Changsha Hotels with Jacuzzi

"This hotel is located on the top floor of a building, right next to the east bank of the Xiang River. To the west, you can overlook Yuelu Mountain and Orange Isle. The views are fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station nearby. It's not far from major city attractions, easily reachable by foot, subway, or taxi. On the east side, the old alleyways offer a rich taste of local life, allowing you to experience the seamless blend of Changsha's modernity and tradition. The hotel service is excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the mattress and pillows are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The soundproofing in the rooms is good. On the river-facing side, due to its proximity to a main urban road and the riverside promenade, there might be a slight rustling sound from passing vehicles and people exercising during morning rush hour. However, it's all within a tolerable range, and the white noise doesn't interfere with sleeping in. (All attached photos were taken from inside the room)"

"## Environment: The surroundings are quite good, located by the river and not far from the subway. The nearby roads have light traffic, so it's not noisy. Pictures two and three show the actual view. ## Service: 1. I specifically requested a high floor, a good view, and a room away from the elevator in my booking notes. When checking in, I asked if they could see my notes from the platform, and they confirmed they could. They then assigned me a room on the 16th floor. At the time, I thought this was considered a higher-floor room within the available range. I was in a hurry to go out, so I just dropped off my luggage, rested for a few minutes, and left. When I returned in the evening, I realized the view wasn't what I had in mind. I checked Trip.com and saw that this room type is listed as floors 12-22. So, I'd expect at least the 18th floor to be considered a 'high floor,' right? I checked in around 3 PM, which is generally the standard check-in time, while the standard check-out time is 12 PM. It's unlikely that all the high-floor rooms were already taken, unless everyone checked in early? The deluxe and premier rooms on Trip.com use the same view pictures, which is misleading. 2. Right after I entered the room and sat down, someone knocked on the door to deliver a welcome fruit plate. A minute or two later, another person came to deliver a box of candies. Couldn't they have delivered them together? The soundproofing is poor; sometimes I couldn't tell if someone was knocking on my door or the neighboring room's door. Plus, the person delivering the fruit knocked and then just opened the door and walked in! It startled me, and I had to say, ”Someone's here!” 3. After breakfast, I asked what time check-out was, and they said 12 PM. I asked if I could get a late check-out, and they told me the hotel was fully booked, so it wasn't possible. While this is within their rules, it didn't feel like good service. The gap between a 3 PM check-in and a 12 PM check-out is quite long. The experience isn't even as good as a slightly lower-tier hotel like a Hanting or All Seasons. 4. Around midnight, I was half-asleep when I was suddenly woken up by the sound of a staff member knocking on the neighboring room's door. Given how poor the soundproofing is, shouldn't they optimize this by calling instead of knocking late at night? ## Facilities: 1. The soundproofing is terrible. I could clearly hear knocking on the next-door room, and sometimes I couldn't even tell if it was my door or theirs. 2. There's an occasional 'bang' sound from above the window. I'm not sure what causes it."

"The room is relatively clean and quite big. The front desk lady is also very friendly ❤️🔥. It is very convenient to take the subway around. The hotel facilities are also very complete, including laundry and fitness facilities."

"I am very satisfied with this hotel. It is my favorite hotel in Changsha. The lady at the front desk is also very gentle. Sister An An is also very cute. Since my flight was delayed, I was given a free late check-out. She was very thoughtful and nice. , very satisfied! "I booked a twin room, and as soon as I entered, I was captivated by the cozy decor. The warm yellow lighting was simple yet inviting, making it perfect for photos! The bed was incredibly soft, and the bedding felt great on my skin. After a long day of sightseeing, I'd just collapse into bed and get amazing sleep. The room also has a smart control system; just say ”Xiao Du Xiao Du,” and you can easily control the lights, curtains, and air conditioning – a total godsend for lazy people like me. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the vanity mirror even has a fill light, making makeup application super clear. They even provide facial cleanser and lotion! The attention to detail is truly top-notch."

"This hotel was a last-minute booking for my trip to Changsha, and I specifically chose a room with a terrace – it exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. The hotel's central location made getting around super convenient. I booked three rooms for three nights for my family and friends, and overall, our stay was exceptionally comfortable. The terrace was a real lifesaver; with someone smoking and kids around, it was so practical. The room had great blackout curtains, a clear projector, and plenty of space. Definitely great value for money. On our departure day, we were out buying souvenirs and couldn't check out on time, but the staff kindly arranged a late check-out for us. We didn't get back until after 3 PM, and they were attentive throughout. I'm very satisfied. Next time I visit, I'll definitely try the 80+ square meter room; I bet that experience will be even better!"

"This is my second time staying at this hotel in Changsha. It's incredibly clean, feels like a five-star hotel, the decor is luxurious, the staff are very friendly, the breakfast is plentiful, and it's very close to the subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere."

"The hotel is easy to find. After getting off the high-speed train, I took a taxi directly here, which took about 10 minutes. The front desk lady was very friendly and handled everything quickly. The location is great, right on the Second Ring Road and close to tourist attractions. It's convenient for Wanjiali and May Day Square. The service was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a good experience. The house is a detached courtyard with a nice environment. The breakfast was also good with a wide variety of options. It was a great stay!"

"This hotel that came to Changsha for tourism, the location is super convenient, the subway is out, shopping and eating are worry-free. "The environment of the homestay is very good, like a paradise. The interior environment is the same as the promotional picture. Disposable bathtub bags and disposable toilet seats are prepared. It is really worth choosing this B&B. Because we arrived at the hotel quite late, we found a stove with some charcoal in the lobby at around 11 or 12 pm. It was really comfortable to roast by the small fire in such a cold day in Changsha. If we had arrived earlier, we could have made tea by the stove. We booked 2 rooms. My partner, his friends and I all agreed that this place was really nice. We agreed to stay here again in the summer. I feel that we will have a different experience in the summer."
