"The hotel is well placed near a lot of points of interest I would say the pictures of the hotel available on the website are rather flattering, of course this is to be expected, but I think the reality might feel a bit underwhelming if you place too much focus on the pictures I must say I was a bit disappointed, as the hotel was ranked by trip as number 15 most scenic hotels in Chengdu, and I think this is clearly overselling it ! I believe this hotel can definitely give satisfaction to a lot of travelers, it’s probably good value for money if you get it at a good price, but to place it number 15 of scenic hotels in Chengdu is in my opinion wrong, and I will put less trust in trip rankings going forward because of this I believe a good way for the hotel to improve would be to put a little bit more emphasis on cleanliness"

"Had a really enjoyable stay here! One of the highlights was the loft design—it’s stylish, unique, and made the experience feel much more special than a typical hotel stay. The room we booked was spacious, and could comfortably fit 5 people. The service was excellent from start to finish. Even before our arrival, the team was patient and responsive in answering all our questions. Throughout our stay, they were attentive, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised that our deliveries were sent directly to our room; it’s a thoughtful touch that reflected the team’s attention to detail. A special shout-out to our 小管家桐桐、彬彬 and 十一 for taking such great care of us. They were friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful, making our stay seamless and comfortable. The check-out process was also smooth and hassle-free. Not only was the service excellent, but the location was fantastic as well. The hotel is conveniently located in Taikoo Li, and is within walking distance of the metro station. There are plenty of dining options nearby, many of which stay open late till late at night. There are also several convenience stores just a minute’s walk from the hotel, which made our stay even more convenient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu and would gladly stay here again on my next trip!"

"Good location with ample of food choices at the back of the hotel. Many halal food options as well. Walking distance to Tianfu Square, Tianfu Subway, ChunXi Road, Kuanzai Alley and People's Park. Rooms are comfortable with automatic bidet in the bathroom. Comfy double bed and staff was friendly in assisting with taobao purchase and refund. Free laundry service provided and they have robots for takeout directly to the room. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family."

"Everything here was excellent. This is a serviced apartment rather than a hotel and it was perfect for a longer stay in Chengdu. The room had two beds, one soft and one firm. Both were comfortable. The room had a decent sized, real refrigerator—many places in China only offer “drink coolers.” A microwave. Induction stove. The host messaged me in advance on WeChat to arrange check in. She also messaged me daily to make sure everything was good and to ask if I needed any cleaning or housekeeping that day. Very friendly and professional. The location is great and very central. No issues with noise.Clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!"

"If you are staying in Chengdu, stay here. The view from our room was literally breathtaking both day and night, and the location is amazing for going anywhere. We found it very easy to go to Taikoo Li and the surrounding area which has lots of restaurants and shops. The room itself was gorgeous, super clean and has a large bath facing over the view which was very relaxing at night. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, and the man we met to take us up to the room spoke perfect English. Communication was easy and we had no issues with our stay. Could not recommend more !!!!"

"I brought my parents to Chengdu, and I specifically chose this high-rise hotel in Taikoo Li. The entire stay far exceeded my expectations, with the environment and cleanliness being the two most satisfying aspects. The hotel is located on a high floor, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlook the Taikoo Li commercial district. During the day, the sunlight streams into the room, making it incredibly bright and airy. Standing by the window, you can get a bird's-eye view of the entire neighborhood. In the evening, when the lights come on, the ancient architecture of Taikoo Li blends with the illuminated high-rises, creating an incredibly atmospheric scene. Although Chunxi Road, a bustling area, is right downstairs, the soundproofing in the room is excellent. Once the windows are closed, it's perfectly quiet, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, which is ideal for elderly guests to rest. I honestly couldn't find any fault with the cleanliness. The moment I checked in and entered the room, I felt at ease. There wasn't a speck of dust on the floor, and the bedding was pristine white and fluffy, with no strange odors or hairs. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the mirrors were sparkling clean without any water stains, and the toilet and shower corners had been thoroughly scrubbed. The disposable toiletries were neatly arranged. Housekeeping regularly cleaned the room daily, changing linens and replenishing drinking water. Public areas like corridors and elevators were also regularly disinfected and cleaned, and the hallways were spotless with no clutter. It's just a few minutes' walk downstairs to Taikoo Li for shopping and dining, making travel very convenient. The clean and comfortable accommodation made our family trip exceptionally worry-free. We will definitely prioritize staying here again when we return to Chengdu."

"This stay was a delightful surprise! I'd only booked it last minute, but it far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transport right outside. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for groceries and dining. The first thing I noticed walking into the room was how spotlessly clean it was. The floors, desk, and even the bathroom corners were meticulously cleaned, with no dust or odd smells. The bedding was fluffy and soft, making it incredibly relaxing to lie down and rest. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and handled check-in quickly and efficiently. They were patient and detailed when I asked for directions and promptly resolved a minor issue I reported. The room was well-equipped with air conditioning, hot water, and toiletries. The soundproofing was also excellent; it was incredibly quiet at night, completely undisturbed by outside noise, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. Overall, the value for money is top-notch for its price range, making it perfect for both leisure travel and business stays. The thoughtful service and excellent environment made me feel very comfortable. I've already recommended this place to my friends, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in the area."

"Extremely satisfied! The room was spacious and well-lit. It's a serviced apartment, so it came with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and even a washer and dryer. A robot can deliver food to your room, and Raffles City Mall is right downstairs. Plus, it's within walking distance to the subway station. Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about!"

"Had a truly restful stay! This is hands down the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in during all my business trips over the years. The materials used here are far superior to many resort brands. I arrived during the latter half of the May Day holiday, and the front desk clerk upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite. The bedding was even more comfortable than Hilton's, perfectly balanced in terms of softness and firmness, and the bed was huge. The room was incredibly quiet, and the surrounding area felt upscale and safe, even when returning late at night. The guests were high-quality, mostly business travelers and international visitors. It truly lives up to Yanlord's reputation – the bathtub, shower, and attention to detail were excellent; even the lampshades were spotless. The entire suite was quiet, safe, and odorless, and it was convenient to get anywhere. Housekeeping was discreet, never disturbing me, so I could sleep in until the afternoon and still enjoy the quiet. This past week truly helped me recharge. I'm sad to leave and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!"
