overall experience had both highlights and minor drawbacks. During my stay, I was affected by noise, which caused some unpleasantness. However, the hotel staff reacted promptly on-site, were sincere in their service attitude, and handled the issue proactively. I suggest that further staff training could be enhanced to improve their flexibility and quick-wittedness in problem-solving. I must also particularly commend the Trip.com customer service; they followed up and coordinated throughout, providing professional and thoughtful service that truly enhanced my experience. Putting aside the noise issue, the hotel's basic services were very well executed. I hope the hotel can rectify the noise problem soon and optimize staff service details. I believe this would lead to an even better overall stay, and I would be willing to choose this hotel again in the future."

"This hotel was a last-minute booking for my trip to Changsha, and I specifically chose a room with a terrace – it exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. The hotel's central location made getting around super convenient. I booked three rooms for three nights for my family and friends, and overall, our stay was exceptionally comfortable. The terrace was a real lifesaver; with someone smoking and kids around, it was so practical. The room had great blackout curtains, a clear projector, and plenty of space. Definitely great value for money. On our departure day, we were out buying souvenirs and couldn't check out on time, but the staff kindly arranged a late check-out for us. We didn't get back until after 3 PM, and they were attentive throughout. I'm very satisfied. Next time I visit, I'll definitely try the 80+ square meter room; I bet that experience will be even better!"

"Location: Very close to the subway, about a 5-minute walk to Metro Line 2. It is very convenient to go to Wuyi Square and scenic spots. Facilities: The facilities are very new, and they are all brand names, simple and generous, with high quality. Hygiene: impeccable, clean and tidy. "The hotel is close to the Changsha Railway Station (***NOT*** Changsha South Railway Station), about 2 - 3 underground metro stations away. The closest metro line is Line 6. It's located in what looks like an office building from the ground floor. You'd have to take an elevator up to the 5th floor to reach the lobby. I think it's a mixed use property, with some floors are offices, some are residential apartments and, of course, the hotel on the 5th floor. The hotel lobby has a garden terrace with seating and a small exercise area with a few gym equipment. The room is nice with a comfortable bed and a huge flat screen tv. It even has a mini fridge. I love a big rain shower in the bathroom. The water pressure and temperature are great. There are two small washing machines and two dryers, where you can have your clothes washed and dried for free (detergent provided), although there could be quite a queue in the evening as the washers/dryers are occupied. You would have to get them done by midnight, however. A bus stop is also nearby where you could take a public bus to downtown for shopping or attractions. Tips: If you love taking good photography or selfies, do not miss out on the Chinese Knot or Lucky Knot Footbridge, not too far from the MICA Art Museum. You could do both together in one day."

This stay was really touched by the details of the hotel, especially the floor-to-ceiling windows, intimate service and the 24-hour experience of staying, making the whole journey particularly easy and comfortable. As soon as I walked into the room, I was first surprised by the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The view is wide and the lighting is particularly good. During the day, the sun shines in the whole room, and the city view is unobstructed; at night, I watch the night view and drink a little wine, and the atmosphere is directly full. The curtain shading effect is also great, and you can instantly enter the quiet mode when you want to rest with one click. The service is not to be picked. The front desk was very fast, and patiently introduced the room facilities and surrounding recommendations. There is any demand during the stay, almost all are on call, the attitude is particularly gentle and professional, making people feel like they are taken care of very thoughtfully. The most surprising thing is that the 24-hour stay is really centered on the guest time. There is no need to rush to check out at 12 noon, the itinerary is more free, especially the people who are on the evening flight or early flight, it is really too friendly! "Staying here for a girls' getaway with my besties was absolutely blissful! The biggest surprise was the cat cafe, where you can pet cats for free 🐱~ There are over ten cats 🐈, and they're all super friendly – I practically petted them bald! I was genuinely blown away by this Wabi-sabi style hotel! The creamy white rock walls create a natural soft glow. The large bathtub in the room, combined with Hainanese greenery 🍃 and arched windows, creates such an artistic and luxurious visual. The whole place is clean and stylish. After a bath 🛁, lying on the soft bed and watching a movie on the giant projector screen, all the day's fatigue just melted away. It's truly the perfect place for couples or friends looking to relax on holiday~"
