"We were very happy with the room. The view is amazing with a small balcony to enjoy the night view of jinjiang river. The service is also phenomenal and speak English quite well. 小罗 is a very helpful and hardworking staff! We were also able to deposit our luggage for our short trip in another city so we don‘t need to carry everything which is a big plus. Location is central and close to Taikoo Li. We will come back!"

"The day before check-in, I received a call from Manager Xiao Fu. He carefully noted down our requests and arranged the room exactly as we wanted the next day, even sending me photos. Throughout our stay, he checked in daily to ensure the room was cleaned and sent us travel information. At checkout, he arranged for a colleague to help with our luggage and allowed for a late checkout. All in all, this was a very satisfying trip. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I'll definitely choose the Shangri-La Hotel again."

Located on Renmin Middle Road in Qingyang District, it's just about a 5-minute walk to Tianfu Square and right next to the Grand Theater and Sichuan Science and Technology Museum, making its location absolutely superb."

"The service at the receptions was generally very good. They help us with the ******* booking as our phone couldn't do it. My husband was feeling too good, so ordering some light meals is easier. The location of the hotel is easy to locate varieties of food. We enjoyed that. The room is big. The sofa area with the big TV is very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the TV and having some snacks and drinks too. The fridge was big. I have not come across such a big fridge in a hotel room. I love the washing machine. I was able to do some washings comfortably. The only concern is the elevator. We have to press buttons for almost every lift. Once our lift stopped at various floor without people getting in our out. A bit distraught for us in the lift. We are able to do various visits eadilt from here."

Environment: There was construction downstairs during my stay, so it was quite noisy during the day, but quiet at night and didn't affect my sleep. Service: The service was very attentive, and any issues were resolved promptly. The owner is also very kind."

" Highly Recommended I would like to express my sincere appreciation for this hotel apartment.   First, the room itself exceeded my expectations. The entire apartment is exceptionally well-maintained, with hardly any dust in the living area or bedroom. The wardrobe is cleverly designed with multiple compartments, making it very practical for organising luggage. The bed is clean, and the mattress offers just the right balance of softness and support. For the first time in an unfamiliar place, I slept soundly through the night — largely because the room is completely silent, with no distracting noise at all. The in-unit washer and dryer were a game changer, allowing us to have fresh clothes every day.   Second, the location is superb. The surrounding area is filled with small local eateries serving delicious breakfast options such as youtiao (fried dough sticks), congee, soy milk, and vegetable-meat buns. There are also barbecue skewer shops and hotpot restaurants. Tao De Casserole is just a ten-minute walk away. Moreover, the hotel apartment is directly connected to a duty-free mall and several upscale restaurants, so we enjoyed a wide variety of cuisines within just a few days — incredibly convenient for families with children. After shopping on *******, a delivery robot would bring our items to the room in under 15 minutes; the speed was truly astonishing.   Finally, I must praise the staff. When a technician came to fix the TV remote, he put on shoe covers before entering — a level of hygiene awareness that surpassed what I have experienced in hotels in Hangzhou, Shanghai, Xi’an, Zhuhai, and Shenzhen. A special thank you to Tina at the front desk. She proactively helped us contact the Sichuan opera theatre across the street, arranged ticket booking, and secured excellent seats for Saturday’s performance. She also recommended local restaurants and reminded us to make reservations, which made dining out effortless. She always responded promptly on WeChat, making us feel truly cared for. The housekeeping ladies who brought extra bottled water and towels were all warm and smiling, leaving me with a deeply positive and unforgettable impression of the people of Chengdu.   In summary, this hotel apartment excels in room quality, location, and service. I cannot recommend it highly enough. 這間酒店公寓給了我很大的驚喜，值得給一個高度讚賞。 首先，要讚的是房間本身。酒店公寓保養得非常好，客廳和房間幾乎沒有灰塵，衣櫃間隔實用，格子多又方便整理行李。睡床乾淨舒適，床褥軟硬適中，一覺睡到天光，最難得的是房間完全沒有雜音，對於在陌生地方難以入睡的我來說，簡直是福音。加上廚房配備洗衣機和烘乾機，每日都可以清洗替換衣物，非常方便。 其次是地段。附近有大量小店，早餐選擇豐富，油條、粥、豆漿、菜肉包應有盡有，也有串燒和火鍋店。步行約十分鐘就到陶德砂鍋，而酒店公寓本身更連接免稅店和較高檔次的餐廳，短短幾天就嚐遍不同類型的美食。在美團購物後，機械人不到15分鐘就把貨品送上來，效率快得驚人。對於帶同小孩的家庭來說，實在超級方便。另外，酒店對面就是川劇劇場，位置一流。 最後，一定要讚職員的服務態度。維修電視遙控的同事上門前主動穿上鞋套，衛生意識比以往在杭州、上海、西安、珠海、深圳住過的酒店都要好。前台職員天娜更主動幫我聯繫川劇劇場、訂票、搶位，讓我在週六坐到一個極佳的位置欣賞表演。她又介紹附近美食，提醒我訂位，方便到多家餐館用膳。微信發問，總是迅速回覆，令我感覺被好好照顧。其他保潔阿姨送額外瓶裝水、毛巾時，個個態度友善、笑容可掬，讓我對成都人留下非常難忘而美好的印象。 總括而言，這間酒店公寓無論硬件、地段還是人情味都無可挑剔，我會極力推薦給其他人。"

"The hotel offers great value for money, and its location is fantastic! From my window, I could see the red horse slowly moving on the Taikoo Li wall and even the Taikoo Li street sign. The pedestrian street is just a short walk away. While the hotel building and courtyard look quite old and run-down, the rooms and hallways are clean and tidy. The hotpot restaurant downstairs, Principal Feng's, is always packed with long queues. However, I found the food quite bland, even after adding salt multiple times, and it wasn't cheap. It was the first time I've ever eaten a whole hotpot and not felt full! Every day, I'd see a female manager in the restaurant's backyard sternly lecturing the staff. On the other hand, the food at the restaurant next to the supermarket in Taikoo Li's basement was absolutely delicious. Thanks to the hotel for helping me receive my delivery!"

"This loft apartment is perfect for family trips. The beds are large enough, and the washing machine, microwave, and induction hob are very practical. Downstairs is the busiest part of Chunxi Road, making dining, entertainment, and shopping super convenient. The subway station is also just around the corner. The hotel's butler service is also quite good. The only downside is the lack of a gym."

"This is a very nice hotel/apt in a nice neighborhood. I needed a refrigerator and thought to try it out for 2 nights. I ended up staying 8 nights. It was a large studio on the 20th floor facing the front of the hotel, which had an open view. The city lights at night were very beautiful. I love the huge windows and the feeling of being close to the sky as when I lay in bed, the only thing to see outside is the sky. The receptionist was very helpful to get me things that I needed and helped me to find the post office and the copy shop. I loved walking the streets as there were many restaurants and stores. My bathroom seemed to have mold, but it was just black spots. I am allergic to mold, and I couldn't smell any in that room. I also love having a washing machine in the bathroom. It was a great price and a great experience staying here. I will definitely go back to stay"

"The butler service was excellent. I left my charger behind, and they kindly arranged for SF Express to send it back home. The environment is lovely, and the location is superb, right by Exit C of Metro Line 2, in the heart of Taikoo Li. It's only a 25-minute metro ride on Line 2 to the East Railway Station. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu."
