"I booked this hotel in Hangzhou on short notice, and overall it exceeded my expectations. Environment: Located near Daguan subway station, not far from a cultural center converted from an older factory. It seems to have opened in January, as the environment was quite clean and well-designed. The facilities were new. The hallway from the lobby to the rooms was quite photogenic. The mattress and linens in the room were new and quite nice. Because it's a newly opened hotel, there were inevitably some minor drawbacks. One was that I couldn't find slippers in my room at night, and the front desk staff had to bring them to me. Another was a slight leak in the shower enclosure glass; this should have been tested by the renovation team before handover. Also, the room windows were old, and although new interior windows were installed, a lot of dust was stirred up every time they were opened and closed. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel; the current price is very good value."

"Went on a solo business trip and therefore stayed for awhile in a small town. Right outside is a tourist street to walk around and about 20 mins walk is another long tourist street. All these street sells handcrafted goods and snacks which is ideal to bring back as souvenirs~ There service is 100/100! fetched me, sent me off and even help me take all my delivery orders from the guard house. Space was super clean and tiny with lots of traditional Chinese style just like the streets outside. Manage to stay in a loft with amazing sunlight hitting in every morning as well~ will be a perfect 1-2 night stay for people who are interested to walk around the streets here! Overall recommended for people who likes to walk streets like these, likes traditional Chinese style, ok to live in ground floor!"

"The cleanliness and service were quite good. The front desk staff and the cleaning lady were very nice. They were accommodating when I checked out a little late, thank you so much! The bathroom door handle seemed to be slightly loose; remember to call a repairman if you see the reviews. It's a few minutes' walk from the subway station, so getting around is quite convenient. The only downside was that the room wasn't very soundproof, which is subjective, but I could accept it. I forgot to take pictures of the room, just the little dog by the door."

"The room is spacious and comfortable, with a warm layout. The Simmons mattress is moderately soft and hard, of high quality, and not cheap. It is very comfortable to lie on, and I had a good night's sleep, and I woke up the next day feeling energetic. The bathroom is large, clean and odorless, and the toiletries are all customized by the hotel, of OK quality. The facilities in the room are new and complete, and the TV and WiFi are very powerful. It fully meets my needs."
