"Our room was on the second floor, accessible only by stairs. As a mom traveling with a baby, this was quite challenging as I had to carry luggage up first, then go back down for my child. The trash bags provided in the room were of very poor quality; they kept slipping down into the bin every time I put trash in, which was quite annoying. The projector was also problematic; the image was always crooked when turned on, and I had to manually adjust it every time. Both the projector and the Wi-Fi router were positioned directly above the bed. At night, the Wi-Fi's indicator light was constantly flashing above my head, which really disturbed my sleep. I hope the hotel can address these issues in the future. The view from the room was exactly as shown in the picture, and it was quite beautiful, especially at sunset 🌇 in the evening."

"I stayed for three nights in Changsha and used the subway for all my travels. The hotel is close to the subway station, and it was quite convenient to get to the city center, just four stops away. I booked a low-floor river view room, but they proactively upgraded me to a high-floor one. I took so many photos; the view was absolutely stunning. The weather was also great. On the morning I left, I even made a special trip to Sanjiaozhou Tou (Orange Isle/Juzizhou), which feels like the new city area of Changsha. The library, cultural center, and city museum are all here, and it was very pleasant to walk around and explore. The room cleaning was also very thoughtful; they helped fold my clothes, which made packing much easier. Thank you!"

"It was my first time to visit Changsha, so I decided to book this hotel with the intention of giving it a try. After checking in, I found it to be quite good. The hotel is near the subway entrance. The rooms are clean and sanitary. The lobby is very poetic as soon as you enter. There are many restaurants near the hotel. There are all kinds of delicious food. What is worthy of praise for the hotel is the service. It is very professional, especially the manager Youyou. When I first came to Changsha, I didn’t know where to go. The lady gave me a detailed introduction to the surrounding tourist classics. I had a great time. The room was also made for free. Upgraded and will stay here again next time I come to Changsha. It's great."

"One of the best hotels I have stayed. Clean. Big room. They even provide free laundry service onsite. They will put your cloth in the washer and dryer, even fold it for you. There is a convenient store on the first floor and many other stores and restaurants around it. It takes about 30 minutes walk to Central South University. I would take a cab in the hot and humid weather of ChangSha."

"The environment of the homestay is very good, like a paradise. The interior environment is the same as the promotional picture. Disposable bathtub bags and disposable toilet seats are prepared. It is really worth choosing this B&B. Because we arrived at the hotel quite late, we found a stove with some charcoal in the lobby at around 11 or 12 pm. It was really comfortable to roast by the small fire in such a cold day in Changsha. If we had arrived earlier, we could have made tea by the stove. We booked 2 rooms. My partner, his friends and I all agreed that this place was really nice. We agreed to stay here again in the summer. I feel that we will have a different experience in the summer."
