Pattaya Hotels with Jacuzzi

"Before we arrived at the hotel we tried to call the hotel to confirm if they received my email about the late check in because our flight was at night and we were arriving at morning because we still need to travel from Bangkok to Pattaya. I called 3 times and what I got was phone dropped. The staff is a bit rude and always saying call at 9 am. When we arrived at the hotel a staff was sleeping at the couch and another one sleeping at the counter. When I said check in he doesn’t even check or ask about the booking and still telling me to come back at 9 am. I said I paid already and have my booking stay for 3 nights. He didn’t even bothered to check my booking before saying anything. We came as family, I know it’s different booking of room as it’s shown in the booking however they separated us in different hotel and did not even think that we are family that they might can make better arrangements but offered nothing. To cut that story on The other hand the hotel itself has simple rooms a bit old but it’s comfortable. The pool can accommodate a lot more and the location is nice. Just walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions. Jomtien beach and Walking streets is just 3 minutes away. The view from our room is nice and nice atmosphere. Very live location. I can recommend this hotel for its price and amenities and location, and I just hope they will improve the service quality for better experience."

"I'm not going to add any personal opinions, just state the facts about what happened during our four-day stay at the hotel. 1. **Check-in Process**: The hotel explicitly states check-in is after 3 PM. Our group arrived at 3:10 PM that day and were told one room would be ready in 15 minutes, and the other in 50 minutes. However, by 4 PM, neither room was ready. We finally got one room around 4:30 PM. I'd like to ask the hotel, if it takes an hour and a half to get one room ready, can guests also delay their check-out by an hour and a half? If you're understaffed, shouldn't you increase your personnel in advance? 2. **Mysterious Odor**: From late on the first night of our stay, one of the two rooms had a sewage smell emanating from the air conditioning vent. Over the next few days, maintenance repeatedly came to fix it, but the issue was never fully resolved by the time we checked out. We never found out where the smell was coming from, and the hotel offered no explanation. 3. **Housekeeping Efficiency**: We stayed for a total of four nights. Only on the second day was our room fully cleaned. On the third day, our group went to Koh Larn, leaving the hotel at 8 AM and returning at 4:30 PM. Upon entering, only 0.7 of the two rooms had been cleaned – you read that right, 0.7 of a room. In an entire day, not even one room was fully prepared, despite us informing the front desk in advance about our absence (they asked about our schedule due to the room odor issue). On the fourth day, we stayed in the hotel, resting and exploring nearby. We asked housekeeping to come at 5 PM, but they never showed up. Talk about saving effort. In summary, Pattaya is a city worth visiting a second or even multiple times, but as for this hotel, I'll leave it for others to experience."

"We are generally happy with the stay. Free buffet breakfast starts at 6.30am ... and was sufficient for our halal-requirements. Staff were thoughtful and offered good prompt service ... from Front office, maintenance man, to bellboy and security, all were excellent. They speak acceptable English. However the sandal provided was not fresh and was used previously ... see photo. If you want to rent a scooter, there is a small rental shop just 50 meters to the left as you exit the hotel for 300baht per day."

"The room was very clean, just a bit old-fashioned, but it didn't affect the experience. The best part was definitely the infinity pool; one of the two pools was always in the shade and very clean. I've been here four days and haven't met any other Chinese people, so I'm not sure why it's recommended as a top choice for Chinese travelers~"

"The hotel is conveniently located right by the road, but it can get a bit noisy at night. The room had a bathtub which you had to stand in to shower, which wasn't ideal. However, the price was quite affordable, and I heard there's a pool, but we didn't check it out. There's a great and inexpensive restaurant right across the street, their congee is especially delicious – I highly recommend trying it!"

"This hotel has a high Indian occupancy. It's located between Second Road and First Road. There are two buildings for check-in, depending on which room you booked. From First Road, you can access the beach. The older building is closer to First Road, and the newer one is closer to Second Road. I recommend booking a room in the new building. There are songthaews (shared taxis) on Second Road, and a 7-Eleven right across from the Second Road exit. It's a reasonable distance to the two big shopping malls. They took a 1000 baht deposit for the room. Our room faced Soi 6, so it wasn't noisy. Overall, it's pretty decent."

"I'm a regular guest here. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. This is my go-to choice every time I travel for business. The price is fair, and the rooms don't have any strange odors. The staff are also very enthusiastic. I'll definitely be back!"

"Every time I book a room through your platform, I seem to be assigned the absolute worst ones. Not only was it on a low floor, right by the main elevator, but the window in the room faced a busy side street. The tiny balcony was unusable because the AC unit was placed directly on the floor, constantly blasting out hot air. On the first night, I got undressed and ready for a shower, only to find there was no cold water – just scalding hot water, making it impossible to wash. It was only after calling the front desk that I was moved to another room. Even then, the furniture in the new room was also damaged; cabinet doors wouldn't close completely. And the most ridiculous part? The so-called 'massage bathtub' – once it was switched on, I couldn't turn it off, and it kept me awake with its noise all night. I can't help but feel that your platform lacks any real clout. Hotels consistently assign your guests the absolute worst rooms, showing absolutely no regard or respect for your platform. 🙏"

"Our second stop on this trip was the Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, nestled on a private stretch of Wong Amat Beach. The hotel offers 353 newly renovated rooms across its main building and Pool Wing. The Premium Pool Access rooms on the ground floor allow direct entry to the pool from the balcony. The Sea View rooms in the main building offer breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic ocean views, with sights extending to the Hilton Pattaya Beach, Bali Hai Pier, and Koh Larn. Relaxing on the balcony with the moist sea breeze and watching the sunset was incredibly rejuvenating. The hotel boasts two outdoor pools adjacent to the beach, plus a kids' pool. The sun loungers by the poolside bar, along with the popular beach bar, create a laid-back vibe on the private beach. Guests can enjoy both motorized and non-motorized water sports here, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, and jet skiing. The breakfast was abundant, featuring options like stir-fried minced pork with basil (Pad Krapow), Indian curries, and Western dishes. There were three automatic coffee machines, and dining by the pool was very relaxing, as was sitting by the sea to enjoy the beautiful views. For leisure, the Aisawan Spa offers traditional Thai massages, while the gym and billiard room cater to indoor fitness needs. The beachfront restaurant and several bars provide all-day dining options. Stepping out, a left turn leads to convenient amenities like 7-Eleven, Lotus's, and Daily supermarkets, along with a row of Thai restaurants and massage shops. A 500-meter walk north and then a left turn brings you to a local night market, making the location extremely convenient. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to Terminal 21. The only minor issue is that the hotel itself is a bit older, but the recent renovation has added modern touches like master lighting controls, flat LED TVs, and capsule coffee machines in the rooms. The air conditioning in the rooms was very strong and effective."

"I'm habitually giving this a full five stars. The hotel is old, but the cleanliness is quite good. There's a carpet running down the middle of the hallway, so there's a slight old hotel smell, but it's not unpleasant. The room has laminate flooring and generally stays dry with no strange odors. There's no separate shower, you have to stand in the bathtub with a curtain for a shower, and the showerhead is fixed. What I find most incomprehensible is the lack of slippers and toothbrushes, not even fabric ones. The biggest selling point is the private beach, and the water quality at this location should be the best in all of Pattaya city, even more central to the sea than the neighboring InterContinental. The pool is deep enough, reaching 2.4 meters at its deepest. The guests are mainly Russians, with some Indians and Chinese."
